The hotel and it's rooms are clean and the workers there are nice. Downsides to the hotel are it's small room sizes and fairly thin walls. The room size is okay for a solo traveler, but doesn't accommodate families.

Flawless hotel. Good quality and cleanliness. Luxury design. Friendly staff. Reasonable room size in Japan. Excellent facilities and services. Perfect location just 3-minute walk to local subway station. 2 stations away from Nagoya and Shinkansen station. Convenient as many big shopping centres and restaurants around hotel. We will definitely use this hotel again. We have booked 4 rooms and all of us love hotel ACTEL Nagoyanishiki. No negative impression at all.

Period of stay: 31 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 For what you are paying, this hotel location is impeccable. It is located conveniently nearby the Sakae Station (I usually use exit 8, but there may be other even more convenient ones), and the heart of all your shopping (Parco and many luxury brands within walking distance), night activities and a roughly 15 minutes walk to Osu. Sakae station (being 2 stops from Nagoya station) is also one of the stations with great connectivity to other lines, making it a great base to stay for your exploration around Nagoya. While I have not explored the Hotel fully, the service persons are helpful, and level 3 where the lobby is located has many amenities/items for your own self help. The basic single room where I stayed is clean and typical size (per Japanese hotels) as described - in this regard, anyone travelling in group or has big/numerous luggages may see it fit to go for bigger rooms. Overall, an enjoyable 6 days here and I highly recommend to anyone if the above-mentioned positive notes appeal to you.

I stayed 6 nights here. Location is great as I could walk everywhere and lots of shopping and food around. Train station was also near. It is near night clubbing area, may have drunks late at night or early morning. I like that they provide bath salt variety, and also ice coffee at the lobby helps me so much during the hot summer. The room cleaning service was also excellent, and the room facility was good too. Would definately stay again. It was like home away from home for me. Thank you!

Very clean but small rooms. Barely any room to set luggage down. Sadly service is good. Bathroom is a plastic unit, clean but small. Coffee and amenities in the lobby always available. Check-in desk on third floor.

Very very small room even though we mentioned we are 2 adults and 1 child during the booking. We were supposed to share the queen size bed. There’s no walking space left once we open up the luggage. Location is excellent though. And I like the free coffee machine and the buffet amenities

Decent wifi. The room is a standard Japan-sized room (so not very big). Comfortable bed. Great location - there's a Sakae station entrance around the corner and it's a few blocks over from the TV tower. No breakfast in the hotel, but the staff can provide directions to places that open early (over by the TV tower)

This hotel is very easy to access by subway, which is only two stops from the main train station of Nagoya. It is also right next to a nice park to walk around, great restaurants, and plenty of shops. Recommend!!

This is a nice hotel that is centrally located in the city with good access to the subway. The room was clean and the staff was nice. They've got a fancy coffee maker in the lobby that can make several kinds of coffee and ice coffee for free. The buffet style breakfast was good. A great place to stay for leisure or business.

The location is excellent; a few steps from Sakae station on the Higashiyama subway line and the Meijo line, which is good for the airport. The hotel is very clean, fresh and looks new. The amenities are very generous. I have nothing negative I can say!
