I did’nt like the fact that another guest used the entrance of the room I stayed in as a place he felt comfortable to urinate down wall onto carpet. Unacceptable.

Location is convenient, bus stop just in front of the door and a supermarket across the street.
Being underground of a night club, no windows in the room and noisy till midnight (especially on weekend). Could be dangerous in the perspective of emergency exits in case of fire.

As an old guy, HiT was quite satisfactory. There are music venues close by, noise was an issue one night. The common areas could do with a spruce up ..

Everything ok except bunk beds. If you sleep upper bed than you can experience problems- whole bed is shaking. I saw someone felt down while stepping down. It deserved for maintenance work or exchange. The rest was good. Perfect location. Nice staff.

Staff were amazing. Good location. No house keeping of rooms. Other visitors were noisy and inconsiderate.

The hostel is downtown near a bus station and it is very easy to walk around.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms, being in a basement with no windows, are very dark and quiet and good to sleep in. Accommodation is very bare basic, as it’s a small hostel, and the vibe is definitely not social or party hostel but more like “it’s a place to eat and sleep.” The cleanliness was good too. Overall happy with my stay.

No window in the room and smell from sewers

good value for money. the neon lighting in the room was a funny , interesting novelty.

Apart from the noise from the very busy K Road the stay was fabulous.
3.0 / 5.0
The cost is ok for what it was. We only stayed overnight between bus transfers. The tv didnt work. The guy was ok. He did apologise but offered no other option considering we had 3 kids. It took ages for anyone to answer the door. So we were stuck out on krd with no idea how to get into the hostel. The room was ridiculously hot. Theres no air con. The blankets were stained so i recommend you take your own blankets. We pretty much got no sleep as the walls are really thin and there was heaps of people coming and going all night. You literally hear everything. Wouldnt recommend a long stay. But it served its purpose for us.
