* Great front desk staff * Very comfortable room * Shower was great with good water pressure and love the little shelves. Nothing really wrong with the hotel. Hotels.com didn’t provide me with the proper information to check it at the hotel so there was an issue with that right away. Other than that, the stay was just fine!

Tony & Gina was amazing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable on our stay. The breakfast was delicious and not only did they have options. Gina made me my own special request (sausage) thanks for the great hospitality Gina! We enjoyed our visit. See you soon!

Quiet hotel with clean rooms and lobby, staff was professional during my stay. Didn't have to pay anything extra for parking and continental breakfast was included. Not that far to the allstate arena and airport. Plus a mall is right next door so you can walk over. While they do have a pool, no hot tub, which I prefer.

Over all good. Some supplies items were not available ex. Conditioner and Kleenex. Microwave in room would have been nice and a small freezer in refrigerator. Breakfast choices were slim.

This was a great hotel for the price we paid. I expected a 2 star hotel but got a 4 star hotel experience.

I was not happy with the flooring in our room. When I said something to the man behind the counter and showed him the picture he said that he thought all the rooms were like that. I almost always stay at Hampton Inn's when I travel, which is only a couple times a year, but this was a first. The pool also needed a good cleaning especially the white part on the pool edges. Our hallway was extremely warm and the room with the ice maker was so hot that the ice we put into our ice bucket started melting before we left the room.

This is a fairly standard Hampton Inn. My room was clean and there were enough clean towels to last a few days. The peeps at the front desk were cheery and polite. However, I didn't sleep well. I couldn't override the thermostat programming, resulting in a situation where I woke up sweaty every couple hours and had to manually lower the temperature below the preconfigured threshold in order to cool the room. Also, the mattress was unusually soft for a hotel -- not supportive enough for a side sleeper with hip issues.

I had to get this hotel last min because the other hotel did not have a working pool. The person in the front desk was excellent and made the check in quick so we could enjoy the pool.

A very comfortable accommodation. Generous sized rooms, lovely common area for breakfast and for visiting throughout the day. Very friendly and engaging staff. I was not expecting this at a chain hotel. New workout equipment, indoor pool. 👍👍

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great property and amenities. However our toilet ran the whole time and eventually stopped flushing all together. Our sink did not drain properly and the shampoo in our shower was empty…did not get refilled while we were there.
