Great hotel staff; all hotel personnel were friendly and courteous. Was in town for Ravens/Buccaneers game. If I return to Tampa this will be my go to hotel.

My original room had a very unpleasant smell of cat odor and they had no more suites available so I had to downgrade my room and I was not happy at all.

2nd time staying there for multiple days. The staff is always awesome, property grounds, pretty much everything. I hate to be negative about anything but the 3 days I was there I had to walk to the front because the side door key swab to open the door was broke. But yet we were told maintenance was going to fix it & never did. Also the ac in my room would not work to well. Granted it was blowing AC but the nights I would wake up sweating. So I’m not sure what the issue was. But anyways I still love the place.

Staff wasn’t as usual which is helpful friendly and accommodating! Front desk gave us a fit about using pool early and gettting early check in! We usually do things like that especially at my highly recommended and favorite hotels homes 2 suites but at this location he was not at all what we are used to!

Checking in was quick & very easy. There was a little fan on floor in entrance hallway I'm not sure what for. But other than that this hotel was clean, beds comfortable, all staff I encountered were friendly & helpful. I loved the mini kitchen in the room. Hot water in the shower! Breakfast had a decent variety of foods offered. Just an overall great stay. Price was a little more than others in this area but we would book again.

I loved the spaciousness of the room. I’m not a fan of sharing a hotel with pets. I would not stay here in the future knowing that a pet could have been a guest the night before.

Hall carpet dirty and damaged. Front desk not attended well had to ring bell. Kids monopolizing the breakfast area. Warm food was cold. Gladly changed hotels when my flight got delayed.

Hotel was newer looking but our room had a funky smell especially if the AC wasn’t turned very low and the carpets and stuff inside the room were so stained. Even the hallway going to our room the carpet was stained. Just looked kind of gross for a newer seeming hotel.

Problem checking in- had reserved 2 queen beds, as I was traveling with an adult child. Despite an additional call in advance, the hotel did not save me the room I booked and requested, and we had to use a fairly uncomfortable pull out couch. We then had to pack up and leave and relocate to another room the next day. We eventually got the room we wanted. I asked three times for the manager to call me, never heard from them.

Rooms are very large especially if you have a big family. My family of 6 was very happy in our room. Pool was nice wish there was more pool furniture to sit at filled up very fast.

Overall I was happy with my stay. I would stay there again if visiting Tampa. The one negative comment I have is with the staff. Although it was my fault, honesty would have been appreciated. I left my watch charger in the room by mistake on the counter near the kitchen. Contacted the hotel and they said it wasn't there. Since room was locked when I left and housekeeping is the next one in to clean for the next guest, they should have seen my charger on the counter. If they didn't, then I question their cleaning. Besides this one.issue, it was a nice stay. Frontdesk was helpful and pleasant., breakfast was good with many choices. Rooms where nice, large and clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful as well, especially dealing with a couple of football teams as there was a tournament that weekend. I wiould definitly book here again.

They did not have our selected double queen room available when we arrived but made up for it with 2 single king rooms, one being a suite. Very nice gesture to make up for their mistake. Breakfast was not as good as other similar hotels but otherwise was a nice stay.
