Perfect spot for a layover! Airplanes are loud but literally 2 min from the airport

Yellow stains on sheets. Someone tried to break into room about 1:30am. Door has one lock that is controlled by key which guy on outside must have had similar key bc lock was turning a bit. No top lock. I did rookie mistake of booking room under 1 traveler and traveled alone as a young female for less than 12hrs. Airport shuttle guy drove reckless (compared to every driver I had around Thailand and Malaysia for last 2 weeks). Thank god the drive was only a couple minutes from airport.

You're definitely getting the most basic with this hotel. Not bad but nothing amazing either. It's close to the airport so that's a plus. Across the street actually. You aren't getting much more than a bed though and it smells slightly old and awkward inside the room. I might have given it an extra star if not for the first room they gave me having not ben cleaned yet and having to get a different room. Only stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay and were particularly happy with the free transport from the airport. Great value for money!

I liked having a restaurant right across the street.

The David Residence is just minutes from Phuket international Airport and they will finish the car hire paperwork instead of having to drop it off at the airport. Much better.

3rd time stay when late night arrival into Phuket before transfer to islands. Great airport pickup service and friendly helpful staff.

Too much trash

It’s well known that you pay 500 baht if you have someone stay the night when you only requested for 1 person. I was very disappointed when they made me pay 300 just to have my mother (82yrs)relax for 3 hours before she had to catch her flight back to USA. Then charged an extra 200 baht to take her to airport. Owner is not nice, mean and a thief. Look the room was 500 baht a day through Expedia so the owner (a lady) made us pay for an extra room just for 3 hours of my mom waiting in my room for her flight. Building is great but the owner needs to learn customer service and needs an attitude change.

As our flight arrived very late at night it was the perfect accommodation for an overnight stay. So close to airport. Staff very friendly, picked us up from airport. Room clean, well priced and suitable for our purpose. Restaurant attached to David Residennce offered great breakfast at reasonable price.

No television, no Wi-Fi no hot water!!!!

Shower hose leaked, wetting all the bathroom floor. No tea or coffee provided, just a kettle.

Excellent location if you’re on a quick layover in Phuket. Very close to the airport. Walkable to Nai Thon beach with many restaurants near by. Helpful staff. Easy shuttle. Great value.

This hotel can be seen from the airport and is very easy to get to. The management and staff are very helpful and the kitchen staff make good meals. And although my flight was several hours after checking out time, I was allowed to stay on site and have a meal and a few beers to kill the time.

This is such a great hotel, only 5 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, although they do have their own restaurant, quite unique, 2 floors with the top floor with sliding glass doors opening up totally 3 of the walls, nice and cool. Great friendly staff and professional. There are quite a few hotels in this area but we reckon David Residence is the best.

Very clean spacious room .Pleasantly surprised . Nice little balcony too Airport noise not a problem at all which was a nice surprise Difficult to find anywhere to have evening meal . Restaurant immediately across road stated it opened till 8pm but actually did not open in the evening we stayed. Thank goodness for Louis restaurant close by ! Come out of Hotel and turn right and pass the 2 local supermarkets and immediately down the side of the second supermarket is Louis restaurant There is a red neon sign in window of building on corner but position of restaurant is still not easy to see Look down side street and walk about 20 metres Louis is up flight of stairs . So pleased to find this ! We had been resigned to a supermarket snack or food from a small street stall . Had a lovely meal . Several locals eating there too. He serves beers but no wine . Lovely food and amazing value for money Very welcoming too ! Wi fi in hotel Room very poor. 2 options but both bad . Went down to reception and noticed 3rd log in option . Logged into this successfully . Good connection but wouldn’t work when we went back to our room . Booked shuttle to airport in morning . Very efficient service and very helpful . And only short 5 min journey . Overall brilliant for overnight airport transfers.
