Really lovely peaceful place to stay. Ideal for a relaxing stay. My only negative was our two bed apartment - one bedroom had a window, the other didn't, totally enclosed. I found this uncomfortable as I like to have window open when I sleep and its nice to have a view. We had to leave the air con on all night.

Quinta do Mocho is an absolute gem! This tranquil haven is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We loved everything about it. The peace and quiet were a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The beautiful surroundings completely immerse you in nature. The accommodations were comfortable, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
The friendly dogs added to the charm, and Mr. Antonio's helpful advice on local attractions and restaurants was invaluable. The location is fantastic – a perfect base for exploring all that the Algarve has to offer.
We loved it so much that we decided to return to Quinta do Mocho for our last days in the Algarve. This truly speaks to how wonderful our experience was.

This is a special, unique and totally well-run place. The host, Antonio, is kind, efficient, and welcoming. We hope to return some day!

Antonio is the owner and he couldn’t be nicer, more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is on a dirt road in a quiet and secluded spot, but don’t let that be an issue, the place is quiet, friendly, and you won’t be getting crowded out of a place by the pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, location was a bit further away from where I would’ve liked to have been based on this particular occasion but that’s on me as the trip was hastily arranged due to our team playing in the Europa league final however Antonio was a welcoming host and we would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful time in quiet surroundings. The old town of Faro is not too far if you want to stroll
around and eat out but you really need a car to get there as the roads are quite basic rural single track until you reach the main roads and I don’t think there is a regular bus service close to the complex but overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place to others looking for a beautiful quiet location.

Me and my best mate were staying for a couple of days whilst going to the europa league final. We had our trepidations, especially on the drive as it is a country road for around 10 minutes but the hotel was great. As clean as you could hope for and Antonio, the host/owner couldn’t have done more for us. He made us sandwiches the day we arrived and served us beer all day. Then the second day he brought us 6 beers to put in our mini fridge in the room as we decided to have a day on our balcony. At lunchtime we were a little hungry so decided we’d ask if he could make us up some lunch and he made us spaghetti bolognese. Both mornings we got a brilliant breakfast with omelettes, bacon, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and cake. With a choice of tea, coffee, water, milk or orange juice to drink. I would recommend letting the host know if you won’t make breakfast as he has a lot of it sitting on the table waiting on you in the morning and only prepares the hot food when you come down. We warned Antonio not to make us breakfast on the final morning as we were on an early flight so wouldn’t be there. He arranged a driver to take us to the airport as he said we would struggle for an Uber before 7am. When we got back to the hotel that night he had left us sandwiches, fruit and a breakfast shake to have for our breakfasts before our journey home. The only warning I would give people is Antonio has 2 dogs, they are very friendly and just want a fuss but it may put some off.10/10

If you ever ever visit the area of Faro and the Algavre, please visit this place. A beautiful finca off the roads with a star skyline at night and a one-of-a-kind place all around the clock.
They made me feel home away from home from the second I arrived and until I had to leave. They even safed my life with a little something something to eat, when I arrived late and nothing could be found around the area.
It is very clean, well decorated and just a really special place. And don't be afraid of the dog. :D He is such a nice guy. No I know. :D
Special Place: The Breakfast Room with the perfect view to start the day. And the breakfast itself left no wishes untouched.
So, I'll definitely will be back to visit Antonio and Maria! And so should you stop by!
