We stayed for one night in order to be close to the path over to NYC. Due to unforseen circumstances we got there earlier than expected and were praying for an early check in. The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing! I was able to gwt into my room early, they were also so very helpful as far as tips and tricks to navigate the commute to NYC. The room was clean and worth the price.

The guy that was working the desk was great. He let me check the room before signing. He helped me out with my credit card situation. I had read the reviews good and bad, so I felt it was my place to let everyone know always check the hotel first and ask. He was so accommodating. Everything in the room was good no problems. I only stayed 1 night but i would go back. Thanks again to the guy that was working that Friday night he did an amazing job and was courteous to every person he talked to.

Our first room our first night there, was super hot and the air conditioner didn't work. We told the front desk and he said he would have someone fix it. We got back that evening and it was still not working and neither was our key. We went back down to tell him and he cane up and messed with it a bit, called someone then, offered us a new room.. We agreed and moved to a new room. That night, our daughter was laying on the couch and seen a bug on her pillow, we looked and it was a BED BUG!! We called the front desk, he came up an looked and offered us yet another room.. We agreed and moved to another room, bought spray and sparayed everything down and washed everything we had with us. Our daughter had bites on her!! The AC barely worked in the new room but we made due and had no other critters. We had to stay, we were here to watch our daughter march in the parade and all other hotels were booked!! Our fried who stayed in this same hotel had rat droppings all over and her 3rd night there her daughter and her found a dead rat in their room along with a live one.. After all of this, the offered to refund me for one day!! We stayed 5, spent money on sprays and creams for our daughters bites and had to wash all of our stuff!!

Don’t know you cancelled it on us. We still have no refund. Was just told by email you don’t have a room. Great as we are arriving in state with children and no place to stay. Will never use your hotels or even recommend them.

Bathroom was so untidy. The bath tub has so much stains or gross stuffs that even my kids didnt want to take a shower. The bath towels were so old already like over-used that they need to change them. The breakfast was so disappointing. Our remote control too was broken and maintenance needs to come in our room to give us a temporary remote control that was so dirty that I need to clean and sanitized so bad and the maintenance shoes who went in our room was so untidy too and he looks he is not decent enough to work in an hospitality management or hotel management. My only problem was I never took pictures as evidence but it doesnt matter if you believe me or not. We stayed in room 400.

It is a bad hotel. We found a mouse in our room who ate our food and pooped all around our stuff and when we informed the management they did nothing about it. They don't care about the safety of their guests

The jacuzzi was big however it was not cleaned properly and the paint inside was peeling. When we filled it up there was dirt on the bubbles. I had left over food in a bag and rat ate through it. I’m pretty sure I won’t book here again mostly due to the cleanliness. The staff was great though and check in was simple.

The room was spacious and cozy. Cleanniess was quite satisfying except for the dirt in front of air conditioner. Breakfast was good, too. It would have been much better the carpet was less sticky.

Check-in and the evening was good. The next morning I wanted to bring some of my bags that I didnt need anymore to the car. A housekeeper asked if I was checking out and I said no,not yet, I have until 11 am I thought. She sighed like she was annoyed that I was not checking out right then. She made me feel very uncomfortable during that interaction that I was thinking ok maybe we should be quick. It was 8:30am and I havent had breakfast or showered yet. An hour later while I'm showering my husband hears a knock at the door so he answered it. The housekeeper says nothing with a phone to her ear and just stares at him and then walks away when he was asking if he could help her. So of course he tells me and now I feel rushed even more than I did before. I rushed out of the shower, changed, and finished getting ready in the car. I've never experienced this ever and was very uncomfortable and felt harassed. When checking out I asked the lady at the front desk what time check out was and she confirmed 11am... I dont know what I did to this lady or if she does this to everyone but she's disrespectful and I will not go back.

it’s far from the attraction that we want to go like the Liberty State Park and it’s too noisy.there’s noise coming from the ceiling,not sure if that’s a person or a rat but there’s noise.lucky we only stayed 1 night

It’s good especially when going to events right outside of nyc but the driving can be a little scary if you are not used to the driving in the area. I’ve gone here twice now and have liked it a lot but both times I’ve gone I’ve had the same two issues with a wonky shower and the door is a little broken (you have to slam it to close it/open it) but other than that I do like the hotel.

The property had a rodent problem. There were mice in one of the we rented 4 rooms and there was mice and 1 of the rooms, and there was myself down in the breakfast area where they had the chute on packages of artificial sweetener that we picked up and then 1 room had an unworking television, he gave him 24 hours to. Fix it, they did not fix it. Then and they change the one room that they we saw the my sin and that room had dusty mold on the pull out couch. The netting were the mattresses and smelled. Really mildewey, so we were completely unhappy. We do think that we would like to protest and ask for at least 3 nights. Uh, be taken off our. Our bill.We had a total of eight nights paid for we had four rooms tonight's a true and so we would like to be reimbursed for at least three of those nights

This property was nice. Nice location which was close to every and anything you needed. Breakfast was good. HOWEVER, the room that i stayed in did not have a black out curtain, so the nearby establishment at night was lit up.....kinda hard for me to sleep...Not a dealbreaker but for some people it may be.

Room door can't close properly, openings on the side and bottom, hence noise and smell of any kind during night...AC to noisy to be used, hence you sweat all night...The so called breakfast with a couple of cupcakes and old croisants...serving lady with earbuds, hence doesn't care about customers, etc..

Sleep at night was fair enough... but this is not what I was looking for. Strong smell of cleaning products... very strong... NON convenient neighborhood. Very old installations and a non functional safe to keep your documents secure... it was non expensive though.

The rooms have the AC system from 30 years ago, doesn’t cool the room, even doesn’t show the temperature. Even we were not on the high 90s temperature days but was uncomfortable sleeping there, rooms are pretty warm. It doesn’t have any thermostats, it has like 3 setting cool, high and low. The Gym is a very small room has one treadmill and one bike they are super old, even don’t turn on. The breakfast area is super hot. No public transportation nearby. They have shuttle but paying for Uber is the same as Shutle.

We like this place for convenience and location. This is the second time we stayed here. 1st time was great. This time there were rust stains in the shower. The hair dryer didnt work. Big stain on pillow case. Little things...but still not good.

Very outdated hotel, staff was ok. Breakfast was as plain as can be. The room we stayed in, the rug was wet from the leaking AC unit. One of the beds didn’t even have sheets, comforter or pillows when we arrived. Never again…
