Smelled like Roach Spray especially in kitchen area. Opened cabinet several roaches. Killed a water bug opened up fridge and roaches coming out of seal from fridge door. Microwave from 80's. Couch had rips in it where u can see the foam cushion. Left hotel as we lost power and water and was never contacted by staff. Didnt find a hotel Rep until next day at 12 noon... booked for 3 days and never stayed. Not up to par. Front desk lady was very rude and disregarding as if it is normal to rent rooms out in this condition only after waiting for 4 hours to chekc in. All appliances and furniture need fo be thrown out.. They should not be fumigating 30 min prior to checkin. Room and kitchen and bathroom should have been properly maintained and sanitized. Dunns River falls Unit Two Thumbs down Service Two Thumbs down. Waste of time and momey. Property had other units via differnt companies who offer better servce and accommodations. Sand and Seas was a big disappointment as I thought I was in for an nice uprade and a nice stay. In a Themed Room JOKE

My stay at this property was good the use of kettle microwave and fridge are very handy its clean and very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk from town centre. I would stay here again.

Love the updated rooms modern with nice bathrooms towels and washcloths looks new but the problem I had was I saw roaches this is not the first time I told management on a previous trip so housekeeping sprayed this time they came to my room and saw for themselves so in my opinion they need to exterminate

I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find the hotels no locals heard of this hotel.There is no signage with hotel name out side property unbelievable. Hotel name is inside lobby which it shares with other hotel. I was told my reservation was canceled by Expedia and they were not expecting me. I have contacted Expedia. The front desk area needs to be painted not very comforting my personal information was left at the desk when we were escorted to my room. I had to tell her to please put my information away when I came back by the lobby. 6 days I had no hot water to shower ran showerfor 30 minutes still cold . They advertised beach lounge chairs available . Every morning I went to the beach I could not find chairs to use. The tenants and owners of the properties go to the beach early in the morning and put their towels on the lounge chairs . I noticed about 20 broken lounge chairs stacked up.The owner of the restaurant on the beach was outstanding fixing us to nice lobsters dinners. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. My room number was 24 overall condition of the room was good. You could walk to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good location.

It was a very nice place but I moved fro Room to room they need to update there cooking electric burner and management made this the worst time I ever in 15 yrs stayed there it’s not the same Negril Beach Club

We loved our stay at sand and blue seas We wanted a beach holiday and that’s exactly what we got as so close to the beach, The only negative is that the room could of done with decorating as not the cleanest and there was a damp smell inside the accommodation, air con was good , everyone really friendly and helpful, food and drinks good at the bar:restaurants on site , overall we enjoyed our stay here and definitely would come back … one love xx

Met expectations in every regard except... no wifi the full week I was there and the bed was hard. The grounds was beautiful. The room was close to the pool and beach. Area was quiet.

I’ve been staying at this property for well over 12 years. That’s says a lot… once I arrive it feels like home. It’s a beachfront property, meaning you’ll be at the beach in less than 2-3 minutes. So many food options within walking distances but if you’d like, you can get a room with a kitchen and make your own food. The staff is awesome and attentive. I love it here.

The first unit I was in, for 6 nights, the beds were uncomfortable. They were too hard. We saw a few roaches the final evening of our stay in that unit. We advised management the next day and they said they would spray the unit. They seemed genuinely concerned. They regularly asked us if we required anything to make our stay more confortable and I saw they did the same with other guests.The second unit I was in the beds were very comfortable, the unit was great overall. Check-in was easy and staff were very pleasant. The grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which was family friendly. The proximity to the beach cant be beat. Varied age group of guests on site.I would consider this property again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the studio did have everything we needed but it wasn't very clean. The WiFi cut out a lot and the toilet was not flushing though Ana Marie kindly resolved the problems on the first day. There were also two cockroaches that came into the room, but this was also dealt with quickly by Ana Marie. For the price, you can't really complain too much as Negril is an expensive area. The staff when around were friendly and helpful and we were right next to the beach but overall, it was disappointing. Also would be good for other travellers to know there are 3 apartment complexes situated there and the main road sign only shows Beach Negril condos so be aware when trying to find it from the road.

There was no iron and no mirror to see my wrinkled clothes as I got dressed. No one came to clean my room which was fine but I at least expected someone to stop by to leave toilet paper and towels. When I needed more toilet paper or towels I had to go and ask. On top of all of that ROACHES. I would not recommend or stay again.

Nice safe and quiet resort. I arrived about 2 hours early before check in and I was able to get the room. The room was spacious and clean and had everything needed for my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Security at gate good. Cleaners are friendly. Hard to find property, should state at the negril beach club. Very nice and peaceful noone bothers you.

This is actually apartments at Negril Beach Club Condos. Has a great beach. This unit itself was small but had a new bathroom and tile floor. Internet was spotty which caused issues with the tv in the room. My unit had a fridge, microwave, some plates, and silverware along with a sink. I requested a coffee maker and one was brought to me. Housekeeping is every other day upon request. Beach area is great, pool is older but very well kept, and there is a bar/restaurant there. Lots to walk to in the area.

This property was perfect! It is right near the beach and great food. The ambiance was wonderful. The room came with a small kitchen and refrigerator that was helpful . The staff was great and room was very clean. I will stay here again.
