Very basic accommodation however spotlessly clean & very nice staff. Great position, approximately 10 min walk from centre of town. Secure underground car park. Good , inexpensive continental breakfast. Slightly odd that the hotel seemed to be part of a complex with assisted living for elderly!

Reception was not manned and I missed the instruction to submit arrival details 24 hours in advance so we had to go for a walk and come back later. Apartment was large but not well equipped. I have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. However, good underground parking and not far to walk into centre of old town. Situated in middle is decaying industrial site which was interesting!

Very serviceable and clean studio apartment in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of city centre. Loved having the balcony overlooking the river.

This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will return next year and stay for a longer period. On first seeing the property from the road it appears to be derelict but once you are down the drive there is a new modern building. The original derelict part of the site is now being developed and it will be interesting to see the result. As stated in the details the apartments are part of a sheltered housing scheme for older people but don't let this put you off . The apartments are clean modern an very nicely furnished with windows opening onto,the canal. Parking is 5 euros a night in a secure carpark. The cathedral and town centre is a very short walk away and Troyes is a beautiful old city well worth a visit,

We have stayed here many times enroute to Switzerland. We have always been very pleasedwith everything . However this time the APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY as only one small pan, no frying pan, no teaspoons,only one wineglass, no dishes to heat anything in microwave. The overall room was very clean and checkin very quick

Like all the other reviews we were unimpressed by the exterior but once we entered the hotel reception our opinions began to change. The reception area was attractive and we were welcomed by a very pleasant young man. The apartment was large well appointed, modern and attractively decorated. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Unusual set up but it works well. Helpful lady on reception checked us in early and showed us where our room was. Only a short walk to the beautiful old town where we spent the afternoon. A good stop over on our way to Italy

+ : spacieux, confortable, proche du centre ville (moins de 10min à pieds), accueil sympathique, parking gratuit à disposition. - : Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, travaux dans la rue (pas la faute de l’hôtel mais un petit peu dérangeant malgré tout), un des deux verres à vin était fissuré..

Short walk to city center from this spacious, clean and safe hotel. It was superb, until we went to breakfast. Skip the breakfast and you’ll be astounded by this place.

Quite reasonable, room was good and generous size with handy kitchenette. The really disappointing element was the breakfast - where the service was non-existent and most items guests had to hunt down themselves. An odd arrangement, an aparthotel alongside rooms for elderly people, not sure that really worked. Fairly handy for a fabulous city.

The shower was not good. No shower stall. Floor was always wet. Lots of room in there with living space and bed room. Furniture was limited. Breakfast was fine. Parking was free outside. Local area had lots of old architecture. Very interesting.

These apartments are very efficiently run, comfortable, well-equipped and clean, within easy walking distance of the old town centre and all attractions. The guy on duty was very friendly, helpful and proudly knowledgable about the town’s resources and history. Free parking on site. Top marks!

Moody rude guy checked us in. Despite listing saying English spoken he refused to speak any. Made us pay for car park even though another older couple were allowed to just leave their car outside in the middle of the yard for free. Also we picked this as it says city centre but it's actually a good 15-20 min walk to the centre. You are on a main road, with no amenities/bakeries/shops anywhere. It's actually better to stay on the outskirts of town so at least you can get a bite to eat or even a croissant for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and functional but very bare.

ignorant receptionist, no friendly hello. Waste bucket full and not only from the day before. How can one be comfortable? If you need space, you will be happy, but other than that this place got no Charme

The hotel is new and amenities are great. Free parking on the premises. Check in was very easy and when we did not have change for the soda machine, the receptionist brought us 2 bottles of cold water and some fruit. Breakfast is great but you must purchase for 9 Euro if you get the on-line price. On the down side, the hotel is hard to find. It is not visible from the street and signage was poor. No air conditioning.

Due to our vacation in South France we we're looking for a "express hotel" (2nights) in the centre of a city. Criteria where: central location, modern room & secured parking. This aparthotel tikked all boxes! Located in a new modern senior complex it is not your usual hotel. Rooms are spacious (fit for the elderly, so very good if you have Kids), little kitchen (basic but good), friendly helpfull staf and Located 10 min walk from city centre (restaurants, bars etc.). City of Troyes may look like a ancient city, but inside the buildings and on the streets there are allot of young adults so its really vibrant! So if your looking for a short stay with one or Two Kids in a vibrant city: go for this one!

Easy to find, excellent staff , perfect English, took us to apartment, explaining history of building etc. Very good. Room was spacious, nicely furnished, nice balconies, kitchen bits and pieces for two. Comfortable bed, crap pillows but we asked for two more. Car Park is available for 5 Euro, we left car outside which was absolutely fine.WiFi is a nightmare to set up , even step by step explanation, took a while to get password etc. 0verall very good, coming back next year...

Gorgeous little apartment, a recently converted old factory development. TV, suite, comfy bed and gleaming shower room. Balcony overlooking canal and buffet breakfast room overlooking the bubbling Seine. Feel that well be back for a long weekend.
