The staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was very big and nice. Location was ideal for going to the Space and Rocket Center. Kids loved the pool. We saved a ton with the nice dinner and breakfast that was included. We plan to stay at a lot more Drury Inns in the future.

It is or was not a pet friendly Hotel to me. Maybe it was to others but they gave me a Pet Guideline to follow. Some guest did not receive this guide line to go by as I checked. On that guideline it told me that I had to enter and exit through the stairwell with my 2 dogs that weigh 12 pounds or less each, they could not be left alone in the room. They could not be in the lobby. The lady that checked me in was holding a dog same size as mine on a leash while the owner was getting her food. Which I understood that. However, they were in the lobby. The lady was going up and down with her dog in the elevator. I am 66 years old. I have bad feet. One bad knee and problems with my right leg which was killing me when I left there from having to continuously go up and down 2 flights of stairs. Do you think they will help with my doctor bill or surgery bill if it comes to that? I think not. I will have to get a Lawyer. Thank my Lord and Savior for it not being the middle of summer when I had to leave them in the car while I went to the pool area or anywhere else where they were not allowed. If you have a pet stay away from here. Very good food and clean hotel. But not for pets.

We have never stayed at a Drury Inn before but we will definitely be starting from now on. We had too notch service from the time we arrived until we checked out. Liz and Lavonda were wonderful and did an amazing job. The girls enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice to not only receive complimentary breakfast but they also serve a complimentary dinner and free alcoholic beverages for adults, as well as the soda machine is available 24/7. Could not have asked for better service while traveling for soccer tournaments.

My stay was excellent. I was at the hotel for four nights, Monday through Friday. During that time, I never heard anything in my room. No noise from neighbors, no slamming of doors, nothing. It was the quietest hotel experience I have ever had in my 53 years on this planet. The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows, extra blankets and comforters. There was two very large TVs in our suite there was a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Two elevators that worked well for a quickly getting up and down the floors, and there is also staircases at each end that are very spacious and I think they are also tornado shelters because they are built super strong. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. Everything was super clean and sanitary. In the evenings, they had a reception with light food and drinks, which was a nice unexpected touch. Morning breakfast had a very good selection of eggs, sausage, most mornings, breakfast, fried potatoes, oatmeal, cold, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast, cream, cheese, butter. Sometimes they had salsa and soft tortillas to make breakfast burritos. There was a slight change in the breakfast in the morning and evening reception food changed every day. Free spacious parking. It’s a very nice area with easy access to tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. it’s right across the interstate from the space and rocket center and space camp. I would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

Rooms are a little dated and there's only one hook in the bathroom, but the amenities make up for everything! Barely a 2 minute drive to the Space and Rocket Center (not walkable due to the interstate) Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast AND they offer you 3 free adult beverages every night along with another free meal for dinner! Also had an Indoor pool and hot tub that were well maintained. Elevators can get a bit backed up in the mornings due to breakfast crowd, guests trying to checkout and cleaning staff so be aware!

The location is great whether you're in town for business, Space Camp, or just to visit the rocket center and local area. There is also some great local food within a short 10-minute drive.

We knew breakfast was included with our hotel stay, but were very pleasantly surprised that dinner was also included. This was my first time visiting Huntsville and this property made my stay even better. The staff was kind and attentive, and the food choices were delicious! The room and bathroom were clean as well. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay here again!

Don’t even bother booking a reservation. The hotel WILL NOT hold it. Came in at 11:45pm just to find out I had no room since they had not honored the reservation for my room. Add insult to injury, the person at the front desk was extremely disrespectful, did not help at all and kicked me and my daughter out, leaving both of us stranded, at midnight without a place to sleep.
