I the check-in went smooth. She was very nice. The room looked good but when I went to charge my phone roaches crawled across the kitchen counter. I went into the bathroom. The sink was dirty. I wiped it with paper. The towels were old, tattered and a dull off gray color. I went to the bed and the bedside table had black smut all over the silver lamp. Not sure what that was. The bed was clean and comfortable. As soon as I lay down the noise began. I could hear the conversations in both rooms. The TV’s were running loudly and the conversations were heard over the loud TV’s. Those went on until around 1:00 AM. At around 3:00 it got bad. A little scary. Major argument broke out. Really loud. Loud music came on as if they were trying to cover the argument. No one should have to live with that. Scary! I got maybe three hours of sleep! Not what you expect from any hotel. Wish I had pictures and recordings. I was afraid to open my door.

I had to change hotels. Mine had a horrible smell that was leftover from someone smoking dope in there all week. No service after 9:00 pm. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be demanding a refund when I go there tomorrow to meet my family.

Had to leave and find another hotel. My room had a pot smell so bad it burned your nose and was was in every aspect of the room. Office was no help as they closed at 9:00 and didn’t open until 11:00 the next morning. Horrible conditions unless you want to get several of your stoner buddies and pass it around for as long as you would like with no one to stop you. Do not stay here.

Very cheap and you get what you pay for. This is not a full-service hotel, pretty much a no service hotel. No 24 hour staff, no closet in room, no iron in room, scratchiest towels I've ever felt, no room service on weekends. Got very few channels on TV, no ESPN, TV remote was broken. (They did come and replace it).

The room was spacious, the floors were very dirty and sticky, the sofas were very disgusting and dirty and stained, the bathroom floors were not cleaned. There was not enough soap or shampoo to be used. The room smelled like a hospital room. There was no blow dryer.

The good: Lori and the woman in housekeeping at the front desk were very kind, friendly and tried to be accommodating! The bad: Apparently pest control was at the property to fumigate earlier in the week and the fumes were unbearable. Hoping that the smell wasn't in our room, we checked in and went to our room. It was worse! And we killed a few bugs in the couple minutes we were in there. The fumes along with the bugs, it was a no for us. Also it was super noisy..walls are paper thin. We were there for the Georgia Southern Family weekend so other hotels were sold out. We ended up sleeping in our SUV. It was that bad.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm. The front door was locked and the shade was pulled down over the front desk showing us that nobody was there. We walked around the hotel, hoping to find a way to get in. Somebody let us in, but because the front desk was closed, we had no way of getting our key and finding our room. The great part of this hotel is the housekeeping ladies. One of them saw us and asked if we had received a call telling us they were closing early and our room card would be in the front mailbox. We hadn't. She walked us to the mailbox and pulled out an envelope with our name. Since our room number wasn't written on this card or letter, we didn't know where to go. She then helped us find our room. There were 2 women and they were both wonderful. I wish I had gotten their names, but they deserve praise and a raise. The front desk person didn't call to tell us anything, so we were very upset about that.

If you want no frills, this is the place for you. Our room had a musty smell and paper thin walls, but overall was clean and the beds comfy. Don’t expect frills though…they provided only 2 towels, 1 roll of TP , no iron, no hair dryer and 1 bar of soap, so come prepared.

Staff was friendly .. but expected a little more. 2 towels and rags for 4 guest... And we had to go down the next morning due limited front desk hours to get them... You get 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 thin towels, 2 thin rags and THAT IS IT .. so pack as if there were none ..

Terrible hotel! Do NOT stay here. It is filthy, run down, and doesn’t seem to be safe! We walked in the door, and immediately walked out. There were roaches, people smoking right at the entrance, and random people just watching as you unpacked.

The building locks down at 9pm and no staff are present until the next day. I left after 7am and the roll down door for the desk was still locked tight. The room smelled like bug spray. All through the night the place was very noisy and there was a very load boom that shook the entire room.

While this property was clean and appeared in decent condition, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. If you’re neighbors with anyone you will hear everything. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, towels had short curly hairs tangled in the loops— glad I brought my own towels. Price for the stay made these findings not so surprising, though desk personnel were very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely horrible experience. No one works the front desk between the hours of 8pm and 9am. ROACHES..ROACHES..ROACHES EVERYWHERE IN EVERY ROOM. Roaches in first room moved to another room more roaches. Friends had roaches in there room and i aint talking 1 roach lots of them. Bought my own roach spray for the room. Would of changed hotels but didnt have time with my schedule. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We arrived at the hotel late after a long drive and walked into our room. The floors were sticky and not clean along with the bathroom not having any soap or shampoo. The air conditioner didn’t work well so the room was very stuffy and humid. The pillows were like laying on bricks. I would never come here again.

The doors close at 9:00 & there is not staff all night or early in the morning. There was no closet or any hangers in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. I never found a vending or ice machine. There was only 1 very small garbage can. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. There was no hair dryer. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap. No dining there whatsoever. I would not recommend staying there.

I really didn't feel safe here. I was harrassed by what appeared to be a homeless man that turned out to be staying in one of the rooms. I went to park behind the hotel and discovered 5 - 7 sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes and partying. I really got what I paid for though, which was a super basic room.

Check in was nice because we arrived after their hours and had made it so easy to get my keys and get in. Every time we left and some one was at the desk they always spoke to us. The area was nice. The room was ok. Bathroom was kinda dirty, baseboard had dirt and hair. The beds were nice and clean area. The refrigerator had to be turned off because it made so much noise. And nothing against the hotel but upstairs had someone running til late at night, on one side had tv super loud very early in the morning (3:00 early), on the otherside a couple was fussing and fighting, yelling at eachother about gettung an eviction notice.

My only complaint is that I was down there for a basketball tournament during the weekend. Check in was easy and the staff was wonderful. I put our stuff in the room as in clothes and food and left back out. When I came back 2 hours later I cut the lights on and roaches literally came out from everywhere. In the kitchen area, bathroom and by the beds. The workers had left and I couldn’t talk to one so I literally left the room and drove back home which was 3 hours instead of having me and my kids sleep in there.
