I was checked in yesterday. My room did NOT smell like smoke. I woke up this morning to a room filled with horrible cigarette smoke. No one is answering the phone when I dial 500. Smokers are in rm 404 or rm 408. It’s hard for me to breathe clearly. I need a room on the end that’s not near anyone else’s r that’s not near smokers. Also I heard the smokers say they’re trying to look in on me. They didn’t start smoking until the lobby was closed. So it’s clear it’s people who know smoking is not allowed and who know when the office closes and who’ve stayed in multiple rooms here in order to put spyware in each of the rooms. This is not fair to me. Please have the staff here give me a smoke free room as soon as possible! I don’t smoke! I have allergies! It stinks really badly! I didn’t pay for a cigarette filled room! Please help! Lobby is closed and not answering when I dial 500. It’s around 7:30am CST. Thank you I made a typo about where the smoke is coming from. I’m in room 406. The smoke is either coming from the two rooms surrounding me, room 404 or room 408.

If you're into loud music, pets barking, half dressed people walking around carrying laundry baskets, people who appear to be on drugs, college dorm hotel room then this is the place for you. I'll never walk foot into this hotel ever in my life for no reason. I even checked out and drove back home staying up over 24 hours.

I Arrived to a room with paint spots all over the floor several sections of the floor separated at seams microwave didn't work the 2 bulbs in kitchen area were burnt out .was told I had to empty my own trash cans or be charged and there was a kitchen area but it cost $29.95 for pot and pans and $14.95 for silverware. I was very disappointed with the stay I was in town to attend my sister's funeral and didn't need anymore stress so I just went home, not a place for me

The stay was incredible, room was clean, service was excellent, and the staff was the cherry on top. I’d like to specifically mention the front desk lady, Nina, for her friendliness and top notch service. She was very helpful and kind. The room itself was very clean and perfect for its price. This was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back. I would recommend it to all my friends!

Smelled like dog immediately when entering the room, dog hair on the floor in the bathroom, no curtains on the window and the bed literally had two flat pillows for two people all together and the only thing to cover up with was a sheet and another thin sheet. Very cold because of that

The physical structure and the very name of this hotel are first class however I made this reservation in error due to a medical emergency and tried to cancel in more than enough to time and they wouldn't allow it!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely horrible! Staff was very disrespectful and unhelpful. Lots of people outside drinking. Very loud and not clean. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

The room was not clean. The towels was just throw on the rack and not folded. The tv didn’t work until we got ready to check out the next morning. Tried call the number they have for emergency and never got an answer. I called 5 times.The door looked like somebody kicked it in. The whole stay was very bad and will never visit again.

Your staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Nina and your ASM was Great from my check in and extended stay. I'm glad me and my family picked this place. Close to work, reasonable prices especially while we're saving for a down payment on a home.

This place was disgusting! Vomit on the bed under the protective sheet. Dog hair everywhere and my allergies were going crazy from the moment I walked through the second door. The manager was very unhelpful. They still owe me money.

Arriving at the property we were aware that the front desk closed at 10 pm, but were told to use the phone on wall and on site staff would assist us. We called & waited 15 minutes with no one coming to help. Afyer he said he would be there in 1 minute. Finally someone who just happened to be on site, but not on duty assisted us. She was very friendly. But then found out the room I booked & paid for was changed. I booked 2 queen beds and when we checked in was told they didn't have that available and it was changed to 1 queen bed & a pull out sofa. We had to take it otherwise we had no where to sleep. But thats not what I booked. Room was terribly dirty. I have never seen so much animal hair covering the floor and all inside the sofa/pull out couch. Toilets did not flush in the middle of the night. Police were then in the parking lot & inside the hotel for a incident that broke out during check out. This was not a good experience.

It was very clean and quiet and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t provide forks or spoons or pots or dishes in the room but they have a microwave and refrigerator and stove top for you to cook on but I’m from the north west suburban area and our rooms with stove tops comes with pots and dishes and spoons and forks so I was talking back about that so I had to go out and provide my own cook wear and spoons and forks and plates so that me and my husband cook eat the food that I brought to cook for us so be aware if you’ll are planning to stay there and cook make sure you’ll bring you’ll own pots and stuff you will need to cook like if you was at home and also you would need dish soap to wash the pots and stuff and kitchen towel or sponge to clean your dishes and stuff but the do provide a clothes basket to use to take your clothes to wash and bring your clothes back to the room and they do provide hangers and the area is nice and there’s store and a mall near by just incase you need clothes or food or snacks or pots and pans and stuff there a Walmart and a dollar tree and Ross and stuff like that and restaurant like bob evans and Popeyes and red lobster and longhorn and outback steak house

To many inconsiderate people staying there! Staff not walking the floors! Babies, dogs, and other loud noises being made all day and night! Reservation made for a sofa room was told it’s only for long term rooms!!! ( that’s not advertised-not fair!!!)

Our stay was terrible, the first room they check us into was disgusting. Super dirty, stained sheets, broken bathroom faucet, loose stove nob, dirty bed sides, filthy floors.. the second room was cleaner than the first but still not the best condition.

For an “extended stay” they didn’t have an iron and ironing board in the room. I found that quite odd. When it came time for me to check out I had to wait until someone open the gate at the front desk to drop off my key.

Originally had us a in room with a cracked tub. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows. Apparently someone got stabbed the night before we arrived.

Room and building was clean and in good shape. However room was damp. Towels would not dry hanging up in your room in 24hrs time. You are expected to wash your towels and linens yourself. Take out your own trash. Seemed to be a lot of permanent residents. Also a lot of dogs. With dogs barking in the hallway. Office only open from 9am to 7 pm. No one around at night. Outside doors lock automatically but people where jamming them open with rocks etc. Smokers outside every door.

The staff was kind and great and accommodating. The towels and wash cloths for my room were dirty. Even after I was given another room because of the uncleanliness of the first, there were still some issues. After I left, I was told by another patron that what I saw in my room was confirmed in her room as evidence of bed bugs. I was lucky this time, I would not book again.

I love every time I visit this hotel, But the last time was disappointing, the inconvenience we had was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the water in the shower stagnated and did not go away for a long time and finally the most disappointing thing was that they charged us twice for the reservation . The first was through Hotels.com, we made the reservation and it was charged to my partner's account, then when we checked-in they made us pass the card again, which we had to use a different from the original payment method and it is supposed to It was only for the deposit and what was my surprise that they had charged me again for the room. I made the report with the card, but received no response. I tried to communicate with the hotel, but the call hangs up. I guess the number I have is wrong, I don't know. So I hope you are careful when making your reservation through Hotels.com and more if you stay at this hotel.

Front desk staff was great and super helpful. Chris was also a great and on top of things. I cannot remember the front desk lady who helped me, but she had glasses and was wearing an Alice in Wonderland Tshirt that reminded me back in the day.

Interesting place a kitchen but no coffee pot and not even a glass. No kitchen wear at all. 2 bath towels and wash clothes. No hair dryer or hand towels. No coffee even In lobby. No one on duty in the morning to take keys. Never been in a place like this.

Outside looks lovely but on entering through reception there were nasty smells in the corridors. On entering room window was open and AC on, but it stunk of bleach having been recently “cleaned “. Floors slippery if no shoes on. Facilities in room but everything extra charge for plates, cutlery, pans etc. only one device for wifi, pay for other devices. Room was meant to be cleaned during stay, this was not done and we had to ask for extra toilet roll, towels were not replenished so just as well we took our own. Also I selected pay at property which we did and the money was then taken from my credit card and it took a week to be refunded. All in all ok if convenient but probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again..
