Romantic luxury carriage house on E Hall street, 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and the Mansion Hotel's Poseidon Day Spa, one block from the only major grocery store downtown and inside the borders of the official 'Historic District' sought after by visitors. This listing has access to a fabulous courtyard with outdoor fireplace! This little hideaway is a secure and private house ideal for 2 people but allows up to 4 max with pullout sofa (recommended for 2 kids or teens, or 1 small adult). Parking is free and easy on the street at this property. This block has no meters and is non-competitive. Upper Level. Not suitable for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

This is a hidden gem only three blocks from Forsyth Park. A key code gate separates the main road from the entrance to the quaint and functional upstairs apartment. This is a perfect place for a couple. The owner was accessible and very friendly. And as a bonus on top parking is a breeze (and, most importantly, free). If you end up staying here, I know you will enjoy this.

Property was as described. Quiet neighborhood in historic district, close to downtown river front attractions. No problems with the rental, would recommend for a couples getaway. First visit to Savannah and we enjoyed it very much. Thanks!

We booked this little gem for an anniversary get away. It was our first time visiting Savannah. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our carriage apartment. Perfect accommodations for two! Location was a quiet historic neighborhood. This is the first VRBO that supplied us with the appropriate number of towels, washcloths for each night. Not everyone reuses washcloths! She even supplied face cloths for makeup removal! Communication was great!I would not hesitate to book here again.

Everything was nice. We would have liked to move the thermostat below the 75* at which it was set (we’re hot-natured folks) but this was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was great!

First time in Savannah and we loved staying here. The apartment was so cute and clean. Things like soaps, paper goods, coffee creamer, and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Only a few short blocks to Forsyth Park. We walked all throughout the historic district with distance not being an issue for us. Kroger is literally around the corner and a cute coffee shop at the end of the block. The area was very quiet. So many beautiful and interesting things to see and do. I would highly recommend!

Apartment was very clean. All as described in write up. Great for 2 people - would be crowded with more. Liked being a bit away from "touristy" things and the neighborhood feel. Close to grocery store. Coffee shop 1 block away with pastries & sandwiches. 3 blocks to Forsyth Park. Walked 3-4 blocks to get free shuttle that went to riverfront. Also could walk the 1 mile because all the squares provide shady spots to "rest" along the way. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location. Quiet and convenient. Walked to Forsyth Park multiple evenings. Kroger with a Starbucks at the end of the block. Carriage house was easy to find with check in email that included pictures. Place was clean and adorable. Bed was Super comfy. Couldn’t ask for anything more especially for the price point! Very happy with my stay!

This apartment was the perfect place to stay while in Savannah. It was a close walk to Forsyth Park and the houses surrounding the area were gorgeous. Street parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Savannah.

The carriage house was the loveliest place to stay. It had everything I neesed and kept quite cool to escape from the heat. Parking was easy and it is pretty walkable to certain areas. Would recommend an uber at night to be on the safe side.

Perfect size for two people. Kitchen had all necessary items to prepare small meals. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower…not huge deal for a bald guy, but wife is a different story. Mattress probably needs to replaced in near future too. All in all a very nice place to stay though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at E Hall Street, Savannah. The apartment was exactly as described and it was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park and the DOT free bus. The unexpected delight was an amazing bakery just a block away. It is a "must visit".

I highly recommend! The location was just up the street from beautiful Forsyth Park and a long walk from downtown. The space was just what you need to rejuvenate and get back out to explore the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Very impressed with this property. Have stayed in many VRBO"s and this is definitely one of our favorites. Everything you would need was there. Very clean. Location was wonderful. When returning to Savannah, would definitely stay here.

Very pleased with this place as we were just a couple. Safe neighborhood, parking on the street but was never a problem. Clean and well organized, seems like a fairly new reno. We'd stay here again.

This is a nice clean, comfortable carriage house apartment. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shower could use a new shower head and fresh caulk.

Overall, the property was everything stated in the ad. The location was great, and the place was super clean. The TVs were a problem. The first night they went down with a network error. We were never able to get the TV in the den to work again and the one in the bedroom would work for a while and shut off. We require the background noise of the TV to sleep so this was a problem. I called the managers number and never received a return call.

We had a great trip and the apartment was just right for us. Check in and check out were both really easy and we easily found parking on the street. It was convenient to everything, walkable to the river, to restaurants and the park - we like to walk. There is also a free shuttle bus that picks up very nearby if you don't want to walk. It was easy to catch and ran according to the posted schedule. All in all it was a great time!

This was a "mini getaway" for us! The apartment was beautifully decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of Forsyth Park, Kroger, and if you chose, close enough to walk to the downtown area! Savannah is a charming place to visit!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and place to return very soon!!!

Carriage house was nice size for just the 2 of us. Was hoping to enjoy the patio area but was not as well kept as we would of liked. Being in our early 60s it was a little farther then we wanted to walk for most places. Would of liked to have somewhere to put luggage. Came back one evening and there were no lights in the walkway between houses but was lights following evening so not sure how those were controlled. Overall the place was nice.

Located at the southern edge of the historic district a couple of block from Forsyth Park It was nicely decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. They left out drinks and some snacks was very clean and comfortable. Would be nice if the had some lighting down he path to the carriage house

Lovingly restored historic property was charming! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many downtown sights. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Savannah. Nearby cafe Mate Factor is a must visit spot that’s just a stones throw away.
