Once my booking was sorted out, my room was good, the shower was nice. Bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and enough for me alone (I would have wanted another bath towel if I was sharing the room). The room was quite well equipped with cutlery & kitchen items.

Staff was fantastic and hotel was great!!

We stayed a few nights at this hotel, overall good, nice room, kitchenette, good coffee and breakfast. However, unless they solve the silverfish bugs (although harmless, but gross, we brought a few home), we are not coming back.

Convenient location for visiting family nearby, clean and comfortable, free parking, excellent service! Liked that the breakfast selection included fresh fruit. Would have liked scrambled eggs.

The lady that does the Continental breakfast is awesome, she does a great job. We come here this time of year to go to the Paris fair.

Property was great and very clean just as you’d want a hotel to be, but the mattress was horrible! I travel for business and this was, by far, the worst mattress experience that I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I reserved this place from Expedia. We were going to African lion safari and it seemed close enough. There was two adults and 3 kids (my friend and I on a end of summer trip). Check in was simple. No info other than the pool was not working and when to get food. There was no perks like water or coffee set up. The website said it had a restaurant. Not only did it not have a restaurant but the breakfast the first day was horrible. Cardboard sausage patties, cereal, make your own waffle. The only fruit was bananas and apples. Still partially frozen bagels, Costco muffins and dry fruit loops. With the pool out of service we had to take the kids across the parking lot to the neighbouring hotel. Where the pool room was exhaustingly hot. But at least the lobby had some water to refill drinks. Staff was nice enough and the next breakfast was ok but still running out of stuff and nothing seemed fresh. The room was also problematic. Broken shower curtain, busted shampoo holder off wall, air conditioner kept us awake making a horrible noise all night. The worst was that we came back the first day in the evening and they hadn’t even come in and exchanged our towels or made our beds. I’ve never experienced no house keeping before. All in all I wouldn’t recommend or be back.
