When we checked in, we found a sock and a cat toy under the bed and he mirror was filthy. When we went to the front desk, they were very quick to come and pick the sock and cat toy, but unfortunately what they used to clean the mirror just made it have more streaks. The light switches were filthy. The bathroom door in the back had a hole in it, and it was dirty.

Its good for a one night stay. Comfortable beds, small towels, limited TV channels,. A/C works very well, but it is either all on, or off. There is no temperature control for it, so have to cool the place down before bed, them put just the fan on for the rest of the night.

It was what was needed - a place to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Sheldon at the front desk was friendly and attended to our needs. The view was the industrial waste - not the fault of the hotel. No pool or breakfast so not a place I would recommend for vacation. Again - it was what we needed for the one night. It is also close so some restaurants (literally in the same plaza) so that is a plus.

They did not change the towels each day. Had to go get clean ones. Did not take out the garbage each day. Never made the beds. Room okay but no service.

Stayed one night over the Sept. long weekend. Room was ok. Strange smell as soon as we walked in. Tried to open the window to air it out but it was fixed to only open a quarter of the way. We think it was the AC machine making that smell. Other than that the room was good for the price. Nothing special but served it's purpose for the night.

Overall it’s a good budget hotel, it’s not over the top , but the beds are really comfy, and it’s extremely quiet. I would most likely stay here again, the only thing that was a real bummer for me was no elevator. The staff was polite, and any questions I had they were educated well. Overall a decent experience.

Overall the hotel room wasn’t really clean (sticky remote, fruit flies, weird smell), and quite run down. TV didn’t work and the bath tub was either very dirty or rusty or both. Also the Expedia rate was more than the rate paid at the hotel.

If you need a place for a quick night, it’s do-able but it’s old and outdated and the walls are so thin and you can hear the ppl on the second floor walking around. Everything is outdated and the faucets drip and are rusted out. The beds looked clean and there was a mini fridge and microwave but that’s about it.

Our room was very clean but dated. There were obvious signs of wear and tear. The air conditioner had issues with condensation so the floor was wet. The bathroom door was very sticky. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is past its prime. The bathroom ceiling has a popcorn finish which clearly shows leaking from the unit about. Paint on bathroom door is chipping. Rug was stained. Glad I only stayed one night.

It is an old building that doesn’t get proper attention. things are falling apart in the room and bathroom. Bath towels are old with stains. Not recommended. We’ve stayed in much cleaner hotels around RMH for cheaper prices.

Really helpful staff. Very strong smell of bleach in the room. Repairs to inside of bathroom door not completed with drywall mudding not sanded and painted.

Very, very mediocre…..old. Had to walk past an open door looking into laundry piled up. View was weeds and wires. Bed was good, though. Bathroom old, old…door looked like someone had gotten into a fight with it. Clean, though. You get what you pay for as they say.

There is an overwhelming smell as you walk in. You have to walk upstairs with your bags if you are in the second floor. The carpet was wet u see the cooling system in the room. Not worth it to stay here.

Front staff and cleaning staff all very friendly. Stayed in a pet friendly room and noticed lots of stains on furniture, carpet was wet in front of air conditioner, fridge had crumbs in it, light switches had dirty finger prints, so not giving the impression or feel of cleanliness. Was looking forward to coffee in the morning on the way out but coffee pot was empty. Checkin and check out very efficient.

This is an old hotel with no elevator. Bare minimum in the room but staff very obliging. It was very quiet. Stains on carpet and bench.
