We didn’t stay here. Old and one room the air wasn’t working. On the main old corner. Old smell. Front desk guy couldn’t communicate with us so he called the owner to talk to me on the phone. Greeted by a lady walking toward us mumbling. Middle of the day and felt sketchy. Key was in door of room that looked like a door for a business. Looked around and decided to leave and lose our $197 for 2 nights.

Cute & quirky cabins at a great location to Half Moon Bay beach. May not be for everyone, as there is some road noise and the cabins are basic, but the location is close to the beach. Very easy to walk through West End, easy access to water taxis, restaurants, bars. Would stay again.

Very old, dirty, missfunction, door locked, worst towels in history, bad smell.

This is an old school cabin that was very comfortable. The cabin had seen better days (flooring) but great hot water, microwave, and a refrigerator. We were in cabin 3 and our covered porch had a great view of the water and the main intersection of West End. Our maid was top notch and took great care of us. Satellite tv gave us both the AFC and NFC Championship games. There is an Argentina restaurant around the corner that had the best grilled skirt steak -we went back three times! A wonderful place to stay with a budget in mind!

The staff at this property are incredible. They were very attentive and helpful. We got the Whatsapp number for the front desk and they responded very quickly every time.
The room itself was a little run down but it's clean and steps away from the beach so you really can't beat the price, especially getting a kitchen included. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water for showering. The hammock on the porch is lovely and was great for relaxing. Overall, I would recommend this property as long as you don't mind it being a little dated.

The only good thing about this place was the staff. Expedia should be checking these places out before adding them to a package. This trip was NOT cheap.

The location of this property is amazing, directly at the entrance of West End, however, beware this property has not been updated since it's been built. Same sheets (with holes), same pillows, same towels (with holes), same pots and pans (couldn't use because of all the rust). The bathroom was very old. it's so unfortunate because it's such a nice place and the cabins can be so cute, the workers are so nice, but the owner needs to invest in fixing up the property or at least replacing the basics with new sheets, and new towels, new covers, and curtains. For the price, we paid I definitely expected better conditions. Laundry was not available here as offered, however, there were a few places to do laundry near by.

Perfect place. Rustic appeal, close to everything to do in West End. Very safe with security onsite. Room was spacious. Fridge, microwave and tv. Hammock was great! Could either face city or sea/boardwalk from our deck. Attached restaraunt and bar was an added bonus. Very fun, great drinks with an open view of the sea and boardwalk from restaraunt.

We stayed in the cabins across the street from reception. Everything was pretty clean (seems like the floors were perpetually dusty and felt better wearing shoes or socks inside) but other than that everything was great. A/C worked well, fridge and TV in there. Reception is as helpful as they can be. The security guard there is really nice and helpful too; introduce yourself if you can. Everything was in good condition and it's right by half moon bay which is absolutely gorgeous. There is some amazing snorkeling on the ride hand side of the beach pretty far out, but it's an easy swim. There is a reef and there is so much life. We saw a moray eel, octopus, squid, and so much more. Check it out.
The only NEGATIVE thing about this location is that it's really touristy. Everyone is trying to haggle you and get you to go do something for a pretty hefty price. This island is much more expensive than Utila but beautiful nonetheless.
