Lovely ❤️

Clean, well kept hotel. Didn't get to experience it fully as we were there for 1 night only. But the front staff could be greatly improved - not very friendly, kept mispronouncing my name and laughed it off, the staff who checked me in asked a few times what was my room number etc etc.

My stay was wonderful. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable large rooms but why are all the restaurants shut by 830pm?

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean spacious suite with a private pool. It's like home away from home on a beautiful island. The hotel area with exotic flowers and palm trees, beach, grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants are perfect for a relaxing time and unforgettable stay. All hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rashede Hope, Ryan Jack, Roseann Bryan, Corey Gracette and Latoya who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Fantastic job! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. I definetely would recommend this hotel to friends and family and can"t wait to return to the Crane hotel and the beautiful island of Barbados.

My quick stay here was an excellent experience! ALL staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention, the resort is breathtaking. I was truly amazed at the quality of my room. Looking forward to returning soon.

Our room was not cooling as much as we liked, saying that the staff jumped in and moved us to a new room and attended to our every need. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff!!!!!

The most hospitable hotel we have ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything we needed.

Our room was lovely with the exception of the lack of hot water or no water our last two days. The food in the restaurants was average with no seasoning and the service was not up to my standards. Very slow or non-existent. Also extremely expensive! Be prepared!!

Unkept and outdated
Place was a ghost town

Room included a private garden with a pool. It is not really private as the two upper floors have windows looking down into the garden. The private pool was dirty (with mold) - did not dare enter the water. The same for the small circular "whirlpool" - the water was filthy and there was no on/off switch for the water jets (thus it was not the advertised spa). The garden is a joke. Found immediately two beer bottles on a shelf in the private garden (splattered with dry white paint). Inside the room was OK - clearly worn with old furniture but somewhat spacious. The kitchen and bedroom were clean. The ~10-hour (nightly) serenade from the whistling frogs was not a problem (just close the doors and windows). The breakfast buffet was overpriced (BB$78 per person ~US$46 per person which is typical for Hilton). The food was adequate (edible but not tasty). Upon check out received the folio (receipt) with my wrong address and wrong room number. I called (from a new hotel) to fix the folio but was giving the run around (the hotel sent me to the front office, the front office sent me to "central reservations," and central reservations sent me back to the hotel). The problem was not fixed. I went to the grocery store and bought for for the next few days (at another similar hotel). I read before booking the reception staff were slow, preoccupied (with conversations and their smartphones), and generally indifferent. This is true but did not bother me.

I love that the rooms were very private. I like the private pool, barbecue area. The rooms was setup great. I like that their were two bathrooms . Every person that worked there that we ran into while we were walking was very nice. They always ask if we needed help.
The only down side was the seaweed on the sand that was real bad by the ocean.

Liked the hotel resort experience - very nice.
Hotel directions (from the airport), i.e. signage, could be better.

Upscale resort property within 15 min of BGI. They have 5 restaurants but no more than 2 are open at any time. Pool area and beach are superb. Rooms are spacious with all modern amenities. Room for improvement in service culture and customer attention.

This was an excellent property. We were upgraded to a bigger room and really loved it. The only problem we had was mosquitoes in the room at night. The first night was bad but the second night the staff gave us some bug spray which help a lot. Overall the stay was positive and i would come back again.

With More information we would have enjoyed the property even more. It took Close to an hour To Get checked in. The chaos around our check in is why we didn’t have all the info we needed to enjoy the amenities of the resort.

Had to change my room 4 times. The first room the air didn't work. They moved us to a second room it was an upgraded pool suite. The following day we come back from an excursion we are locked out. An accused of avoiding their attempts to reach us. Then we were move to the third location open wires hanging out of the socket, throw up residue in sink. Chipped paint on toilet an shower scum. We moved to our fourth room they compted 75 dollars and gave us two bottles of wine. This room had plumbing issues the toilets didnt flush. By this point i was tied, i didn't even get the plunger i requested and had to beg for face towels. They turned paradise into hell.

This stay was amazing! The room was awesome (we booked the one with the 28ft pool) - definitely our favorite room to date! The whole concept of the "village" was so convenient, especially if you are looking for a trip where you can just bum around a hotel and relax. They had everything you needed, including a golf simulator! They also have an app that makes booking activities/tours/restaurant reservations all so convenient. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the food was unexpectedly good - especially for "hotel food" (don't miss the asian restaurant!). The only thing is, the towels are pretty limited, but just bring your own and there is no problem. Definitely returning.

Absolutely loved my stay! My room was exactly like the pictures however if you are looking to be close to night life and do not have a rental (you will need one if you’re looking to not spend $100 per ride) then staying near the south side or west is your best bet!
