Stay was amazing! The property and room were beautiful and the owner anticipated all our needs with in room extras. Loved the trolley car bar for a great brew and interaction with other guests. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

Awesome place! Incredible vibes and laid back atmosphere. Super clean and close to a lot of dine and wine stops. Cheers to Jess

Absolutely fabulous. The hoppy hour was such a fun way to meet our great neighbors and chat with the owner. The room was meticulously decorated with all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the fire pit with some wine after dinner at the local food hall. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone.

We loved staying at this piece of history and appreciated they were dog friendly with a reasonable pet fee. This is a secure gated property with lots of local lore. While there are only four rooms, each comes with a private fenced patio, full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker, full living room and separate bedroom. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stop comfortably for the night and appreciate some local history. Also, they serve beer in the afternoon (we got there too late to partake but appreciate this exists). Would stay again.

Definitely not a "just like any other hotel" hotel. This place is unique, the decor is interesting and educational. And there are ghosts (supposedly...).

The property is stunning…an old saloon/brothel that had been refinished beautifully! The Lizzie Room where we stayed was spacious and cozy. Full refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave (basically a full kitchen) made our stay more comfortable. Each night the owner, Jesse, invites all the guests to a hoppy hour, and the first brew is on the house! I’ll definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone!

This was such a cute place and room and it was so clean. There were a few steps to check in with various gates etc... but it all makes sense when you get there. And the owners are very responsive via text, which I prefer using as do they. The area seemed safe enough to walk - even at night, but if you have a finicky dog you may have to walk a while, as my dog wasn't used to areas with no grass.
I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful place.

We were only here one night but were very happy with the decision to stay in this most unique B&B. Loved the beer that came with the stay. Nice to enjoy it on the front patio in the complex. The accommodations were comfy and the check in and our hassle free.

Well, this property is a super unique, one of a kind adventure that you really should NOT pass up for a number of reasons. First, it has a "colorful" history in Albuquerque as a bar, brothel, and speakeasy over the years. The owner, Jesse, bought it several years ago and updated/renovated it into a four unit B & B in the heart of Albuquerque's Warehouse District. Very close to Old Towne Albuquerque, this B & B is a Bed and Brew. A fun take on hospitality, Jesse has license to serve local beers during an evening cocktail hour for his guests. He is also working on eventually brewing his own beer, but currently just serves local microbrews. He also has fun plans to convert an on-site trolley bus into a serving/party area. If this is not enough, the location and historical building has a history of being haunted... for real!! Check it out: History channel's " Ghost Adventures" season 24, episode 3. Jesse was in the episode and has experienced first hand some very interesting paranormal experiences, since he actually lives "on-site" in one of the four apartments. We did not experience any paranormal incidents during our stay, just a fun, quiet, relaxing couple's getaway. Each room is beautifully updated, appointed, and uniquely decorated. Each unit is a little different, but all the units has its own HVAC, huge shower, and SUPER COMFY memory foam mattresses. The location is squeaky clean, and Jesse is a knowledgeable innkeeper! 10/10

We were pleasantly surprised with the painted lady. It was an oasis in the middle of the warehouse district, with a delightful outdoor area and a very comfortable apartment. The manager (his name escapes me at the moment) was wonderful. He was very communicative and even waited for us to get there, even though their happy hour had ended. We will come back and will recommend it to others.

I’m a make up artist /Hair stylist and I recently took a trip to Albuquerque for a wedding and for a few of my long established clients. I also have a few friends there, so I tried my best to do both. I have to say that the Painted lady was amazing! I kept on having to remind myself that I was in Albuquerque Over and over. Jesse (owner) was so nice, and was available at all times even via text. This place is so private, quiet and he even offered tickets to happy hour. I definitely recommend it. Also it’s so close to downtown which helps with food and things to do!

Wow, what a little gem! Former brothel lovingly restored, super clean and quiet. You like ghosts? I know they are present at this establishment but I slept great! Highly recommend.

My room was clean and quite accommodating. The entire establishment was very unique and had a great outdoor communal space. After I checked out and was at the airport I realized I forgot my WEDDING RING and the owner was nice enough to bring it to me at the airport. This saved me a bunch in time/Uber fees and kept me from having to explain to my wife that I left my wedding ring at an ex-bordello. Awesome place!

The Painted Lady is a renovated and restored historical building in Albuquerque close to Old Town. The rooms are suites which are really like apartments. Very beautifully decorated with thoughtful appointments meant to increase convenience and joy during your stay. There is a lovely tradition of a 5:00 happy hour with local craft brew beer. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to stinky chain hotels.

This was a nice and unique stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings while on the property. A little difficult to find if you are not familiar with Albuquerque. But worth the extra effort.
