Regarding the price per night, it meets our needs. We were home for thanksgiving and just needed a landing spot. The staff were super friendly and kind. The hotel itself is in need of some updating. The carpet is in rough condition. The shower had been updated which was nice. The pillows were not the best but this is why I always travel with my own. Overall, again, for the price and location it is not a bad choice.

The hotel is dated, but at least somewhat rennovated. Shower was really nice, room was ok but our room had an unslightly "repair" on the wall from the door blasting a big hole in the wall from the handle. The breakfast was good! Coffee was good.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn. The property was nice and clean, and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely add this property to our list of locations to stay in Statesboro.

The turn to get into the hotel was deadly, having to blindly cross two lanes of traffic and a turning lane. The hotel had a musty smell. The room was humid and smelled terrible. Not terribly clean. Breakfast was minimal but good. Staff was very friendly.
2.0
The front desk was very polite. The room appeared fairly clean but it had a very strong smell of cheap air fragrance/cleaner. We were sneezing and developed a headache. We probably wouldn’t have tolerated more than one night.
2.5
Clean and comfortable! Friendly and fast check-in too. Great stop, just passing through

We got in late at night and were able to get into our room asap. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. It is in need of a refresh. There are holes in the hallway carpet and room had a slight musty smell.
The TV did not work, and the staff quickly moved us to a different room.
Very nice at check in, accommodating when we had the TV problem, and nice at check out.

It was a nice place

Hotel appearance was kept but run down. Room had moldy ceiling above the bed and in bathroom. Bed frame springs squeaked loudly every time you moved

It was a nice place to stay in the area and I would come back again

Outdated, smell in the room from the carpet

Old hotel. Needs updates. Halls and room smelled stale. Didn’t dare go barefoot on the carpet. Soft beds. Feather pillows. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain- I had to remove the stopper. Hair in bathroom floor and shower. Shower was large and good hot water. Breakfast was puny.

From the outside this place looked a little run down, but appearances can be deceiving. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was clean and updated inside. I wish the bed had been a little less firm, but then again I'm getting older and like a little more cushion these days. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming.
All in all a pleasant place to stay, I'd go back.

Room was in pretty bad shape. The bathroom ceiling had apparently fell down and even though the sheetrock had been replaced, it was not finished, and not painted. Just ugly. Never figured out the air conditioner. It was old, and some of the buttons didn't light up properly so it was difficult to operate. No matter how low the thermostat was set or what buttons were pushed, it did the same thing. It worked and the room would get cool, but then it would turn off and never come back on. We had to keep getting up when the room got too hot and turn it back on. The T.V. wasn't working when we first got to the room, but someone from the front desk came and fixed it, the remote left in the room was not the correct one. You can clearly hear everything going on in the hall outside the room. Could hear a lot of yelling, cursing, and running down the hall throughout the night. And there appeared to be a homeless person sitting on the bench outside when we were walking to our car. I guess I expected better.

The hotel was in a great location in reference the needs of our visit but the hotel terribly needs remodeling. The room we received had a toilet seat that was peeling badly, wouldn’t dare sit on it cleaned or not. The hallways smelled old dirty and the grounds were not kept. The staff was helpful with providing another room but there has to be some plans for remodeling especially for the cost nightly.

The best 3 star hotel in Statesboro. I've stayed at The Quality Inn and the Extended Stay Suites. Both were more like 2 star hotels.
The Comfort Inn is a great value for the money!

Over all clean and in fair condition. Room was large and very little furnishings.

The hallway to our room was so hot, then we got to our king suite and it was hot. It was a bedroom seperated from the pullout couch. The AC unit was in the bedroom. The AC was set at 75, we knocked it down to 60 and it wasnt getting any cooler. We had to go buy a fan it was so hot. When we woke up, the air had only dropped to 66. It wasn't as hot, but still wasnt cool. Wemhen we left the hallway was still very hot.

The room smelled like urine. The armchair was very dirty. I had to cover the armchair with bath towels. The shower was also dirty, especially the bottom of the glass door. Breakfast was not good. They serve very bad and the same kinds of sausages and eggs every day.

Well what I’ll say is that the service was good. What u would want to expect when staying at a hotel at check in. Room was clean.
As far as the front area, and the first building cause there are two buildings. The front area/ check in/lounge/ breakfast area. Looked terrible. Made you want to turn around and leave. Old torn up chairs. Just old furniture that’s was obviously trash. Like really? You all can’t afford new chairs.
There also is a weird smell in the first building.
Overall it was the options for this area and ga. We were here for a family gathering and that’s all there was. The price did not match the stay. Actually from what I heard from other family members who stayed in other hotels that’s how it is at most of the places. You don’t get what you paid for so lower expectations.
Quick place to lay your head.

Pool wasn’t open so that was disappointing .

Great location for the University. Definitely needs attention to updating. The price was high for what we had

The atmosphere was peaceful. The staff was professional but friendly as well. Felt welcome.

My room smells awful. Like a bunch of deodorizer sprayed to cover up an old smokey smell. I have asthma and this is really getting to me. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left and found another hotel. I’ve never had this experience with a Comfort Suites. Really disappointed and I definitely would not book here again.

It was right off the highway with easy on/off access, but wasn't noisy. The room smelled a little musty (not unusual in the humid deep south) but was otherwise fine. Very friendly staff.
2.5
This hotel is very basic, but clean and friendly. It is a little pricey in my opinion and the breakfast is sub par at best, the only edible thing really was the waffle's from the waffle maker. Overall I would stay again.
1.0
Room smelled of mildew, and there were mildew stains on bathroom tile noise from parking lot and adjacent highway were excessive as was noise level from adjacent rooms. Breakfast had few healthy options and furniture was worn and outdated. The cost of the room was excessive for the condition of the facility - would not recommend or book again.
