I was not happy with the restroom! It did not meet the ADA conditions! There were NO handicap bars in the restroom by the toilet! I fell!!! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who haa a disability like myself!

Im an Hilton person which for some personal reasons I have not travel much in the past two years but when I do I like to check the prices for the Hilton hotels. My fiancé he try to check in because I was far from the hotel and they didn’t let him because they said I need it to be present and show my ID which this is the first time that this happens he had his id and his CC to pay the deposit but they did not let him. 2. We were playing soccer and we saw couple of roches running around 3. In the morning I went down around 8:40am for breakfast before my online meeting at 9:00am and I was trying to make some toast and someone had some in the toaster already so I could not use it, a lady came and got two pieces and before I could put my two pieces another lady put hers in ( which I was next to the toaster waiting) it was a housekeeper person I decided to get something else while the housekeeper finish with the toaster and all the employees decide to get breakfast at the same time that I did I had to get to the side because they took most of the food area and yes I got late to my meeting because my toast and yogurt Not very nice 😔. This is the first time that I have this kind of problems.

Nice, clean hotel in a good location surrounded by multiple businesses and restaurants. Room size was nice, beds were comfy. Pool side was good with the occasional gecko visitor checking in on us, cool. Coffee available around the clock. Breakfast was ok but not the best or the worst. My second time from Ohio staying here for a week-long visit during July 4 week and I do plan to return again next year for round #3.

Overall experience was great. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is nice and modern compared to the other hotels around! Ran into some issues with the bathroom lights flickering pretty badly in the room just as we checked in, asked for maintenance but unfortunately didn't come after they said they would call. We just decided not to turn on the lights unless we needed to because it was a headache to deal with. Couldn't switch rooms because we needed the accessibility space. Bathroom cleanliness could be better in the accessible room. The chair used for the tub was pretty nasty/dirty and we refused to use it. It was unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we booked the room. Breakfast was convenient enough, little options but it gets the job done. Love the little snacks and other convenient stuff they sell by the reception area. Bonus microwavable foods, ice cream and alcohol. Lobby is a great place to work and chill when its not crowded with children and adults who can't control their children. But overall, great experience. Would book again.

I always stay here. Newer hotel and very well maintained. Only complaint was with the number of days/nights I stayed, they should have cleaned my room and replenished towels, emptied garbage cans, etc. one time. They did not. Service is supposed to be every other day.

rooms were small but clean. Had all we needed. very very clean. I heard a lot of noise from doors closing in hallway but that was not terrible. The Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good -nice to have some hot items , scrambled eggs, bacon, pancake.
