The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff.
Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient.
Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall.

I understand the concept of backpacker , unfortunately the people come to the bed are not backpacker, some of them even seems like people who looking for late night stay after clubbing / short getaway who got no comment courtesy to share room with people. (You have no idea how bad their attitude can be)
To protect your customer, perhaps The Garden can improve your system or rules and regulation or DO and Don't to the guest by providing customer to complain the "room" who has really bad attitude such as bad hygiene / open video loud at 4 a.m. in the morning!
Is was a bad experience, I didn't sleep at all while we are going for hiking the next day, can you imagine how suffer the journey will be after a sleepless night?

LOVE the style and concept of this place. On the whole the place is very clean. Kitchen is really good. Location good. Service okay. But. The bathrooms drop this from a 9 to something far below. The toilet paper for all the toilets is kept in one single dispenser beside the sinks so you have to guess how much you need (hint: you need more than you think) and remember to take it with you. If you forget then you'll have to do the poo-ey waddle of shame...
And the showers? Whoa. They are bad. Early in the morning they are just plain cold. Later in the morning you have more temperature options - burning hot and absolutely scalding hot. The worst thing is they don't hang over you. They are flat against the wall pointing straight ahead so, depending on the water pressure, they either twist & spray directly at the wall or straight ahead at the door. Either you can stretch up one hand between the wall and the shower and wash that or you can try to jump in the spray that is directed to the door. If you're under 165cm you are just going to have stay dirty. You could of course do that thing where one hand holds the shower but showering shouldn't be a chore and inconvenient. Additionally, if you are a backpacker and are covered in sweat, mosquito repellent, sunscreen and geneal muck from caves etc then you don't want to simply rinse off soap, you want to use your hands to rub the soap on & off as you rinse. The friction helps with removing the grime ya know?
