The location is absolutely incredible! (Especially if you are a frum/Orthodox Jew, this was centrally located and walking distance from everything: the Kotel, Ben Yehuda, etc.)
The only downside is that there was a lot of music outside Friday night and no air-conditioning in the two bedrooms.
Overall though, the location is the best you can ask for.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was 10/10, walking distance to Mamila, The Western Wall, and Zion Square.
The apartment was renovated and had a very nice set up but the (regular residential) building was old and a bit run down. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and basic appliances.
The apartment had three bedrooms with fans, one with an A/C unit, another with a portable A/C which didn’t work very well.
The bed sheets were microfiber and we found them sweaty. The internet was spotty and should not be relied on for people working remotely.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We were booked in a 3-BR property and it was amazing, convenient, safe and very comfortable with its own kitchen and laundry. I would recommend this place to large families who are on a budget. It is within walking distance to the Old City, Mamilla Mall, a supermarket, money exchange kiosks, atms, the train stop, and several coffee shops and restaurants.
The staff was very responsive and also very helpful in booking us transportation to and from the airport. They also gave us great recommendation for a reliable tour company (arranged ahead of time).
Don't get fooled by the facade. It is inside a residential building, but once you access the property, you will see that the place has modern facilities with very fast wifi.

The apartment was great, building looks quite old from outside but inside it’s all new. They thought about everything a guest might need while staying there.
While the online check-in and check-out are super easy and convenient, I got a phone call a day before arrival with some more details and the same person came to meet us in the street helping with the luggage and was available on WhatsApp for any question raised.
The location is just awesome, walking distance from Jaffa gate, Mamila center and public transportation.
Parking was a bit tricky, arriving on Thursday while Jerusalem center is super busy as a result of Passover holiday half of the city was blocked so I had to park 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Great location, close to Jaffa gate. The property is well maintained and beautifully designed. Good for families. Since it’s in a central location the street can be a bit noisy at night. The hosts were exceptionally nice!

We arrived and called our host (calling is very important-make sure you have access to a phone). Almost immediately an attractive, friendly young woman showed up to help us find and pay for parking. She also helped us get our bags into our beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment. The bowl with perfect Israeli fruits was an unexpected surprise. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING for us was that they made an accommodation for us because of my wife’s special needs. However, there is no better location in all of Jerusalem. Close to the most important sites and a block from the electric buses on the most important street for visitors (Jaffa). The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. There is a special folder in the room with all the information and directions you will need. The apartment is about three times the size of a typical hotel room in this area. There is a a little normal street noise, but not as much as there is a other Jerusalem hotels. The last time we were here I could hardly sleep. Jerusalem is noisy but this place is off of the main street so much quieter. I am sleeping just fine! In summary, this place is hard to beat. Oh, forgot to mention that the hosts are wonderful people and speak perfect English and Hebrew.

It was such a pleasure exploring Jerusalem from this property! Being in the city center is wonderful for experiencing the many sides of the city -- plus there are many restaurants around -- both kosher and non-kosher. Lots of options which is great over the weekend (shabbat) too! Although the property is located in an older building it is renovated inside beautifully. Loved the style and attention to detail the hosts chose! The hosts are amazing -- gave lots of great insight and tips for the area! We arrived by car but did not use it when we were there. That's another great thing about staying in the city center! We felt very safe at the property and enjoyed all the thoughtful touches the hosts included! There's a charming balcony for people-watching while enjoying your coffee. Looking forward to staying here again!

Its location is convenient being in a stone’s throw from the Old City. The apartment is comfortable but starting to aged (both bathrooms’ locks were not working properly) and kitchen is relatively basic. The neighbourhood is also a bit littered as well. The company could arrange shuttle from the airport through their contacts on Shabbat and we needed to book with a third party. We arranged storage of our belonging on the check out day, but found their cleaner opened and drank our juice and threw our fruit away. Such behaviour is rather disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and newly renovated. Netta was very accommodating, straightforward, and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others. Excellent location as well!
