Wonderful stay with many opportunities for memorable experiences.

Everything at this hotel is so well thought out and executed to perfection. We had a corner hotel room with a wraparound porch overlooking Mt. Fuji and the Olympic stadium. The room was clean and well appointed, the amenities were plentiful and the breakfast was divine. Everyone spoke perfect English so if you're not a Japanese isn't strong, you'll be fine. It's a pricier hotel, but well worth the comfort and convenience. There are three metro stops within a 10 minute walk, restaurants and small shops. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for business or pleasure travel. A huge perk is the coin laundry on the second floor. Just make sure to use it during an 'off peak' time like 4pm or 5pm because there are only 4 machines and they fill up quickly.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the National (Olympic) Stadium and near the rugby and baseball stadiums. It is also walkable to Shibuya, Meiji Shrine, and other sights, is directly on one subway line and close to a few more. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speak English. The rooms are well-appointed and have balconies. There is an on-site onsen (public bath - one for men, one for women) which is delightful, and on the last day of my stay, I was able to see Mt. Fuji from the rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was varied and good not great. Overall, a wonderful stay at a very nice property.

Wonderful hotel near the national stadium. Close to the metro. Hotel itself is modern and clean. Room was modern and bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Only concern was that one evening hotel restaurant closed for private function. This was inconvenient.

Wonderful luxury hotel which felt more like a resort. The onsen for soaking your tired legs and feet after a long day of sightseeing was perfect. Breakfast buffet was also 10/10

Good hotel, slightly average. I got very irritated when the receptionist wanted to me to pay extra to use the gym and spa after check out. In heard of at a 4 star hotel during my 25 years of traveling frequently.

Was a nice hotel.
Room was small but it had a good balcony which helped. Good location in Tokyo with a local subway right next door linking up with Shinjuku station and easy walking to Shibuya.
Staff were nice. Would have been good to have the bar open more often. We didn’t get to utilise it at all as it seemed to be always closed at key points in the day.
Has a great buffet breakfast with both Japanese and European options.

Staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful. Hotel is right beside the train stations. There is also an amazing cafe called Excelsior Cafe about 5 minutes walk away where we had breakfast every morning. Overall a nice quieter neighborhood that is a bit away from the busy areas of Tokyo and still central and convenient to get around. Love it

Overall very nice hotel, my partner and I enjoyed our stay. The onsen is nice but you do have to cover up your tattoos, they will provide coverup. We both just wish there was a convenience store near by.

We loved the breakfast and how close the station is to the hotel. It was easy to get around all the different parts of Tokyo that we wanted to see from here, and we slept well every night.

City trip for 5 nights, great location right next door to the subway. Quite a small room with no where to unpack. Facilities of washing were very useful.

We had 2 separate reservations for this trip. First, in a room without a kitchen and the second part of the trip, a room with a “kitchen”. Both rooms had lovely views of the park which is rare in Tokyo.
The room with a “kitchen” had a sink and one stove top without any pots, dinnerware, and cooking utensils so the “kitchen” was basically non functional. The “kitchen” has the same amenities as the rooms that don’t advertise them as the rooms with “kitchen” which is a couple of cups and glasses. I am on a special diet so I wanted to be able to prepare light meals in the room, but I was not able to do so.
The “kitchen” space could have been better utilized for a dresser to put our clothing away instead of having to lay them out on a sofa in the room. If you are looking for a functional kitchen, look elsewhere. Paying extra for a room with a “kitchen” is wasting money in my opinion. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good and quiet location for Tokyo.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.
