Across the street from the main road to the beach- several restaurants within walking distance- short drive to other restaurants and shopping. Rooms were big and spacious- friendly staff.

We stayed in the apartment style cabana. We both loved the accommodations! Very spacious, staff was hospitable and knowledgeable. We had monkeys in the morning playing in the trees. This was walking distance to the beach. Fantastic food next door and throughout!

The property is conveniently located on the Main Street. However, the customer service has room for improvement. For instance, we requested tea and coffee for the breakfast but we were told that only one option was allowed. Also, the breakfast is left outside the room uncovered which leaves subject to animals and insects. Finally we asked for a 110V outlet to plug our electric car, at first the front desk assistant allowed to let us use an outlet inside the reception office later we had to move the car because it was blocking the entrance. At the end, the manager allowed to use an extension cord until they closed the office at 8 pm.

The place was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Walking distance to shops/restaurants and across the street from the beach. The bed was terrible. The indentations in the mattress were so deep on both sides you had to sleep in them otherwise you would roll into them or sleep very uncomfortably. They created back pains and as a couple we had to sleep apart/no cuddling for the misses. The other issue we saw were the throw pillows are not washed...I went to use one to sit up straight as watching TV and it was dirty along with what appeared to be a small blood stain on it. Had it not been for these two issues I would have gave 5 stars. Now to be fair, we did not address the issues while there. We had just driven 8 hours and didn't have the energy. Had we, I would like to think they would have helped however they could, but these issues should have been addressed before we got there.

We stayed over at the hotel for one night while waiting for our long-term rental to be ready. The rooms were spacious and we spent a lovely day by the pool and at the nearby beach. We were particularly impressed that the room included 2 beach chairs that we could talk with us to watch the spectacular Santa Teresa sunset that night. We dined at El Facon Grill next door and enjoyed great food and live music, and there's even a great coffee shop (Cafca Cafe) that whips up amazing smoothies, just steps away. The bed was very comfortable and overall it was a great stay. I would not hesitate to return and would happily have stayed longer. In the morning, breakfast was delivered to our patio and it was outstanding... The granola with yoghurt and fruit was particularly tasty and we were so full we skipped lunch that day. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place in Santa Teresa, away from the traffic jams and noise of the downtown core.

Hotel is ok. We stayed in the 2nd most expensive room on the property and it was absolutely terrible. The kitchen and bed wall is shared with the housekeeping area and so every morning at 6AM we would hear them opening and closing a cabinet and banging glassware against the wall. We informed the hotel and requested a new room, but they never fulfilled that request.
We also had a sofa seating area, that I guess is also "2 twin size beds," which they must never clean because as we were packing up our belongings, we moved the cushions and found used condom wrappers. We were totally grossed out and it only confirmed the level of cleanliness this hotel prides itself to be.
We also had a kitchen and so they provided a sponge and dish soap, but the sponge they provided was dirty and used - especially in todays "COVID" world, we were shocked and also disgusted that they would leave us a used sponge. We asked for a new one, in which they replaced just the following day.
The only great thing about this hotel is the location to the beach and the pool. We will never stay here again and we won't recommend it to friends considering what we experienced. It's not worth the value.

Was a nice spot with nice staff.
Only complaint was a loud bar next door at night but not an issue in the upper rooms.

The place is nice but a bit out dated. There are no water in the hotel only in the reception where you fill up your glass bottle which is only open 8AM-8PM but some times the staff is not there. The cleaner never locked the door after cleaning which I found quite disrespectful. Overall fine hotel but no good service

We had a good stay here, the rooms are pretty and it's location is perfect. I just feel the hotel already put in such good work and the few things it needs to go from good to great are so simple. Put a real blanket on the bed and put in real shower heads.

Generally this was a pleasant stay. We had a private bungalow that was very nice, quiet, and clean. Granted, we were in the jungle, we did find a scorpion and a spider in our room. The only other mild annoyance was that our key to the door also had a key card for the power, so if you left the room, the air conditioning would not run. As advertised, this hotel is about as close to Santa Teresa beach as you can get. Not as advertised, there was no jacuzzi. The town is pretty cool, but was one of the most expensive areas we visited in Costa Rica.

Fablan, thank you so much for arranging for my horseback riding and zip line canopy tour. I also appreciated the time you took to explain to me how far I was away from a possible volcano hike. You were very patient and empathetic when I was bummed that I couldn't go. Dario, thank you for all the email correspondence prior to check in. You made me feel welcome well before I arrived. If either of you gets a chance, please thank the security person for being available for my 11:30 pm check-in. My fiance enjoyed the property so much, he would like to come back and stay for a month. For him (an avid surfer), the property has three important features, easy access to surfing, a hammock, and private units. It felt like we had our own tiny house :-) Almost forgot, our breakfast server was amazing. Seeing him every morning just made us happy. He is very gracious and accommodating.
