The villa was fabulous and very spacious, we have everything we needed. The complex was clean and modern. Our stay was pleasant, the only comment or sugeto the hotel is the trash system, people leave their trash bags in the parking place and in front of the property, they should implement a better system

Let me start off with that I was celebrating my daughters birthday and we did a short 3 day trip. I payed extra to have a cottage with a private pool. First day we get there the pool was filled with debris and huge leaves that even if we tried to clean it we couldn’t. We then wasted time to get transferred to another cottage. Next morning we go in the pool and leave out a speaker for a less than 2 hours to go have breakfast. We’re going to go back inside the pool and speaker was taken. Security report was done and fronts desk response is they don’t have control of others actions. Last morning we couldn’t even get in the pool because there was construction inside our own backyard. Huge holes were being drilled in that little backyard for plumping that we didn’t have the privacy of our pool. Went and told the front desk and they said they have no control of the construction there because this is a 3rd party that was hired. Basically our trip was horrible and front desk all they could say was oh sorry that’s out my control. After I spent 850 for two nights and my daughter had to experience this in her mini birthday vacation. Horrible customer service.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was amazing having a pool and hot tube at the house was perfect. We also got to use the resort pool which was perfect and so relaxing. We used the shuttle multiple times and it was so easy. Rick the shuttle driver was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the cottage stay for any celebration or vacation. We went for my sisters bachelorette party and we are planning on coming back with our family and make it a tradition.

Very disappointed with this particular location, especially since something with the Margaritaville brand is expected to be above and beyond. Every cushion of the dining chairs had horrible stains on them, some of the couch cushions were staying as well. Outdoor landscaping was almost nonexistent around the patio/pool area at the cottage. it was almost as if it had washed away, and no one had bothered to replenish the mulch around any of the cottages. Locked out of cottage two hours before the checkout time.

This is my 3rd time staying at Margaritaville cottages/villas and it never disappoints! My Westie travels with me and its very pet friendly! The interior decor and furnishings are beautiful. Beds are comfortable too!

Everything was amazing. Check in was fast and easy and we were not hassled or harassed to buy anything or participate in events we did not want to. We had two problems that were fixed the first day within hours. They were courteous and gave detail information.

If I had this trip to do over again, I would definitely stay in the actual hotel. The location of our villa was a good distance from the actual hotel and main pool/activites. Wait time for the shuttle was around 13-30 minutes despite being told it would be 5, 10, or 15 minutes each time I called for the shuttle. There was also a lot of construction going on with eyesore trailers placed around the property. Also the hold they put on your card for the villa/cottage is over double the hotel hold (Expedia won’t allow me to put the actual dollar amount). Would not stay here again, unless it was in the hotel.

They ripped me I rented a villa in order to bring my dog of which I chose this property because they were dog friendly and ended up charging me 300.00 extra because they said they had to clean up more than usual. We did not eat there, use a bedroom, dud not use two bathrooms and had no one over. Me my wife and small 30 lbs dog thats it. Its the second tine they do this will never stay there again!!

I didn’t like that you cannot buy outright tickets to H2O water park in your resort without having to do a 2hour presentation. As much as I paid for the resort I couldn’t get in the water park that’s sucks my kids were disappointed.

Margaritaville is a beautiful resort. Have been there numerous times. Render a 2 bedroom cottage which I have done before. It was neat and clean but much smaller than The last cottage we rented there. It was pretty but just very tight. I know for next time to look at the measurements of the cottage.

We had a lot of ants in one of the bathrooms. So, we called the front desk and they said that they would send someone over but no one ever came. So, we all shared the ant-free bathroom. Plus, we didn’t get a welcome drink and a rude ass bartender. The resort is nice, but the people not so much this time. It sucks because we usually love this place.

Stay started great .. check in was great Miguel was so kind and then we got to our cottage and pool was cloudy and dirty .. trash was left in yard . After calling to ask for help I was told they would send someone to look at the pool and they would call me back ( they never called me back ) I had to call them multiple times . We were finally moved to new cottage and problems continued.. this cottage no longer had a hot tub to use. Also balcony had no chairs to sit in ( called front again and was told sorry these are not guaranteed ) and most importantly our back door to pool area did not lock . They finally sent a person to repair door after 9pm . Overall resort area was great but cottage was very disappointing for the amount of money spent . And management made no effort to make things right .
