Great little guest house for travelling couples or single individuals! Walking distance to almost everything and if not a short taxi or Uber ride away! Amazing customer service and a delicious light breakfast! Thank you for the stay!

Nice hotel but rooms very small and bed quite hard . Location was great along with the staff . Check in was easy

Lovely staff, very good breakfast with home made cakes. Hotel is clean, tidy and neat but the room was tiny.
We got the impression tha Porto like many other places nowadays is fed up with tourists. We encountered some rudeness which was uncalled for. We had a lovely trip on the river though and a great tour of a Port winery.

Great location. Rooms were a bit too small-it was hard to find a space to open suitcase. Though, there is a reception no one was there at check in time and I had to make a phone call to obtain check in instructions. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Great location right in the centre. The lady who did breakfast was very friendly and helpful, offering a lot of suggestions as to what we should visit.
The only downside is it was quite cramped in the room and ensuite and down by breakfast as well. It's a very small building but other than that I couldn't fault it.

Good contact with the owner and easy checkin. The receptionist is also very pleasant. A good place to go near thé center of Porto

Lovely but small.

This is ‘cheaper’ than surrounding hotels but location is superb, especially for the price. We were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel has much character and was quiet at night. Our room had a safe, fridge and en-suite. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The staff there were very polite and helpful. I would stay there when returning to Porto.

Great location!! That was the most important thing for me. Beautifully remodeled old building, very clean, breakfast service ( included) was very nice. The place is very small ( elevator, shower, room ),so be prepared. I would definitely stay there again!

So unique and super CLEAN. We were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the river and easy to grab Uber and Bolt to our excursions.

Good place to stay, good position, great little hotel

Property was very clean and convenient. Great communication. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat. Only downside was this is a very quaint old, building with stone walls. Our first room was on the lowest level in the back of the building. It was very damp smelling, even with dehumidifier running all day. The manager kindly moved us after first day. Make sure you ask to be on an upper floor or in the front of the building.

Fantatisk service. Småt at bo men dejlig centralt.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location that allowed us to tour around on our own.

Was very close to river and all the activities. Was clean with good breakfast. No reception after 2pm. Had to get another guest to let us in at 4pm. Very frustrating after a long train trip to get to Porto.

Very nice place to stay. Staff good. Breakast good, after so many days would be nice for a little variety, but it was good.

Clean and great location.

Excellent location. Room size adequate, would have benefited from a mirror in the bedroom area. Modern bathroom. Breakfast was good, excellent service. Chose room with balcony and river view, however it doesn’t overlook river, this can only be seen if you lean out over the balcony and look down the street. Traffic can be noisy.

Location and staff were great. Room was comfortable but could have had better and more pillows and towels.

This property was excellent value. The space was extremely tight and small but we really only slept here and spent our days out and about. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was check in. Expedia said it was 24/7 check in but they weren’t present at the property which was no big deal but I didn’t have a code to get in. They said that they tried to get ahold of me in WhatsApp but we were flying (15hr) at the time so no internet connection. We ended up walking around for 30 minutes until we got a call with the code to enter and pick up a hidden room key. The breakfast was simple and good. The server was friendly and helpful.

In a good location for river, rooms are small but new this, very noisy outside, at peak traffic, pillows need changing and bed hard, breakfast a bit poor, but accommodation was cheap for 3 nights

If you're a traveler looking to save money without compromising comfort, cleanliness, or convenience, this is the place to stay. Within 1 minute walk to a laundromat, bar, dining. Plenty of storage space. Served breakfast instead of typical messy buffet. We usually stay in hotels but will now look for one of these guest houses. They are a treat.

A nice little guest house about a block from the river. Had a nice balcony that looked out toward the old stock exchange and the sao francisco church. Great location. Room was comfortable. There is an elevator available. Breakfast is continental style and served to you. Everything in Porto is up.

Enjoyed being in one of Porto’s 300-year old skinny buildings. Room was fine except the dehumidifier ran constantly but couldn’t remove the musty smell. I guess that’s the downside of old stone walls.

Small clean guest house with equally small but comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, ample storage and had a small fridge. We were on the 2nd floor and welcomed the rare elevator.
Very well located for tourist attractions and plenty of bars restaurants within a short walk.
Continental breakfast served by very helpful and friendly receptionist.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good location...everything is quite tight and small but clean and the woman who served breakfast etc was very efficient and mindfull.
