Love the staff. So incredibly accommodating and helpful. My favorite place to stay in Mexico. I love the decor of the place - trees, plants, pedals, flowers - my favorite part. It just makes for a very serene and comfortable place to relax. They make you feel at home there. And I do.

A/C had gaps around it big enough for rats to come in. Very noisy as there is a restaurant on the 1st floor. Location was the selling point. Would not recommend

Oh this is my fifth year staying at this beautiful garden style hotel, the friendliest staff and feels like you’re going a bit back in time! Trees growing through the lobby beautifully accenting with the common area and the stairwells. New and very comfortable mattresses. Great “AC” and each room has a refrigerator. Actions speak louder than words, there’s a reason I stay here every time I come here to go fishing!

In my humble opinion the administrative staff is not very communicative, I coordinated a tour, they confirmed me and they never came to pick me up, I lost a day. The place is regular clean, I pay just for the investment value, it's central and that's good.!

This property is a great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Marina and mall areas. The rooms are being renovated and the upper floors are not handicapped enabled. One of the hidden gems is the pizza restaurant. I have been all over the world and it had some of the best pizza I have ever tasted!

This place has a really cute vibe- I wish they had told us we had access to the roof terrace (closes at ten) and they made pizza onsite. Our room was tiny and next to the kitchen with no windows on the first floor- super lacking any ambience (paint the wall as a color? but the bed was very comfortable - bedspread didn’t seem all that clean. Good location east to walk to the main strip and lots of food and shops nearby.

Cabo Inn Hotel is authentic, colourful, clean and friendly. It’s not super fancy but that suits me fine. The staff are helpful. It’s quiet at night. The a/c works. Cleaning staff do a good job every day. It’s in convenient walking distance to the main tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Good value for money.

The staff at Cabo Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent! I would recommend on that basis. You should know that the only (glazed) windows in the rooms are onto a courtyard, so the rooms are kind of dark and might make you feel claustrophobic. You’ll also have less privacy if on the main floor. The floor is hard to keep clean as it’s brick. But overall it’s a good option if you plan to spend little time in the room itself, as the staff will be more than happy to provide suggestions of what to do in Los Cabos.

I loved my stay at the Cabo Inn Hotel. For the inexpensive price, the location was great. I was able to easily walk to downtown areas in Cabo San Lucas, and the dining available near by was great. Having seen other reviews of this property I came prepared with a small coffee maker and other simple amenities for my room so I could relax on my own terms throughout my stay. Finding parking for my rental car was a little challenging at times, but never more than a few blocks away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For travelers looking for convenience and a great price, this is the place.

I went to Cabo to fish with friends and was looking for an inexpensive room . Cabo Inn is an older historical hotel with a lot of history and character. (with stucco walls and Spanish tile floors). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I will stay at Cabo Inn again, even though I have a timeshare 20km away.

This old inn has been well maintained and is a charming property. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the concierge told me there was a kitchen that I was welcome to use, however there were no spoons or forks. This is such an easy fix, its silly. Also - a big no no in my opinion is that there was no coffee maker. Again an easy fix. Come prepared and you'll love the place

Cute hotel. Safe. Very friendly & helpful staff and owner. We were in room 3. Comfy bed & pillows. Cold A/C plus ceiling fan. Cold fridge. Great location. No pool but rooftop patio is nice and full kitchen in common area. Get a day pass at a resort pool or just walk to the beach! Close bank with ATMs by McDonald’s down the street. Minor things like broken shower window don’t bother me. If you like privacy in the bathroom you might have an issue because there’s not a full door. It’s a frame with fabric. If you’re tall your knees would touch the wall. Small quarters but it was my daughter & I so no problem. TV gets only live programming. Would stay again!

The place is great. The young lady at the desk is a pleasant young lady. She is very helpful. I enjoyed talking to her. She knows everything about Cabo. The inn is in a good place. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. I needed a ADa bathroom which they didn’t have. The bathroom is to small.

So FRIENDLY! My dog and I felt like family! So close to downtown area with great assortments of eateries, shopping, beach,marina ..everything you could possibly need is within just a few blocks The staff treated my 7 lb. Pomchi, Lily, and I like royalty. The room is decorated with a brightly-colored decor, the central courtyard is great for hanging out and eating take out food, although the room has a refrigerator, the shared kitchen facilities are more than adequate, towels and soap provided, maids do a great daily cleaning,...but most of all..the mostly English speaking staff is SO IMCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! They were always smiling and more than happy to assist me with my phone technology issues, tv reception issues, and even helpful when I needed to go to the Municipal Police for Tourists Station only a few blocks away when dealing with a crooked pharmacist. The place is VERY, VERY Safe and Secure. I was provided with 2 keys; one for my room and one for the main door at the entrance to the courtyard from the street. I never felt like I even had to lock my room because no one ever got through the entry to the courtyard without the desk clerk and live-on-the-premises manger screening them. I felt additionally secure knowing that the manager lived in the room right next to mine. The hotel was undergoing a great deal of renovations, so the courtyard was a bit dusty and sometimes noisey from the construction, but for $50/ night, its a FANTASTIC DEAL!!
