Bed was horrible, sunk down in a hole. Toilet paper holder was falling off. Room was overpriced

Very nice room with beautiful lake views. Impressive lobby area, reminded us of Disneys Wilderness Lodge. Very clean in all areas, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Lake Arrowhead Village. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Resort was nice. We felt the rooms were in need of updating. The views from our balcony were spectacular. The room overlooked where the wedding receptions were held. The music was so loud both nights we couldn't enjoy our room or balcony. We were there to escape the heat of Phoenix, and not able to enjoy the evenings.

It was a very nice stay right next to the tge lakeview village but the village was a little disappointing lots of store closure not to much to it line it was years before

It is a great piece of property that is in need of some investment & update. front desk was a bit frazzled upon check-in given long lines and made a few errors on our room before correcting and getting it right. pool chairs and umbrellas seem disproportionate to the # of people at the hotel. lots of people seen at pool and beach w/o wristbands, not a great look for customers paying to be at the property who can't find a chair anywhere outside to sit, let alone accommodate my whole family...all paying to be at the resort. they seem quite happy with status-quo as they have no real lakefront competition. I'd pay more if they made the updates/investment needed.
highlights: the property is very contained for middle-aged kids to float from pool, to game room, to beach, etc. being on the lake is great, again great piece of property.
not sure we'd return at its current state, but do love the lake and quiet town.

Old Dirty Room, Stained Carpet. Great Burrata Salad at the restaurant. Nice spot on the PRIVATE lake. Otherwise, meh.

This resort blew my mind; from the first step of walking into the lobby, to the breathtaking views of the lake, to the many activities, to the incredible accommodating staff!Everything was Superb!

Always love staying at Lake Arrowhead Resort! Beautiful, comfortable surroundings with fantastic amenities and service. I’ll be back next year!

Being a former resident of Lake Arrowhead, I have seen the resort change ownership several times over the years, and currently the resort is kind of weathered and tired. There are many viable reasons for this, a devastating snow fall the past year, and covid prior to that, makes it acceptable in my opinion. The issue I had was, the hotel did not have my room available at check in (5:00pm) They told me they would call me and let me know when the room was ready. They never called so we returned to the hotel at 9:30pm and they had no notes in their system to call me, and treated me like I was making it up. They then said sorry, gave me a drink coupon, and sent me to my room. In summary, poor customer service and lack of care for what they put us through, will keep me from ever staying there again.

A great option to get away atbthe lake

It was loud at all times in the room. Whether other guests outside the window and or door; the vibration and noise coming from the other side of the wall made it very hard to relax in the room or even hear yourself think. The closet being in the bathroom was very inconvenient. And the bathroom door is not considered a door to me, it doesn't fully close 1/2 inch gaps on all sides so everyone in the room can hear and smell everything, maybe it was made this way due to no fan. The village was beautiful to walk around making the location of this hotel very convenient.

The lobby was hot. The room took a long time to cool down. I felt like I was pushed aside because I used a 3rd party to book the room. I was told at 3:45 pm that my room was not ready when check in was at 4 pm. The room was ready at 5:30 pm.

Skylar and Brockton and the folks working the poolside kitchen were all great! Kudos!

Can’t beat the location and lake access. Customer service and cleaning crew did a great job. As others have mentioned, hotel itself could use a facelift (which will likely make it less affordable for families), but the views and service far outweigh that. Food exceeded our expectations, too. Had a great facial at the spa.

Rustic feel from the moment you drive onto property to rooms. The lobby is clean and beautiful. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. Great breakfast and lunch just 5 min walk from the hotel. (Belgian Waffle Works) Beautiful views of the lake. Small private beach with fire pit. This is a must book. While you’re there take a short drive to Lou Eddies

The resort and spa is beautiful and spacious. They offer a lot of amenities during the weekend that are truly worth the price of our stay. Aside from the pool and private beach access, we enjoyed the lakeside walk around the property, movie night, joined the night drum circle, morning sound healing, access to the spa's sauna and steam room. I will definitely be back someday soon and highly recommended this place to everyone.

We had such a lovely stay at the Arrowhead Resort and Spa. There is so much to do on the property and the private beach area is awesome as is the pool and spa area. There is also a small movie theatre downstairs along with a game room for the kids. Make sure to order your coffee from Aroma’s Coffee Shop. It is delicious! We will definitely be back!

Check-in was very disappointing. Our room was not available until an hour and half after check-in time. Although we were told that they would call when the room was ready, that didn't happen. Long line at the front desk, only one person working at times.

The only thing that was good about the property was access to lake and their buffet. In general the hotel was extremely old and , outdated and also the pool was so dirty from all the guests that you didn’t even want to come inside.
Good thing about hotel was that it was close to village and you had options for boating, kayak and other small activities. Their play room for kids had barely anything in it. Only kids activity was just the pool.
One other thing I liked was the bar by the pool had hotdogs and hamburger for kids incase they got hungry and it was very good
The 3 rd floor near the lake with balcony or near pool is best option
Avoid 2 nd floor. Dark and gloomy and rooms smelled bad the hallway really smelled bc of everyone tossing out the towels outside their door
In general we had fun but wish the hotel took better care of their rooms and made it more modern.

Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We did not really make use of the amenities as we spent most of the days out on the lake with our friends that live up there in Lake Arrowhead. We were in a room on the first floor and it was unbelievably noisy- literally every step that the guest in the room above ours could be heard. The hotel could use some updating and a coat of paint on the outside, specifically the areas closest to the parking lot. Lots of cobwebs, spiders and insect carcasses noted around the doorways as well. Overall, a good stay and we would stay there again, but for more than $400 a night would expect the hotel be a bit more updated.

They had so much for the family. Private beach access, dock fishing, games to check out, a rec room, small movie theatre, and pool/spa.

I like that you can have the option of using the private lake area and pool. I like that you can walk to a shopping center. You can also walk over to a local brewery.
