Sheets had black spots and numerous threads sticking out. Drain was very slow. Light under the microwave would not turn off. Dust and even a nickel under the bed. But it did have a kitchenette. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Right off highway. Good price compared to other hotels. Friendly staff and very good coffee in the morning. Fridge and microwave in room which makes this a great place for longer stays. Big fridge. You will pay extra for dishes and pots and pans if you need them, keep that in mind. Not sure if that is a flat price or a per stay price.

They didn’t have our room available that we reserved. Gave us a very small room with a very small bed, which didn’t work well for my 6’3” husband. When asking for our original room that we booked, the gal at check-in acted like we were a big inconvenience. Rooms were also outdated. Would not stay here again.

It was very noisy all hours through the night. Perhaps put families/tourists on top floor so not hearing stomping and pulling chairs across floor at 3 to 7 am as the construction workers staying there are getting up and starting their day. Probably will not be back as our sleep was terrible.

This was advertised as a non-smoking property but the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was overwhelming. Our room was very clean but smelled of stale smoke and every few minutes we would get a smell of cigarettes so strong it was as if the smoke was coming through the vents. It’s a long term stay facility and it seems like the residents smoke regularly in their rooms. We only stayed 2 hours before we couldn’t take it anymore.

I showed up at the hotel they said they didn’t have a room for me. They did nothing to help me to find a room, they never called me the next day, they barely said sorry. I was left stranded at 3 am in a unknown city

Not a hotel we would stay at ever again. When we drove up there were multiple people standing by entrance smoking marijuana. Property grounds are dirty. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything through the walls. Hallway floor was gross and the whole place had a terrible smell. Never again.

The area around the property has a lot of parking and was well lit. Noisy hall activity and upstairs neighbors walked heavily very early and late but that can’t be controlled. Room had full size fridge, hot plate, sink but no dishes. We didn’t need it so no worries, this would be great for long term stays! This room was immaculate!

USA wrestling week in Fargo and hotel availability was extremely limited. This was the cheapest, decent looking property the evening I stayed that allowed pets. From the moment I got out of my car and entered the property, there were men standing outside the entrance leering at me. After I checked in and grabbed my things one of those men tried to follow me into the elevator and when I walked down the hall to find the stairs, stared at me the whole way. Several hours later, they were gone and didn't seem to reappear, but I was on edge every time I took the dog out. Probably won't go back and wouldn't recommend, unless youre hard up.

Check in was fine, easy. Our room appeared clean and neat. The hallway was dirty and several carpet stains. Upon returning to our room after a late dinner and a couple of drinks, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. That smell was masked when we arrived as they had just cleaned it...gross! The second night, our key card didn't work entering the building. Unfortunately we had to interrupt the night worker from her screen time. Overall, it was a decent stay. The room was nice, full size fridge, microwave, and cooktop, minus the smell factor. More could be done on the up-keep and overall cleanliness of the building.

The bedframe is like a cot and was so uncomfortable. I'm 28 and have never had a problem sleeping on any beds, couches, the ground but woke up with a sore back from the beds. The shower dials were incredibly tight it was so hard to turn the shower on it felt like the dials were going to break. The hotel was also fairly busy and must have only had one elevator as it took a long time to get to and from the floor i needed to be one. The hotel was clean and very close to a gas station with food all night so that was a plus but for the price there are better options in the area.

You could easily hear noises from other rooms. The shower handle was very difficult to use. The lamp didnt work. No breakfast. We felt we paid way more money than the value & quality. We would not stay there again.

What I liked was that it was off the beaten path in an area a little more quiet than other hotels I have stayed at in that area in the past. There were some "stains" on the bedskirt that were a little sketchy but that is the ONLY thing in the room I can say that wasn't to my liking. It was a little noisy (from above room) but it was a weekend when I stayed. I would stay at this property again.

Booked and paid for reservation. On arrival after long day of travel, the woman working was outside smoking right in front of access door! She rudely asked me if I had a reservation. I answered yes. She told me. “Well, we don’t have any rooms”. I was left on out of the hotel with my son. I had several encounters similar to this when calling to try to get a refund for the room I paid for and wasn’t granted. We were exhausted.We were horrified to be treated like this and left out in cold, I would highly recommend NOT booking this hotel. Customer service is awful. VERY DISORGANIZED AND RUDE. No manager on duty over the weekend. Shares lot with truck stop on one side, freeway on other, if that matters to you.
