Exactly what I expected of student accommodation, and exactly as described. Great budget choice if you dont mind the 12 minute walk to the city centre along the main road. It was nice to have cooking facilities and a fridge. The wifi worked just fine. Very happy with my choice.

I have worked in restoration and remediation. The building has mold. You smell it the moment you walk in. I almost cancelled my reservation on the spot but I arrived in Galway late and was only staying the night, so finding another hotel in the eleventh hour was not something I was ready to tackle. I strongly advise that Swuite hire a mold remediation expert to inspect the building. I was in room 0.05

The place was spacious. The utensils were there. We felt it could have been cleaned better. One of our group members got bit by bed bugs at night. Reception was kind and attentive.

Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful at this property but it wasn't exactly as expected. We didn't realize this was an off-season student housing property until after we arrived, so I would not book this if you expect the amenities of a full-service hotel or for everything to be clean to hotel standards. Our suite wasn't dirty per se, but the walls were grimy, the kitchen cupboards were chipped and sticky, and there was water damage and missing tiles in the bathroom. It's a bit further from Galway City Centre than we would have liked, but that's our lesson learned. There was also a strange €10 deposit for a hair dryer which is standard issue in hotels. But, if you are looking to save some money by making your own meals there is a small but serviceable kitchen with a Tesco within walking distance. My advice is just to know what you're booking.

Good place to stay for easiness into town. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Was only there for 1 night so could put up with it. Otherwise overall clean and had everything you needed in accommodation.

Great room in a student accommodation with a private bathroom, plenty of space and a private little kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge. Hairdryier can be borrowed at the reception. The Swuite ist not in a central location as was advertised, but about a 25min walk from the City center. This was easy to manage for us, but don't expect it to be around the corner of Pubs and Restaurants. There is a bus stop closeby, but the public transport proved to be unreliable, especially during moring and evening rush hours. A great Taxi service is provided at the reception, that we recommend instead. Unfortunately, the price is per accomodation (as often is the case in Ireland), and not per person. Not optimal as a single traveller. The toilet in my room was broken (loose from the wall) what was quite uncomfortable, and maintenance was only able to adress the problem after we left. I hope the best for the next guest.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds, large kitchen. Private parking garage with ample space. Laundry facilities on site came in handy. Easy check in and the option of having our payment charged in U.S. dollars was nice and saved us an additional currency charge.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is about 20 minutes walk from Eyre Square and it is an easy walk. It was so nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room at the end of our long travel days. We especially appreciated the full kitchenette to store our food so that we could get a break from eating out the entirety of our stay. I would recommend staying at Swuite and would gladly come back the next time we’re in Galway!

Free underground parking. Friendly staff and 24/7 service. The room has a stocked kitchen. Bathroom has slight amenities like shower gel bottles. Spacious room with a working desk. It’s very comfortable with lots of storage shelves and drawers.

We stayed one night at the Swuite in Galway. We were able to park in their underground parking lot and they had someone available when we checked in late. The room has a kitchenette, bathroom, bed, and desk. It was clean and good for a night stay.

I was only aware that it is Student accommodation in the winter months. Room had no block outs so couldn’t sleep no air con & couldn’t sleep with window open as was too noisy. Bathroom was old & needs to be updated. TV needs to have an arm on it so you can watch it in bed as there is no where else to sit. For the price it was a rip off.
