We checked in in the evening and the attendant at the front desk informed us that they were having issues with their hot water that evening, but it would be fixed by the morning. He only told us after we completed check in by the way. He did say that if we let the water run a while it would heat up. It did not bother us as we did not plan to shower that night, but rather in the morning. When we woke up the next morning we let it run for over 30 minutes and still no hot water. Turns out when we went to the lobby there was a line of guests at the front desk complaining about having no hot water. My son had a college interview that morning and a shower would have been nice

I was really impressed with the breakfast selection and the clean rooms..... I loved my bathroom and the property was very quiet considering that they were filled to capacity. I'll be back for sure!

Pros: Excellent and quiet room. Updated bathroom. Nice lighting Cons: Lift was not working when we checked in. Seen small spider webs on the stairs. No Linens for sofa bed. Trash in drawers. Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower.

OVERALL STAY WAS PRETTY GOOD ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT THE BAR WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND!! I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD HAVE THE BAR OPEN ON WEEKEND AND CLOSED MORE DURING THE WEEK!

The hotel has great options for a family, offering a suite with multiple beds at a great rate. The rating was good, so we booked it last minute for a one-night stay. While the staff was vey nice and helpful, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness: multiple stains on the sofa bed as well as the main beds' cover. Quite a difference from the expectation you get initially. Overall, the property is close to Cleveland downtown and other attractions, has a nice gym and a variety of selections for breakfast.

I lost my wallet so all I had was Apple Pay and they wouldn’t give me a refund even though their tap was broke and I already paid for the room the card was for incidentals.

Not very clean. Employees are not very friendly. breakfast not many options no pool or hot tub if you advertise that you do you post it on the website that the pool and hot tub is down ask for more towels never received them.

For the two weeks I stayed, housekeeping was not attentive. Clean towels were left but no attempt to take garbage or dirty towels from room. Sheets were never changed even after I informed front desk to conditions.

Our room was not clean. The carpeting needs to be steam cleaned, there was mold and rust around the shower door and bathroom trim was dirty. One of the lamps didn't work, the TV channel line up did not correspond to the channels on the TV and the clock radio was set to the wrong time. We booked two queen beds but got double size beds. For what we paid, I expected better.

Very large and comfortable suite-style room with a dedicated workspace that was separate from the sleeping area. Felt like a home away from home. The front desk staff were super friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was excellent (especially the oatmeal!) and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Seth was great, he fixed the tv and was very personable and efficient . The shower turn on valve was installed incorrectly which resulted in cold (tepid) showers. The sheets appeared to be slept in. The front desk was was nice but I was never offered another room, cold showers for 400$ for two nights was disheartening and I won’t stay here again.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews but when I got in my hotel room i was very disappointed .The carpet was very dirty. The telephone and on top of the bed was dusty. Breakfast was not good. The lobby was clean and smells good.
