Room was very beat up!! Smelled weird! Pull out bed was broken! Closet doors were broken! Couch and carpet were gross!! I wouldn’t ever stay there again! Also no restaurant or bar on property.

We stayed in lovely 2 bedroom unit. The view was excellent, the weather was mild, and we had a great time. It was easy to relax in the spacious apartment.

It was wonderful! Fun time. Room was very nice. Only issue was a chair in upstairs room. It was really old & not in very good condition.

Very nice stay. Only comment is rooms not very well sound proofed. Neighbors upstairs walking noisily with thumping sounds at 2:30am our last night there. Everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend.

We love this resort. We've stayed her multiple times. Very friendly staff. The rooms are different so it depends on which one you stay in. One was fabulous and the other one needed some updates. Overall,it's a great relaxing place to stay

Our room was nice and also clean, but a little dated. The people working at the hotel were great, but we didn't expect to have a shared porch. Also, there were "passthrough" doors into the room next door that were locked but very thin. Not only could we hear everything happening in the room next door, but the wind blowing caused them to creak all night making it sound like someone was trying to break into our room, and giving us a very restless sleep.

The room we had is in poor condition. The entire room, except for a small area by the kitchenette, was a high pile carpet. The room had an odor, it was beat up, and the bed felt very old. There was also a water leak in our room. That plus the dried bubbling paint on the wall indicates to me that this is a recurring issue. The issue with this hotel is that the room quality and condition varies wildly and you don’t know what you’re going to get. The staff is very nice and switched our room because of the leak. The updated lobby area is nice but I wish the rest of the experience matched it. I found this too be very overpriced for the quality.

Due to power loss cause of the storm they moved us to Lake lawn resort which didn't meet our expectations. It was too spread out, busy and crowded. We wanted a quiet and peaceful gateway.

Very nice property. The room was clean and well decorated. Lots of friendly people. Nice views from the back porch and pool area. The in pool underwater benches facing west were perfect in the evening.

Room location on far outside of resort even though many rooms available closer. Elevator in our building out of order on Friday through the weekend. Suddenly working on Monday morning. Patio was covered with bird poop on floor and furniture. Housekeeping is obviously not observant. Upstairs toilet in loft running constantly, needs repair. Sunday morning found vomit by exit to parking lot which remained until checkout on Monday, even though many staff members were in the area. All in all, a very disappointing return visit. The management is not emphasizing cleanliness and maintenance/housekeeping is doing the minimum required. All of this was reported this morning to the front desk at checkout and “will be brought to management’s attention.” I have my doubts about the success of this happening. Will not return to this great location on Delavan Lake.

We were really pleased with our stay! We had the perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite on the ground floor with a view of the lake. The bedroom and living room had doors to exit onto the patio. They were really accommodating! We enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool with jacuzzi. We also had fun in the game room. I highly recommend this resort. Gorgeous sunsets too!

This place is amazing! I can’t say enough good things! Every time we go here, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious. The pool and hot tub are always clean and the temperatures are perfect. The only issue I ever have is having to leave! We will continue to go here as often as possible.

I just love this place! This is our second family trip here and I liked the second room even more than the first! The pool and hot tub are large and well kept. Our room was wonderful and comfortable. I can’t wait until we can go back again! LOVE!

The resort has been updated since I last went some years back. Our room (109) was updated with nice decor and very spacious. Really had a wonderful time.

Really high priced and overrated for the service. They dont serve breakfast. They have complimentary coffee in the morning but that is not of good quality. They didnt do house cleaning during our stay after our first night. I tried to call for house cleaning but the phone in the room did not work. We went to the front desk at 9:30 AM, no one was there. The only good thing is the spacious room size.

Great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was a great size and loved having the kitchenette too. The resort looked recently remodeled too. Very nice, clean and modern looking. Great view of the lake too.

I will definitely be back! It felt like a home away from home. There were a couple of no -working lamps and the upstairs smart TV could not connect to the internet and the front desk had no solution. Those issues weren’t terrible. It’s a nice place and I don’t have any regrets.
