Great experience over all. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Gluten-free options at breakfast, like more fruit choices, bread or muffins, cheddar cheese 2. A different soap dish in bathroom so bar soap doesn’t stick or a pump soap. Otherwise, we liked everything!

Excellent experience. Clean and airy rooms, Neat bathrooms. Very nice hot breakfast. Ample parking space around the property. Next to a nice shopping market with various brands. We stayed here for a night to visit the Hershey chocolate world, which is just about 20 mins drive from the hotel. So its very convenient. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely return to this one again and HiltonSuites is my new fav.

When we arrived, we were told that there were no more rooms available with the double queen beds and pull out bed. We were told multiple times that it wasn't the hotels fault because we booked through a third party. We booked the room a month ago. If the hotel was overbooked, they had plenty of time to reach out to us. Not sure why this wasn't noticed until we arrived?? We were tired from traveling all day and it was late (10 pm). They were going to split us in two rooms. I didn't want my family split in two tooms. So we told them to just give us 1 room with king bed and 1pull out. We had 2 kids sleeping on the floor, two shared the pull out. It was definitely uncomfortable. They were able to put us in a room with 3 beds the next night, but the beds didn't look like queens. They looked more like full sized beds. They did reimburse us the difference between the two rooms for 1 night, but i felt like more should have been done for the inconvience and discomfort of the first night. The staff was nice. Just a suggestion that when there is a mess up, stop saying it isn't your fault. Apologize and assure the customer you will try to accommodate them the best way you can. Makes the customer feel like they are being blammed for a mess up that isn't their fault at all. Also....again....i booked this 30 days ago. That gave the hotel plenty of time to contact us or someome else if the hotel was overbooked. No one ever reached out to us prior to arrival.

When we arrived we were put in a room that was facing the interstate and was very noisy, we went to the desk and told them when we booked the room ( 4 months ago)we requested a room NOT facing the interstate/road noise. We were told by the desk clerk that there was nothing he could do, he said they were booked up ! Then he said, which made no sense, he had people that came in after us and he had to take care of them, he told us we were moved to that room because he had to accomodate other people that made reservations after us ! THAT MADE NO SENSE ! WE MADE OUR REQUEST MONTHS AGO! We also tried two months ago to upgrade our room to a bigger room and were told we could not make any changes , since we booked with HOTELS.com.

It was convenient 20 minutes from Hershey Park. What I was disappointed was the street lighting in the rear parking lot wasn’t too properly illuminated. Toiletries were not properly stock upon arriving to the room. No ventilation in the bathroom to clear the moisture upon showering. Better breakfast could’ve been provided. Such as bacon, sausage. Not microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

Property was clean for the most part as far as appearance, room, and inside furniture/tables. However, the patio/outside furniture and tables could use some cleaning. The staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious for my family of 6. There was a good amount of options for breakfast, unfortunately my family did not like the food persay. We did howevee enjoy using the grill while the kids were in the pool.

Very close to Hershey park and Hershey world.. there is a couple sit down restaurants within walking distance, a ice cream shop and a Starbucks… staff was awesome and very friendly

Property was ok. Lack of staff experience wasn’t the best. Staff able to handle situations that arise isn’t great. Breakfast wasn’t great. If you looking for a buffet style this isn’t it. Area was nice. Pool is good. Reminder, this is a pet friendly hotel so don’t be shocked if your room smells like wet dog when u check in. While this hotel is good. They aren’t accommodating. I did love the full kitchen and great size refrigerator.

The staff was tremendously UNHELPFUL when the type of room we booked was not the same type of room that we obtained on our stay. We understood the change in type of room but as we walked into the assigned room it smelled like dog. We asked to be switched to a different room and were met with erroneous reasons as to why this wasn’t possible. After having driven hours WITH KIDS the staff member gave us a one of the options to WALK US TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL.
