The Cottonwood Court motel was a wonderful refuge for me and my little girl. Jackie welcomed us very kindly at reception. The room was secure, quiet, and Immaculate, with a big comfortable bed, and a fridge and microwave - very handy. The old beams at the top of the room are beautiful, and allowed me to explain that feature of old Santa Fe construction. Six stars!

The air conditioner was so loud! We couldn’t sleep.

Very cute and comfortable stay!

Room was clean, but very small. Air conditioner kept street noise out. Second night the water was shut off due to broken pipe in adjoining unit. Ok for the price.

I enjoyed the charming New Mexico adobe architecture and viga ceilings, the vintage route 66 vibes. The location is convenient to walk to the popular The Pantry restaurant but on a busy street. I also enjoyed sitting on the porch chairs outside to watch the sunset. The family rooms have two seperate bedrooms which was nice for our family of four. The room was very clean even though it's an older building. We'd stay here again.

It’s very rustic. Has A C window unit. It was difficult to reach and turn on. Room smelled musty. We had to open windows for air circulation. You hear cars driving by. Had no place to hang clothes. we didn’t use closet bc it Smelled. It has limited plugins. We stayed bc price was reasonable but would not return.

Although my accomadations are a little cramped, they are adequate. Management needs to purchase an industrial ice machine for perishables because the in room refrigerators have no freezer compartments. All in all, a GOOD experience, a quaint, somewhat secluded courtyard motel.

Well, the price is pretty good, but honestly this property isn't ideal. No a/c, fridge didn't work, internet was spotty, mattress was very broken in. There was a subtle smell...like it had been a smoking room at one time. Zero amenities like shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the bathroom, just some plastic cups. So, it's very slim, but if you're on a budget, I suppose this is what Santa Fe has to offer.

Was like being at home. Stayed one night on way north. Two nights way back south. Easy friendy check in. Crisp pure white bed & bath linens. Spotles clean floors & furniture surfaces. Comfortable bed. Authentic southwest adobe construction & style. Easy access to downtown but avoids that areas trafic congestion. A best value for the traveler on a budget.

Clean and comfort place to stay at the weekend

The heaters had not been turned on, so in this older adobe style complex it was freezing! There was also a huge gap under the door allowing tons of cold air in which we placed a towel at. The owner said it would heat in 25 minutes...WOW! We were there over an hour and it was still freezing. Chose to leave and asked for a refund, was still charged for one night, which I find rediculous, but worth getting at least one night refunded (had 2 nights booked). Went to La Quinta and walked into a nice warm comfy room at 1/2 the price. This place may be nice in summer, but do not reccommend winter stays! Also no blow dryer or iron in rooms, you have to walk to office, ring the door bell to get in and request them.

There was a terrible smell in the room and it was hard to sleep in there.

Good service and affordable. But when I stayed during New Years 2024, the room was cold when I got in and I had to turn on the heat manually. The Wi-Fi password was only accessible in the reception area.

Wonderful stay while passing thru Santa Fe. This room was cozy and charming. The owner was kind and helpful. Highly recommend walking down for a meal at The Pantry down the street. We went for dinner and breakfast! Meow Wolf is only a 5 minute drive as well! this is an ideal spot if you're traveling to Santa Fe to visit.

Quaint and comfortable. Very clean, has all needs such as fridge, microwave. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Tub fixtures need upgrade. Heat/air unit works well, but located too high to read or use without standing on a chair. Wi-Fi is spotty.

Cute motel, staff was very nice, and room was very clean. Conveniently located on one of the main roads in town, but didn't notice any excessive traffic noise throughout the night which was a nice surprise.

The motel is not the fanciest but clean and convenient to what we wanted to see in Sante Fe. We had the family room which was exactly what I envisioned - two separate bedrooms with a shared bath in the middle. Each bedroom had its own TV. One room had the coffee pot and the other had the microwave and fridge. The owner was very friendly and helpful and highly recommended a restaurant (The Pantry) within walking distance (2 blocks). This motel was the perfect location if you want to be close to downtown Sante Fe and historical places like the San Miguel Mission and the Loretto Chapel. They were just a 10 minute drive away and parking was pretty easy to find. We were in Sante Fe after staying one night in Bernalillo for the hot air balloon fest. If you don’t like crowds, try the 4th floor parking garage at Sandia Resort for the best view of the balloons each morning.

Room was small, but nice. Area was quiet, and convenient to restaurants. Many motels in area are overpriced, this one included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was older but very clean. The only issue I had was the bathroom was dimly lit and didn’t have any outlets. Also we were in a corner room and could not pick up the internet.

Needed to stay in Santa Fe 1 night and this was very affordable. Not fancy, but the room was indigenous to the area with viga ceiling beams and southwestern framed art. I didn't notice until the morning when I left, that each unit also had illustrated graphics outside the door (leaves, triangles, etc) which I appreciated. Note- there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom but that did not impact me.

Is a charming Route 66 type motel, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The furniture and rugs were a little outdated and I recommend you bring your own hair dryer but other than that it was perfect for a few days stay. Check in was very easy. There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room as well. Great HOT water in shower.

Bed bugs chewed me up. The woman working was very nice and offered to give me half of a refund. Over the next few days, many more bites showed themselves on me and my husband. I called Cottonwood over and over, but they never answered. Contacted hotels.com and they gave us a credit of $25 for the future (not a full refund). Needless to say, won't stay there again, and will stop using hotels.com also.

A 1980 hairdryer must be 'borrowed' from front desk when you check in, there's so much furniture that two people can't walk past each other even in a two-room suite. The window unit A/Cs are so loud you can't sleep. Outrageous price after tax >$300. Bathroom light is yellow, and there are not electrical outlets in the bathroom. The only one that worked was not anywhere near a mirror, so forget styling your hair before you go out. Never again!

I was only in Santa Fe for a day, and this place worked out great. Very convenient to downtown, but avoids all the chaos. Definitely nothing fancy about it, but everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming also.

Beautiful room and big comfy bed. Rustic exposed log beams. The room had AC but it wasn’t on when we got there so it took a few hours to get cool enough to be there.
