Overall beautiful hotel with very friendly staff!! Would stay here again!

Great hotel.. clean, friendly staff!! Nice and new... met expectations for a Hampton property! Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I'm a coffee snob and the only choice for creamer was the little individual, plastic half and half containers. Most nice hotels offer loads of flavored creamer options. They were also out of coffee at 9 am. Parking was a slight issue. It was pouring rain upon arrival and we had to walk from the adjacent parking lot. Only a very few parking spaces next to the building & you cannot turn around easily to go back to the covered entrance after you realize there are no parking spaces close. It's a one way street in front of the hotel and getting back around isn't fast or easy. Noted because we were going to a wedding and trying to avoid looking like a drowned duck! HA!

The stay was only one night, but enjoyable. Would book there again.

The breakfast was decent overall. I could tell the eggs were instant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were very good with offers of suggestions on where to go.

Construction all around. There was no pool available. Listed as permanently closed .

overall it was a nice stay

the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. it was quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable. Kori was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival and throughout my stay.

it would have been nice if the pool was open and a guest laundry area on the property instead of having to walk over to the adjacent hotel

Exceptional

I am glad I stayed at this location since it was close to the mall, restaurants and other attractions.

I didn't like the fact that the staff was unable to find my name Carlisla Woodard on the reservation but located my mother's name, Diane Leatherwood with no problem and she was the guest.

the stay was excellent. just everything was as it should have been and the staff was just super friendly.

every. single. thing. it was literally the most pleasant stay. peaceful. very friendly staff. clean.

if I had to have something I didn’t like, it would be all the construction and parking

This is a really nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great area With restaurants in walking distance. comfortable room with a great layout, and the property was quiet.

No EV charger as advertised, because there was ongoing construction.

A little pricy but was searching for a hotel with great recommendations and cleanliness.

Wonderful location with all of the restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff, good selections for b’fast-parking could have been better-limited spaced next to hotel

Desk staff welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, one of the two rooms we were assigned was not cleaned. Beds unmade and bathroom still a mess from previous guest. We were assigned another room but the inconvenience after a 10 hour drive, with little time to change clothes to attend a funeral home viewing was not appreciated.

The beds and the room was fresh and clean.

The pool was closed. The price of the hotel. What you get for your money isn’t worth the price.

Room was comfortable, clean and nice design

Room was above the restaurant below so was a little noisy until 9:30 and at 8am next morning. If we had been trying to sleep at those times it would have been disappointing.
