Spacious family room and convenient location, as it is also part of Villars Palace, it’s more famous sibling. It’s modern and elegant without calling too much attention to itself. If returning to this area, I would definitively consider here again, and in the same room.

We checked in to a room that had no sound proof for all, you can hear everything, including breathing. I have 2 young kids, couldn’t sleep because next door were screaming and having sex for over 1.5 hurs and I complained 3 times, finally front desk did something. Of course everyone in the room can do whatever they like but we shouldn’t able to hear them all, especially for my 10am 12years old kids. Next morning I asked the hotel to do something about it, no one really cared. I asked again in the evening, finally we had a new room. For the 7 nights stay, our room was cleaned 3 times with no shower cup, vanity units either body lotions. I complained, but no one did anything about it. The worse hotel ever, I don’t believe the hotel cares about any of the feedback.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a must ! Indoor Parking is available on site. But must be reserved. A little expensive if you ask me 40chf per night.

Hugely expensive and would recommend not to take this option.Breakfast buffet fineBoot room a bit cramped so may be stressful at busy times

Good services (pool, sauna, gym, two restaurants, play room for kids), some of which were closed for COVID. Location is ok, walk to the lifts is 8-10 min, no shuttle bus. Was a little heavy to carry kids skis too all the way. Other than that, very family friendly, would go again.

Big hotel more suited to conferences than ski trips. Great reception staff who were very helpful. Standard of breakfast was disappointing. The rooms were a good size but towels need replacing with better quality ones. The hotel had good facilities but guests shouldn’t have to pay extra to use the games room equipment.

Friendly old-fashioned hotel with nice simple breakfasts and comfortable rooms. A 5+ minute walk to the ski bubble (700 steps in ski boots) and close to the train station. friendly and helpful staff. Cold swimming pool and poor scrambled eggs - as noted by previous reviews.

All the staff was extremely helpful and provided top customer service.The hotel facilities are dated and need to be revamped.The linens and towels are also dated and need urgent replacing.The hair dryers need replacing too as they do not have any power.Room furniture also needs updating.

This was not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. The hotel was run down, the bedroom was old and dark with no toiletries and small shabby bath towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor with powder scramble eggs and tin fruit to name but two. Even the staff were chewing gum. Very very disappointed.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Eurotel. The staff were amazing and looked after our every need. The Italian restaurant Peppino was fantastic. The food was amazing and the staff were attentive. Big thanks to the manager who was able to find us a table when the place was booked out more than once. The hotel was clean and well staffed. The bar and reception staff were lovely. Benoit made us some excellent cocktails and Florine made sure we had everything we needed. Skiing was good locally although there wasn't enough snow to ski in/out. Mainly red runs though. Great hotel. Would recommend

Good sized room .Central location,Shuttle bus stop just by door.Courtesy hotel pick up from train station.Cut price ski pas through hotel 20 Swiss francs a day-brilliant.
