Everything was great except the noise from Printer’s Alley.

Really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Great location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, & a fun rooftop bar!

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent lobby and lobby bar. They also have a little coffee shop that I liked. Each floor had a coffee machine that made very good free coffee. I often preferred that coffee over other coffee. The biggest complaint would be the size of the rooms and lack of a closer in the room.

It was just ok. Not worth what they were charging. I will not stay here again.

No real idea where to stay in Nashville and so picked this based on location, price and reviews. No regrets at all as it is a really good hotel and is located close to all the main attractions of the city so no need for taxis during our stay. Friendly and helpful staff on check-in. Lovely, clean and comfortable room, packed with modern features. Large user friendly bathroom. Lots of bars in the hotel, including the famous Hidden Bar which is worth a visit if you can find it.

Lovely! Walkable distance to Broadway and the stadium for our concert. We will be back!

This hotel was very pricey and didn’t have the amenities I would have expected. No one helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff was not very friendly. Bed was okay. Pillows not great.

Our initial room at check in was on the second floor - when I asked for a higher floor, I was given 3rd floor. Disappointing considering I reserved for 7 nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, booked 3 months prior, and am platinum status with expedia. However, the hotel did followup and move us to the 11th floor the following day. The hotel staff service - bartenders, cleaning crew were all wonderful. Great location to do anything you want to do downtown, but some may find it noisy.

The stay was great, the only thing I didn’t like was the lack of natural light I had it felt like a cave. The hydration station was good for the water but I’m not a fan of the nespresso machine!

Nice hotel and rooms, however only chair was a desk chair which is not super comfortable. Also, service at rooftop bar was abysmal. Downright rude and bad bartenders. Probably lose out on a lot of business there. Restaurant service slow. Manager on his phone most of the time we saw him.

Hotel was very conveniently located everything was walking distance. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. The only issue was that if you are driving there the parking options are an issue.

Noelle hotel was a great walkable to the party street of Broadway. My first time in Nashville. Standard rooms are very very small but comfortable bed. Love having the convenience of coffee and tea on each floor. The bar area and the entertainment was wonderful on Saturday evening.
It is noisy because it's in the heart of Broadway. Had a wonderful stay..

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. But we did have a few hiccups. The water pressure wasn’t great and we requested an extra robe but got towels instead. The hotel is in a great location and has complimentary water and coffee on each floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. We’d be happy to stay again.

The rooms are so small they do not have closets. There is a nightstand, and a cabinet with a small refrigerator (good), but no coffee maker. You are to use the Nespresso machine in the hall by the main elevator, which often wasnt working. The friendly staff (they were friendly) suggested to go to another floor. They would eventually fix the macine but it would break again.
They charge more extra fees than others, for use of "facilities ", but i was kicked out of the rooftop area my last morning as it was being set up for some conference. Also couldnt use that main large indoor area they show in photos- also setting up for something. Yet they still charged those fees. The nice man at the front desk suggested i stop at another hotel and ask if i could use their outdoor facilities if i wanted some outdoor space
I stayed at two other hotels nearby before checking in to Noelle and did not have these issues.
Lesson learned. I won't stay there again

Very well located. Extremely clean property and the staff were excellent!

The only issue I had was that there should be a heavier comforter on the beds. The top bedspread was not much heavier than a sheet. The hotel is in the heart of Nashville so we could walk everywhere. Our windows faced a brick wall

The property was stylish and well kept. The staff was very helpful and professional. I did not like that I spent $65 for one night of parking.

Hotel is in the great location. Staff is really nice and food is good. There is no parking which is a problem when you drive to Nashville. You get over charged for valet $65 per day.

Pros: great location above Printers Alley. Very attractive hotel on the inside. Nice check in staff. Cons: Showing signs of wear like a loose toilet, shades not operating and AC in room not working. Found room door left open by cleaning staff for at least 10 hours. Extremely rude roof top bar manager.

Great staff, felt secure and central to do Nashville. Only comment would be that we were weekday stays and not one of the bars was open after 10pm, so no before bed drinks for us

What a great location with luxurious rooms! Nespresso and tea on the floor. Thank you. Great restaurant too. Only stayed one night but I'd definitely come here again.

I would highly suggest having non-slip mats for the showers as I slipped a few times while bathing. Thank you!

The hotel offers a fantastic experience, from its stylish decor to the cleanliness and attentive staff. We especially appreciated the Nespresso tea and coffee stations conveniently located on each floor, as well as the vibrant rooftop bar. However, the noise level was an issue for us. Our room faced the back of the property, directly in front of a large AC unit, which made it difficult to sleep without earplugs—though the hotel thoughtfully provided them.

The Noelle was amazing and we loved it. Beautiful facility and easy excess to downtown. Loved the amenities and although the room were small they were very nice. The only thing I would say is a sitting chair would have been nice considering there was no place in the room to sit just to read or relax except the bed.

We had a wonderful time and loved Noelle. We did have a negative experience with one of the bartenders at the Rooftop Lounge when I mistakenly called her Mia, and she became very angry because she thought I had made the error because both of them were black. She was VERY unprofessional. Everyone else was great.

Alot of street noise until 3-4am.
No where on property to get cold soda after hours.
