It was very secure and safe, also clean! I definitely enjoyed my time there and being able to walk to the stores and restaurants!
4.0
A decent property. Very quiet and private. A 15-20 walk downtown. A handful of restaurants nearby. Communication with the property was abundant prior to our stay. Good communication when we missed our flight. However, when we reached out during our stay about laundry & when the water was shut off, they never communicated back with us.

Amazing facility and location. Excellent amenities and beautiful pool. I’ve never stayed at such a beautiful place in all the years I’ve been going to Cabo.

We stayed in a 2 bdrm/2 bath unit with a compact full kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove), dining table, and living room with tv. Easy check in with a code at the gate. Everything you need to stay in, with quick access to a lovely quiet pool area outside. Very comfortable, quiet stay. Easy 15 min walk to downtown Cabo, and lots of great eateries. Can get Uber right at the door. A bit of a hill to get to this location (uneven road) so might be a bit challenging for someone with mobility issues. Overall, everything we needed for making breakfast, hanging at the pool, and watching the occasional Netflix show. Would stay here again.

Very nice, secure, quiet and clean place to stay. I would recommend the villa if you can manage it.

Property is well kept. The property management is on site & are great to talk with as well as taking care of any items that need attention. I find the area to be safe & other guests seem very open & friendly! Great place to stay! I will be back!

Absolutely loved our studio suite.

Single female and I love this place. Close to everything yet far enough away for quiet and lovely atmosphere

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable, shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water to wash off the salt after a long day of enjoying the water. The roof top access offers a view from above the city looking out to the ocean. You have a view of the marina as well. The property is within walking distance to downtown where you will find quite the assortment of venders and food options. There is a convenience store just down the street. The pool onsite is nice and clean with plenty of seating around the pool. There’s a covered picnic area next to the pool incase you want to sit out of the sun. In the evenings, there’s a fireplace to relax around if you are not wanting to take in the night views from the roof. We will definitely be coming back and staying here.

The actual property was very well kept, safe & clean. Property management was excellent! About a 15 minute walk to town! I always felt safe! Outside the road going towards town is dirt & garbage laying around that no one picks up? Outside that I would stay here again! Good value!

What a wonderful place to stay. Near the busy area but far enough away. Great restaurants within walking distance. The owners of the hotel are available for anything you need. And they keep the whole place tidy and clean. The decor is beautiful and the bed is hard to leave being so comfortable.

Great Place, the pool and rooftop were wonderful.

Such a relaxing location! The swimming pool was a lovely treat, the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Other than a couple of kitchen supplies we would have preferred to have, it was a lovely stay!

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Pool was always clean and quiet. Would consider staying here again!

Property was gorgeous and 10 minutes walks to downtown and 15 minutes or so walk to the beach. It felt secure and safe. There is an OXXO convenience store down the street.
Everything was great: communication, property, price. We would return again. Only thing is not much provided at all for cooking if you are not in the bigger units with kitchen. There's a beautiful outside area to cook but nothing to cook with so a little useless. But we absolutely loved our stay - the rooms were great and location great. Definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay! The pool and surrounding areas were so lovely and it was super quiet aside from the occasional construction sounds. Lots of good places to eat nearby. It was a bit hot in the middle of the day to do the walk into the main town (marina) and back, but by the evening it was very doable. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. It is secure with a code to enter the property and a personal code to enter your room, which is deleted after check out. The property was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Why pay at an all-inclusive hotel for amenities you won’t use when you can stay at a place for a fraction of the cost? The hotel was far enough away from the touristy marina to make me feel like I was part of a Mexican neighborhood, yet close enough to the marina to walk to in short order. There were excellent restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. One in particular was Casasola Cafe just around the corner. Outstanding breakfast and lunch. Another was a Mexican/Colombian restaurant at the end of the street. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip to Cabo.

As a frequent traveler to Cabo San Lucas I was blown away by the Antigua de Cabo. The overall feel was that of a true Mexican neighborhood. The "grit" that makes Mexico what it really is.......I love that.
The Antigua "Casas" are great......only maybe 8 units available......2 bed-2 1/2 baths with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Clean, bright and very quaint.
The pool, firepit and rooftop are a great touch. The staff is great and very attentive. 5 stars in my book.....will definitely stay here again in the near future.....Great Cabo Secret!

We loved staying at this property!
Like other customer reviews I am hesitant to leave a good one only because I hate for the place to get booked to full for my next visit.
It is very clean and quiet. You will hear construction during the week as the area is getting built up around it.
We loved the relaxing pool area.
It is a slight walk down to the busy area of town, marina and beach but that is the way we wanted it. There are also some less well known but fantastic restaurants very close that we would've never found without staying here.
If you like to use uber or taxi they may have a slight problem finding you as the property is on a newly developed dirt road just off the main road. Most drivers we dealt with needed a little extra guidance finding it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We will be back.

We liked the property. It is quiet except for the construction noise lots of building going on if this is an issue for someone they should bring earplugs if late sleepers. The actual property very quiet.Pool was cold but definitely refreshing.I would stay there again.I would have liked a safe.I miss understood I thought it had a safe but they must have been saying that the property is “safe”.I would still stay here again overall happy

We had a nice stay and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

It was a good stay overall. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk uphill, and 20mins walk to the Marina.
We stayed in the Deluxe Villa. Love the rooftop garden and easy going atmosphere. Kitchen is equip with necessary applicant and cooking utensils.
Be ready to stock up your groceries unless you are planning to eat out every
Meal. (Would be great if they have a vending machine )
We enjoyed our stay!
Thank you 🙏

This place is a gem. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and just a short walk to restaurants and the marina, we felt this was a much more authentic vacation experience for our first time to Cabo. The pool was cool, refreshing, quiet and clean. The rooms were modern, clean and well appointed with a mini fridge. Firm but comfortable mattress. Black out blinds, air conditioning and fans kept it cool for sleeping. The shared space with hammocks are a great way to relax. We cannot wait to return and explore more of the area!

We loved our room and the pool and hammock just feet from our room. There was a thatch covered area to escape the sun and to play cards at night. There were only 8 rooms at Antigua de Cabo, making for a very quiet experience. You had to enter a code to access the property, making it very secure. We loved the rooftop patio, which had comfortable couches and a magnificent view of Cabo at night. Every restaurant we tried in the area was fabulous, you could get just about any food selection your heart desired. Walk down Avenue Los Cabos to the marina, you’ll find ice cream joints, cafes for your favourite morning beverage and a myriad of wonderful restaurants. If you want a cheaper round of golf, check out Vidanta in San Jose del Cabo. We went to a soccer game at Don Koll Stadium and really enjoyed that experience. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous, reasonably priced, close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the villa and the entire property. Careful attention was given to every detail, from the amenities and decor to the roof garden and outdoor seating areas throughout the property. The neighborhood wasn't touristy, and the walk to the ocean, about 20 minutes, passed through colorful neighborhoods of shops, schools and businesses. Every restaurant we tried was friendly with fantastic food. We will definitely stay at Antigua de Cabo again!

I didn’t want to give a review because I wanted to keep this gem for myself but it is just too amazing. Very spacious, very quiet, very walkable location. I loved the stay there.

We hung around the pool area and fire pit and got to know other guests. Felt very at home, loved all the decor and could tell a lot of thought and love when into the design. The only down side was the noisy construction, jack hammer sounds all day as they carved into the mountain. A short walk to downtown and lots of little restaurants in the area.

This was our first time not staying in an all inclusive. The hotel was cute and safe. Pros: only one other group of guests there so we basically had the whole place to ourselves, location was easy to Uber to/from, location allowed us to see and eat and placed we never would have seen otherwise, pool/courtyard was beautiful and relaxing, Cynthia was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything and responded quickly, the walk downtown was pretty quick, but because of heat we often uber’d. 2 restaurants down the road were perfect for breakfast (but they serve lunch and dinner too). Cons: (I wouldn’t really say cons, just different than our typical trips): there wasn’t any coffee in the little jars (but I had brought my own anyway just in case), beds were firmer than we were used too and had a difficult time sleeping, our studio didn’t really have an ocean view, lots of construction in the area was loud but could only hear it when we were out at the pool, but our little speaker drowned it out, road down to Main Street is dirt and loose sand so be careful.
One fun suggestion for the owner would be to get some cornhole boards for the courtyard…it would be a great spot for it!
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be going back!

This is a true gem 💕 the property is beautifully manicured. Nice sitting area under a beautiful palapa. The pool was great and are room was awesome. Vary quite place as well as the surrounding neighborhood. I will be referring this hotel to my friends and family.

We loved our stay at Antigua. It was the perfect choice. About 1.5km outside the madness of ground zero of the tourist crush. Antique is in a nice Cabo residential area, quiet, safe, and there are so many great restaurant choices within a few blocks of the hotel. These are restaurants that are largely frequented by the Mexicans that live in the area. Wide range of choices from the little mom & pop cafe to haute cuisine.....we did not have a bad meal the entire 10 days of our stay. It was a relief to come home at the end of a day out and about to our little oasis of Antigua. Sitting around the pool, chatting with fellow residents or having a bite under the shaded patio it was great to have this place to come home to each day. Each unit is separate and even though we had an adjoining wall on one side and another unit on top of us we heard no noise at all from our neighbours. The next time we visit Cabo, Antigu is where we will stay.

Very quaint...love the property & staff just too noisy & dusty because of construction around.

Splendid boutique hotel far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk to all the main attractions.
A well decorated and comfortable place with all the amenities required to make you feel in paradise.
