If you like Citizen M this is half the size. No window. Felt like a prison cell.
0.5
No Window in the room and no good ventilation at all
1.5
It's a pre-fab box with a bed and a tiny washroom. Don't expect luxury accommodations but if you have an early flight and don't want to bother with the tube that early in the morning, you can sleep at the airport and have a no stress walk to your flight.

One complaint. The light switch was impossible to find. The room was interior, so it was pitch black. There was no switch in an identifiable location. I had to find a maid to show me where the switch was. It was on an interior wall location where no one would think to look.

Wonderful Airport Terminal Hotel. Located at T3 in LHR very convenient if you have quite some hours or a day between flights. There is a M&S market for food and other stores right there. Our room was big with very comfortable beds and sofa. No windows as you are literally in T3.

No hot water and yes I know how they work and some at night but none at 530am
2.0
good nights sleep and a very convenient location.
wifi didnt work, but staff logged me onto the airport wifi.
room was small but clean and nice and dark and quite.
2.0
It was good. Had an early flight so it was great to already be at terminal. A bit claustrophobic in a box with no windows but it was just to sleep and flight out.
2.0
Perfect if you have an early flight to catch. Limited facilities though, and though the room was clean & comfortable the lack of a window made it slightly claustrophobic

Tiny room. No window. Poor WiFi. Avoid

Great stay over night before our transatlantic flight back home.
2.0
Ideal for one night stay between flights. Tiny room with little space for luggage though.

Room was fine, as advertised. But the water in the bathroom tasted and smelled like dirt. The bottled water seemed to be filled with tap water as it tasted the same. Couldn't drink either water. Also the door to the room didn't seal very well, and you could clearly hear every noise and conversation in the hallway. I'm sure that meant that others could hear anything I did or said in the room, too. Overall the hotel was quiet, but I don't know if I had immediate neighbors or not. It's fine for a pre-flight stay but if you can stay off the airport property I'd prefer that next time.
2.5
Great location as the hotel is right in the hotel terminal. Staff very nice and friendly
2.5
Extremely convenient for our early morning flight as it is in Heathrow’s International Terminal cheaper alternative to the other hotel that has that distinction.
2.5
Great location and precisely what I was after.
2.0
It was a little Oasis in the hecticness of the airport. Front desk staff were super helpful with printing boarding passes and helping me sort out Wi-Fi. Extremely comfortable bed. Made all the difference being ready for a long flight
2.0
Overall a good stay but the room had some lights in the ceiling which kept us awake and the thermostat display was very bright through out the night we struggled to sleep because the room was not dark enough
2.0
Hotel in airport to get sleep on extended trip.
This hotel is as marketed

Check in folk both cheerful and helpful. Accommodation very simple and windowless, but library, with coffee machine, offered a view of the car park and walkway. Ideal place to stay pre flight from Term3. Three minute walk to Virgin check in.
2.5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if I knew what terminal I was flying out of and then looked it up for me. They told me which places were open for food since I was there late. Check-in and check-out was easy. It was just so convenient to sleep there and wake up without rushing to drive to the airport. I was able to sleep-in, shower, and be fresh and well rested before my flight. The room was quiet and clean. I got a basic, single room, which was small but everything I needed. I would definitely do it again.

Perfect place to stay before flying home from Terminal 3. Very close to terminal so easily walkable to Terminal 3

As long as you know what you’re getting it’s great. The rooms are small with no windows. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I had an early departure and they had two people working the front desk and brown bag breakfasts to go.
1.5
Hotel with no windows small room very claustrophobic.
The duty Manager did move us into a slightly larger room
but no windows. Ok if you just intend sleeping and then flying from T3. No restaurant either.

Don’t book here. We chose this hotel for its convenience it’s in the airport, buy when we arrived they said sorry but we don’t have water. So they changed us to another hotel 3 miles from the airport, taxi delayed 1 hour, the hotel we were sent to with much lower quality (Mercure) and the inconvenience that now we have to take taxi to move.
Worst experience ever.

Didn’t actually stay here even though I paid to stay here. Tried to check in and was forced in to a 3 hour ordeal with a 20 min shuttle to a different hotel which was terrible and over 150 pounds cheaper a night. Such a terrible experience.

This is a great option if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. Terminal 3 has access to the Underground if you want to check in and go into London for the day on either end of a trip. It is a great "stay at the airport" option. The staff were super helpful.

Very convenient for a one night layover.

We always stay here prior to an early morning flight. Really convenient and clean, just roll out of bed to the airport.

Room was small, shower room even smaller. Not ideal for someone with mobility issues
4.0
A conveniently located airport hotel which affords a clean and comfortable place to stay in Terminal 2.

Conveniently located next to airport for early flight. Restaurant was good.
5.0
The hotel was perfect! It made our travel day that much easier by being right at the airport! Our room was comfy, clean and quiet!
3.0
The front door was locked so needed to walk back around through the airport.
4.0
The comfort of the room and the cleanliness were top-notch! The staff at the front desk were both welcoming and helpful! The only thing I would like to see different, would be to have an outlet in the bathroom, getting ready in the morning. It was a little inconvenient to have to plug in my hair straightener in front of the TV. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

Aerotel Hotel is conveniently situated in the Arrival wing of Terminal 3, surrounded by numerous shops and cafés.
