Issues were NO CABLE for entire stay, no internet on first night (very complicating that requires front desk to work with another internet provider to get your laptop connected), and keypad door access. HIGHLY recommend to look at other hotels within the area instead of this one. This was my worse hotel stay in all of 2024.

We just needed a room for the night to move our daughter into Texas State. Hotel was just 15 minutes from campus. The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Will most likely stay again when visiting campus.

Booked the room for my sons family and I accompanied them during the check in, which was quick and painless. The hotel was very clean along with the rooms and breakfast area. My son said they had one of the best breakfast's that he has had in all his hotel stays.

Property overall was nice but online they are listed as having a “hot tub” but it’s more of just a small extension of the pool and is not hot - at all. It was a bit dingy in the pool area but fine. My friend and I came and were really disappointed by the hot tub as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly so nothing to really complain about.

As with most hotels, the lighting in the bathroom was lousy. When will hotels learn not to put florescent lighting over a sink? It makes it difficult to shave. Damn shame. The shower curtain was to short, both in height and width. Both nights I had wipe soak up the water on the floor. (This explains the baseboard tile pulling away from the wall nearly the tub.) The water pressure on the shower head was weak as well. The room access card would not unlock the rear door to the hotel. The hotel is clean, andt he breakfast was good. If the things that I mentioned are properly addressed, I migjt stay here again.

We had a very clean and comfortable room with great service. Our room was right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet. The air conditioner was also very quiet. I called with a problem with the microwave and someone came up very quickly and resolved the issue. The breakfast was excellent, too.

Staff was attentive. Plumbing problem the second morning. Sink was clogged. Staff came in on time and fixed it. No room service the last night. Had to ask for towels. Staff came up and took trash and used towels. All in all, I like the location for touring Austin and the Hill Country for the wildflowers.
