I booked this hotel because i saw everyone had given 5 stars on everything however this hotel only worth 2.5 stars, totally not up to my expectation, especially the breakfast, short of selection, not delicious, room is very normal, i dont think is delux, i can hear dog barking all night, people talking and etc...

Cleanest, most professional and friendliest hotel in the area! After a bad experience at two other hotels in the area this hotel, was an absolute life saver for this trip. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location, good accommodations, but what is really outstanding is their staff. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. Their customer service is top notch, whether it's getting transportation to and from the airport, helping with luggage, to booking city tours. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was great and everyone at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We especially loved our spa services… so much so we visited the spa twice! The food was delicious (both the breakfast selection and for other meals)!

The service was top notch. At every point of our stay they made sure we were comfortable. The dinners were amazing, and the location is prime. We were able to walk everywhere popular in old quarters from the hotel. The massages were better than anything in the Taiwan and less than half the price!

We had a wonderful stay in Hanoian Central. Molly and the whole staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location is perfect being right in the Old Town and walking distance to many sights. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Hanoi.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in travels. The staff is attentive, kind, and knowledgeable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. This location is in the heart of old quarter and the rooms are very clean! When I’m back I’ll stay here again!

We were a family group of 6, I had originally booked another hotel then realised it was in beer street so cancelled and found this gem of a hotel.We were welcomed and offered ginger tea, green bean cake whilst we sorted out paperwork. 2 of our rooms were at the front of the hotel and 1 at the back, but not really noisy. The rooms were a good size, clean and had a lovely small bathroom. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked for you. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the old town so easy to get about. There is 2 lifts. I would stay again.

Absolutely awesome. Loved my stay, will definitely be my go to hotel when in Hanoi. Elsa is by far one of the most genuine, nice receptionists I have encountered, thank you for your local suggestions. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough.

The staff were so nice, they always greeted us with a nice smile and helped us find things. The breakfast was so yummy, with a buffet of fruit and lots of local foods. The Spa in house is very good. The location is also great, we could walk to all the sightseeing spots from the hotel. There were lots of good restaurants close by, too! The room was clean and the bed was comfy!

I got a really warm welcome with fresh juice, cake and lovley smiles. so the service is excellent! the stuff is caring and gave all my needs from getting information about the city and booking a car to the airport. And the hotel is very clean with beautiful design of facilities located in a small street no traffic noice in the heart of the old town. I highly recommend and definitely will come back.

This the third staying at this hotel. What we like is the fact it is on a quiet street, right in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast caters for all tastes and there is plenty of it. We always started the day with a Pho.They also had the excellent Spa room in house. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the "boys" who helped with luggage etc. Again I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.There are some truly excellent coffee shops in the street.

I really love Hanoian Central Hotel because I have been stayed in this one many times in my business trips. The location of the hotel is very good, the room is clean. Several nearby attractions can be reached on foot! All staff are very kind and helpful to customers and clean my room every day as well as serve very good breakfast. I will come back next time.

A great hotel ideally in the heart of the Old quarter in Hanoi. We particularly appreciated the personalized service upon arrival with welcome fresh juice, cake, polite attitude of staff and gave us full information of Hanoi travel tip. At breakfast time, the waitress helped us to order the hot meal with yummy pancake and omelet. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Excellent value for money.

We had a very welcome from all of the staff in Hanoian Central hotel. They were always kind to our group and helped us for every question.Their room was absolutely great with very soft pillow and beds and super clean. Excellent, comfortable. Had sound sleep. That's the bonus. Please maintain it. Breakfast was very good . Being Vegan , my wife and I enjoyed a lot. Outstanding body wrap which included a gentle massage and shower treatment! Staff was excellent and made the treatment very relaxing and enjoyable.The location is very convenient and wonderful to travel and shopping. The staff is very cordial.

This hotel is very impressive with their service, the room is super clean and their staff are very helpful and kind to the customers. I have been stayed for several days and they always happy to take care and helped me book the trip to halong bay as well as showed me places to visit. First of all a special mention to Tommy who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to the night market and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Elsa at reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they also gave us a discount.

We stayed here for several nights both at the beginning and end of our holiday in North Vietnam and in the middle they happily looked after our luggage during the day when we transferred from Sapa to the airport to fly to Hoi An. On all occasions we were given such a warm welcome and by the end greeted as long lost friends. Pickups and drop offs to airports/ train stations etc were efficient and always on time. Staff are only too happy to help with advice on where to go or help to book anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location close to the night market and Old Quarter with a huge choice of restaurants close by. Some rooms are better appointed than others but all are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and gave a wide choice of both European and Vietnamese food and my husband would definitely recommend the pancakes! This was a great hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay while in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in a quiet street but a close walk to everything. Staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! The Manager was very professional and attentive. The room was spacoous and very clean. Breakfast was also included which was very good!!! They also had great Spa in house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Elsa makes you feel really welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and fun. You can book some great tours here too (stand out for me was the trip to Ninh Binh). I felt so very well looked after and that everything had been taken care of before I arrived. The en-suite room was spacious, clean and had excellent wi-fi connectivity. Breakfast is fantastic and laundry service very good value. 10 out of 10!

We stayed here for several nights and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were okay. All the staff are wonderful and welcoming and they helped us book a Ha Long Bay Cruise and transport to Ninh Binh. All which were great value for money! They even let us have breakfast to take away the morning of Ha Long Bay. Rooms were clean and comfy, the buffet breakfast was sooo good with lots of choice from the buffet itself and the option for freshly cooked eggs and fresh fruit, Spa room was excellent, so relaxing. The atmosphere was truly serene - warm – welcoming.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Hanoi.

Excellent and a quite place to stay in Hà Nội. The room was spacious. The staff was polite and the breakfast was excellent. This hotel is close to everything. Hanoi Old quarter, Train street, The night market, St Joseph Cathedral, Hoan Kiem lake are within walking distance.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of the old town, yet calm street avoiding traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and with plenty of options. They were good recommending us activities, and also allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days while we were on a tour. Hotel was totally worth it. The hotel is as it represents itself, no more no less and perfect value for money.
