Our room was clean and in line with other locations we have stayed in with this brand.
Our disappointment in this stay came from the front desk staff apathy and the complete inefficiency, low quality and lack of cleanliness of the breakfast. Staff were serving thru a small window completely unneeded, eggs were watery, items like utensils were hidden in corners, the organization of components made no logical sense, items were out of stock repeatedly within the first hour of service (butter, syrup, juice). Garbage cans were completely overflowing and unattended. Cheap plastic plates and utensils were so difficult to use. Staff should have been attending to the area, keeping it stocked and clean.
Front desk staff at check in were disorganized and extremely confused. They did not provide information about the stay.

Upon checkout, suggested that the hotel put room directional signs on the wall outside each elevator so guests know which hall to go on. We went down the wrong hall a couple of times.

Family vacation close to everything had a tornado warning they made sure we were safe food was good rooms were very clean we will definitely stay here again when we come back

The front desk clerks were polite and accommodating. She immediately signed me up for the Awards card. The room was clean and spacious. The air was not working properly at night, so we were hot throughout and did not sleep well. The next morning the clerk was solution-oriented and even gifted us extra points for our inconvenience. The location was great and we will come back again.

I have never slept in such a cozy soft bed. The ambience was wonderful. Great bar service very clean environment and very friendly service. The parking lot faces a very relaxing pond and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and shopping. Ikea is just down the street. It was a home away from home.

I was lied to. I called before booking amd the online also had the pool availability. I was checking in and asked if the pool was working and she said no. I refused to stay because that was the whole purpose of the trip. She was new didn’t know anything. So obviously I had to stay in another hotel paying double. I need my money back from this horrible experience

We come to this Hotel twice and sometimes three times a year for the last 4 years. Every time our experience was wonderful except for this time. This time we encounter a really rude cleaner.
We were there for two days and two nights, so on Sunday morning around 9am, we did not have clean towels so I step out to go get towels because the room phone was not working. As I step out the door, the cleaner was there cleaning the next room. I asked her for a few towels and she refused. She asked me why do I need towels? To take a shower. Am I leaving today? Yes. So why do I need to shower if I am leaving. I said it was none of her business. She rumble off and then came back to say they were too busy that I should know better to not take a shower if I was leaving. The confrontation was loud and people came out of their room to look. This was worst experience at this hotel.

Hotel is like any other Hyatt Place, they all seem carbon copies which is not a bad thing and we stay at them often. This one had issues with internet on three separate days, power going out, fire alarm going off, one of two elevators out of service, all in the space of 14 days. Pool was out of service for the entire stay. Strange for a hotel that looks to have been fairly recently renovated. Maybe just bad luck on our part or they need to work on maintenance.

Broken pull out sofa, no microwave, none available in breakfast area, pool was broken - the reason for choosing this property specifically. Bathroom door lock was broken, our companions received a wake up call at 6am without requesting it..

I booked a room with 2 queen beds 3 months ago for 4 people and when I showed up to check in, they gave me a room with a king size bed. I showed them the confirmation and their response was that if you booked through a third party (hotel.com) you may not be guaranteed the room of choice. They also said all the rooms are booked so there was nothing they can do. The room didn’t even have enough towels for the 4 of us and the pull out bed was sunken. Pretty terrible that you book far in advanced and they don’t give you what you paid for. I’ve been coming to this hotel for 4 years and will not be returning as the service has declined over the years but this just topped it off.

It was a great nights stay. Comfortable beds, very clean room, check-in was quick and easy (we got in late, so that was a perk), breakfast was great with lots of options and check out was so easy to do, right from my phone. We will stay there again I’m sure.

Overall its a nice hotel, however the pool was down for maintenance for what seems quite a while. I asked when it would be fixed sounded like not time soon. We picked this hotel for breakfast and a pool. Now have 3 kids who couldnt swim.
This should of been communicated in some way.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. On our final day, we did have someone walk into our room at 9:30 am, presumably to clean it, but there was very little time between the quiet knock and the door opening, which was a bit of a shock. But that was the only instance of something like that. Overall we had a great stay!

Stayed there for more than a week with my husband and 3 kids. Day 1 pool was closed, day 2 pool was closed, day 3 closed. They didn’t say how long it would be closed for maintenance but for us to check back everyday! The reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool for the kids and free breakfast. Pool was never open the entire time we were there but it looked perfectly fine when we looked at it. Next time they need to update their facilities on Expedia especially since we chose that hotel knowing it’ll be hot this time of year.
Hotel itself was clean, room made and towels refreshed everyday, staff friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Short to say we will not be using this hotel for family trips again
