We had Giants tickets and were told there would be a shuttle, however, when we arrived no one seemed to know anything about it. The bar was not open our first night because someone called in sick. Really? Our room was not cleaned the first night and we were told it is only cleaned every other day. We had to request fresh towels, cups, etc.

4-day stay and nobody cleaned our room not even once. Had to call to get clean towels and while on call the phone cut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I had to walk downstairs and ask for my towels in person. 3/4 USB outlets didn’t work at all. Also, if your phone is USB-C make sure you bring appropriate cables since all they have is USB-A types. Floor was a bit sticky when we first got in. Thought it would get cleaned but nobody ever got around to cleaning our room. When I inquired as to why room hadn’t been cleaned they say I had a Do Not Disturb sign. I never had it but manager didn’t seem surprised. It felt like it was a common occurrence. Also, if you need charger for your car, plan on charging it somewhere else. Same 2 cars plugged in the entire 4-day span. They were not charging anymore but plugged in. I’ve been here several times in the past but I guess it’s time to go somewhere else.

Traveled to new york with significant other for the weekend the hotel was clean staff was friendly only issue would be hygiene necessities they don’t provide except for tissue and soap so be sure to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste and extras that you would normally use. I would definitely stay again .

As soon as I walk into a hotel room, it should smell like it’s been cleaned. Called cleaning services and they leave at 3pm. I was gone for a whole day doing activities and the room was still dirty…what hotel doesn’t clean 24/7? The only good thing I can say was the shower was HOT and the location is great due to all the close dining options and time from the city. Horrible room design as well.

Adriana was fantastic, very professional and nice. The major downsides were that we were only allowed one towel, per person for every two days. Apparently, it’s to conserve water. There was absolutely nothing mentioned in anything I read when making the reservations back in April, nothing was said about it during check-in, and no literature in the room stating that we would only get one clean towel every two days. We were in NYC all day July 5 and were disgustingly hot and sweaty, so all three of us wanted to take showers. When we arrived back to our room that evening, all of our used towels from that morning were still on the bathroom floor and no new towels were present, that’s when we went to the lobby and asked for clean towels only to be told that they didn’t have any and we won’t be given clean towels until the next day. The first set of towels were in the room on July 4, the day we arrived. We were told we could pay to wash and dry our used towels up on the 7th floor for $4.00 in quarters. We decided to drive to Walmart and buy towels because none of us were in the mood to wait 3 hours for clean towels if we used their washer and dryer. The second issue was the bathroom door handle. It was loose when we arrived so we took a picture and showed the front desk. By the time we left, the handle fell off completely. 3rd issue: there were several stains on the couch and carpet, they were round, white stains. The same stains were also in common areas.

The front office check in staff lied to us saying that we were booked for only one king bed room, where we booked 3 suits with 2 queen beds. We had 5 kids who suffered and slept on the floor due to this. The front desk lady refused to accommodate with any other rooms too. The next day, when i checked again with the front office, now its a man and he checked and said we were indeed paid and booked rooms of 2 queen beds and he refunded the extra money that we paid. If a customer is lied too and not given the rooms that were booked and on top of it refused to accommodate kids .. is a place that i would never return back and recommend any.

Pleasant staff, clean room, excellent location. Sam's club and Walmart within short walking distance. Many restaurants within short walking distance. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Traffic on highway was noisy overnight. Hotel was hosting many international travelers on bus tours so hotel was busy

I received an email to say "you got an upgrade" when I checked in I was told there is no upgrade "only the view...maybe". Noisy traffic not a upgrade. We were 4 to the room there were only towels, facecloths for 3 we had to ask for them & then go and get them at the front desk(every time). Our stay was for 3 nights the room was only cleaned once and we had to request it a couple of times before it was done! There was a odd odor in the room smelled like mold/stale air. The entire time of our stay the hallways common areas & outside the entrance of the hotel reeked of weed. Not a good experience.
