All I can say is that I’m coming back.

Nice hotel. Small room but everything you need and it’s very clean. Great restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet.
Tip: Grab a card from the desk with the hotel address on it to show to taxi drivers. It’s a coin flip if they speak any English.

Plenty of amenities. Place is ultra clean. Great breakfast.

A top spec hotel with a very professional and friendly service. From the initial greeting it was a relaxing stay. The room if we'll laid out with nice finishes and practical charging and amenities.
The breakfast was also top class for the price and location is just a short walk or train to the centre of Shinjuku.

This was our first taste of Japanese hotels and it was excellent. We thought the hotel used space very well and we were particularly appreciative of the pyjamas and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was relaxing.
We would suggest the hotel make guests aware if the restaurant needs to be booked a day prior for breakfast, as we were disappointed to be refused entry on one morning of our stay because a tour group had fully booked it. It was especially disappointing because the breakfast at Hearth is the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, anywhere, it was SO good!
Other than that we highly reccomend this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the area was safe and peaceful and we would love to stay again.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to nishi-Shinjuku subway station and a lot of restaurants nearby; very modern and clean room, the isolation between the bedroom and living room is excellent, helpful staff and great room service.

Nice hotel about 3 minute walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station. About 25 minute walk from Shinjuku bars. Comfy bed, nice shower, friendly reception staff. Convienent 7-11 in the basement, good breakfast with Japanese and American options. Would stay here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

Hotel surrounding area are nice & Safe. Honestly say room is small. Breakfast is not bad.

Excellent hotel. I would recommend.

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean, staff were nice, amenities downstairs are open-bar and have a good variety of things. It's in nishi-shinjuku, so less tourism and activity around the area, but still has restaurants around and within walking distance of subway and convenience stores. Room was slightly small, but expected of Japan and was enough to open suitcases. Would recommend.

It was such a quiet area despite being just under a kilometre from Shinjuku.but as it’s mainly a business district it quietens down at night . There are 2 metro stations nearby that get you just about everywhere . It’ll pay to figure out how to get there without google maps as I got lost much of the time.
There’s a Denny’s around the corner which was great! But also strangely popular with the Japanese! That’s also good if you want to save some money and don’t feel like venturing into Shinjuku to eat.
The breakfast buffet was amazing , as was the shower . The staff were very helpful and polite. Probably the only thing I disliked was the room got a bit warm and I couldn’t lower the thermostat below 17. That 1 extra degree to 16 would’ve really helped !

This is our 3rd times staying at this place. Cant say much about it, but you can tell how much we loved this hotel by repeating stayed.

Had two nights at this hotel. It was located very centrally and if you get a floor high up, you will most likely get a nice view. We had a room in the middle (8th floor) where the view was not that nice. The room was small but comfortable. They could have preferably taken some square meters from the large bathroom/shower and put it in the room instead as there were no room to have to suitcases. In the reception you could also take small hair and body lotions for free, which I think is a nice touch. And there is a 7/11 in the bottom floor of the hotel that was open 24/7.

i’ll definitely stay here my next tokyo visit. would probably get a larger room as the one i was in wasn’t as large as the photos and dimensions had suggested.

Our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi Shinjuku Premier was great & wonderful. Our triple room was a bit small although we were able to manage our lugagges. Everything was good & everyone were friendly and service was excellent. Location was great too, few minutes walk from the subway train station & the hotel is sorrounded by convinient stores and good restuarants. I highly recommend the the Japanese Steak Bowl, they served good & yummy steak rice bowl.

The bathroom in the room was out of our expectation with separate area for shower and bath tub. The hotel also provides sample for skin care, mouth wash and hair oil for travellers. Although the location was not super convenient, we like the hotel in general. Might consider staying in this hotel again next time.

This hotel has everything, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is really convenient, there is a 711 inside the hotel and is 24hrs. Washers available. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

location a little out of the way from main Shinjuku area but walkable. there is two different train station that is close by, one being 5-6 mins walk away and the other 7mins walk both takes you to Shinjuku station. 7-11 is downstairs of hotel and Lawson on the corner. There is some restaurants close by but none that I was interested in but at least there are options. there is a restaurant in the hotel which I didn’t get the chance to try.
if you turn down cleaning, they will leave you a bag of fresh towels, hand towels, washcloth, PJs, etc at your door every day. I am a clean person so I only ask for a cleaning every 3 days so I accumulated a lot of bags.
the bed and pillows wasn’t the most comfortable for me but maybe I am more used to softer bed mattress. regardless I had a comfortable stay. the only real discomfort I had was the hotel heater was on full blast so I was sweating while walking through the hotel. I always dread trying to exit the hotel as fast as I can everyday due to the high heater and vice versa when coming back to hotel.
I asked front desk to loan me a scale and they were very quick to bring it to me. I spoke to the staff in English so they proficient in English. on my check-out day, they held my luggages for me while I went out for the remainder of the day.
I booked this hotel very last minute and it was available for a decent price. this is my first stay with the hotel.

Nishi Shinjuku is a great place to stay to see Tokyo. The area is very nice, quiet, and clean while still being close enough to everything to make travel convenient. This hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful!

The hotel was at a convenient location, less than 10 mins walk to Nishishinjuku Metro and another 10 mins will get you to Shinjuku. It is also near a very beautiful garden.
The rooms are clean. Although it was tight to have a third bed in the room, it was sufficient for our purposes. The bath room is very large by Japanese hotel standards and is comfortable stay overall.

Everything about the property is up to our expectations and fits our needs! We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this property and would definitely recommend this property! Staff were great and place was clean.

Convenient to the train station. Some restaurants nearby. Room is spacious but beds were hard.

A very comfortable and clean hotel with good amenities. Staff efficient and friendly. Less than 10 minute walk to station, cafes and eateries nearby. The area is more suitable for business stays, perhaps, but with the train station so close, it wasn't a problem for us.

Great start to our 3 week trip in Japan. Hotel staff very helpful and room, although a bit tight was clean and efficient. Would stay again.

I’ve been staying this hotel for few times and this become one of my favourite hotels in Tokyo. The room is spacious, conveniently located in the West of Shinjuku, very quiet and connected with convenience shops.
Not to mentioned, the restroom is the top-notched, and they do provide free skincare set of Kenbo

We were lucky to find availability here last minute after leaving a hotel that smelled of cigarettes. The location is a bit further from where we wanted to be, but it’s an easy 5 minute walk to “Nishi-shinjuku” station. As soon as we arrived, we were thrilled that the hotel smelled fresh and was very clean.
The room was clean and spacious. The shower and tub had excellent water pressure. The washer/dryer vacancy is updated on the tv screen which made it very convenient! We were comfortable and slept very well during our stay.
Security: We forgot our room keys when we went to the laundry room. We appreciated that they verified my identity by matching information collected during check in, before giving me new keys and disabling the old ones.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are big enough and everything was clean and nice. The area is very silent and close to major stations.
We really enjoyed our stay

Very clean and tidy, especially like the self-service corner for lotion, toning, coffee, etc Convenient with family mart and 7-11 downstairs, metro station within walking distance.

Besides all the usual great things about Japanese hotels (cleanness, friendly staff, etc.), here are the 2 things I like the most: 1. the bathroom is large and well organized with a decent bath tub for a relaxing hot bath experience every night; 2. the laundry machines usage information available on TV.
On the contrary, the only "complain" I have is that the hotel is a bit far away from Nishi-Shinjuku station (5-min walk) or Tochomae station (less-than-10-min walk), which makes my trip back to Haneda Airport with 4 fully packed luggages (2 large, 1 medium, and 1 carry-on) less enjoyable. :)
