This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Close to park entrance. However, the views from the hotel are very limited, the rooms are small and the services are limited. The breakfast is OK. You must sign up for dinner, which is inconvenient, and some entrees run out if you dine late. Overall, this was an ok base for exploring the park but the hotel is relatively bare bones and a little disappointing for the price.

Great location, great food, great staff.
Wi-fi could be improved but you could live without it once awhile

We stayed at Morrena Lodge for four nights and we could not choose a better place to visit Torres del Paine. The place Is located very close yo the south park entrance and the view of Torres del Paine from the property Is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the food served at Morrena Lodge Is of absolute level. The absolute best thing about Morrena Lodge, however, Is the staff, they work professionally but at the same time they make you feel home. Special mention for Denisse who gave us very good suggestions and advice to visit the park.

Great spot to stay near Torres del Paine. Service was excellent and very accommodating to our schedule. Room was cleaned daily. Showers had hot water. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend.

Great staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Just perfect. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Morrena Lodge was a great home away from home while visiting Torres del Paine National Park. Absolutely the sweet spot: comfortable beds, lots of hot water, great restaurant, immediately outside of the park, all at an affordable price! The lodge is new and very well managed, clean and comfortable. Some lovely walks even from the lodge. Restaurant offers a wide range of dishes made on site, everything from fresh trout to pavlova! Great breads! Staff and management were so friendly and helpful, with lots of local experience! Highly recommend!

This lodge is in the same area as Villa Serrano, however much more reasonable. The staff is wonderful, the property is cozy and comfortable, and I highly recommend the restaurant. A quick 2 minute walk to the back of the property brings you to a picnic table next to the river with a spectacular view of the Torres Del Paine Massif.

Beautiful location. Easy check-in. Clean room. Reasonable dinner at hotel. Breakfast moderately good. One coffee machine, which was very slow and 5 -10 minutes line.
4.0
Sarah was awesome with great service
A few suggestions: add a second coffee machine because the wait is long also offer a pot of regular coffee. The room needs to have dresser or table
The shower needs a soap dispenser
The meals are overpriced for the amount of food provided

Clean, nice, near the park entrance and the staff are like your second family. I personally recommend this hotel.

We loved it there, amazing views and location and good food

Had a great 2-night stay! Staff is very friendly, room had beautiful views, food was great also! Highly recommend!

There were issues that they could/would not address. Light burning out in bathroom creating a strobing light effect. Flippantly suggested we should just enjoy the disco in our room. Little pedal on trashcan in both rooms we booked didn’t work so had to lift lids by hand. Gross. Service in restaurant took forever. Location is great.

We found the lodge to ve comfortable and convenient to our hiking in Torres del Paine. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, when my husband became ill, they sent the physician who owns the lodge to check him out. During the day, they brought him pitchers of water and offered food. We were very grateful for this personalized care.

close to the south gate of the Torres del Paine park, great location. Nice and comfortable rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights while taking day trips fishing in the area. The hotel could not have been more perfect for our trip. Service was extremely friendly, the restaurant food was terrific, and the facility was perfect. The hotel is an excellent option for those wanting to stay near TdP at a more reasonable price than some of the other options in Rio Serrano. We hope to return!
4.0
The Lodge is beautifully presented and the room we had was fabulous (we had a corner room with windows all round) The downside of this was that the room was very hot due all the sunlight coming in (there is no aircon).
We found the restaurant arrangements very frustrating. Limited choice for breakfast and dinner was difficult. You had to order your food hours before and then they could not get it to you in the correct way (twice they brought the wrong meal to us). I think the owners are on a steep learning curve and if they can fix this area they will have a diamond in the National Park but they need to make an effort. We had no water two days in a row due to pump failures. It really felt a bit like we were in a Fawlty Towers movie. I hope they improve as they have something special there. Overall it is really expensive considering the experience.

The experience here was amazing. We were treated like family. The location is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I hurt my back and had to rest while the rest of the family visited, but staff at the lodge took care of me like I was family. Marcela is a wonderful owner and so attentive to her guests. Denise the receptionist is so knowledgeable and interesting to chat with! The restaurant is delicious and everyone loved every meal. A small breakfast is included every day, which is perfect. You can also pre-order a lunch to take with you on your daily activities. The lodge is clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend.

The scenery is amazing. The service is friendly. Beautiful décor. Only thing that should be done is upgrade the bathroom.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Morrena Lodge. The team worked hard to make us to feel welcomed and succeeded. The meals were excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel has comfortable vibe.
We also worked with a staff member to travel to sights around the park and he went above and beyond to meet us, show us key locations, even staying out very late one night so we could photograph the beautiful December sunset.

Small boutique chalet style hotel. The Serrano area is right next to the serrano entrance to Torres. Very convenient to get to the grey glaciar and lookouts, and about an hour from the other entrance. Small and minimalist rooms, you have what you need, it has common areas to hangout with amazing views. Food was superb each of the 4 nights. Outstanding, helpful and friendly service.

The hotel attempted to contact us directly, bypassing Expedia, to charge us for hotel room fees and a deposit. Upon our arrival, they were unprepared for the room we had booked on Expedia and offered an alternative, leading to a room change during our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities did not match the advertised description on Expedia. Notably, the tap water had a colored tint and emitted a strong rust odor. The room retained a scent from recent renovations, masked with heavy air fresheners. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, allowing clear conversations from outside, and the hotel was undergoing construction. These issues compelled us to alter our travel plans and leave the hotel prematurely. When mentioning a refund for the last two nights' fees during checkout, the front desk informed us they would respond via email after consulting with the manager. However, I have yet to receive any communication from them. The fees charged do not align with the service provided, and I hesitate to say this, but it felt like a fraudulent experience. As advice to future travelers, if you wish to enjoy your time near Paine Park, consider nearby hotels that may not cost much more but can save you a lot of trouble.

Fabulous location just outside national park. Nice view from the rooms.

This is a warm and cosy lodge in the beautiful Villa Serrano area, just outside Torres del Paine park. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds so comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel nearly every night and the food was fantastic. Also a big shout out to the staff. They were always so cheerful and ready to help. When our car got stuck in the mud (because my husband decided to go off roading near the property), one staff member spent an hour of his time helping us move. If i ever come back to Torres del Paine, I'm staying here!

We had a great time at the Morrena Lodge. They offer wonderful comfort foods for dinner after a long cold day of hiking. The bed linens were also top notch. Make sure you have plenty of fuel in your car to make your trek home. We had to search for gas from neighboring hotels and all we could purchase was 10 liters.

WOW ! Worth it in so many ways.
The property is located in a remote pocket about 1mile from the National Park entrance.
The rooms are comfortable and space.
No TV.
Internet working fine.
The lobby, dining and outdoor seating areas afford wonderful views of the valley and the Jewels of the National Park.
The Staff are wonderful, warm and super friendly.
Yes, I would stay there again, and again, and again.
Don't waste your money with the big & fancy hotels, support the small family business and keep the area beautiful, clean and employed.

Good and cleany room, nice design.
Dinerroom rather narrow. Food overpriced and mid quality, rarely fresh prepared

When we arrived, we initially had some issues with our room due to some renovations the hotel was making and we were prepared to book elsewhere, however the owner put us in a different room, and gave us a better rate. After this, they continued to treat us like we were their family. The room was always clean when we were out, and unlike other reviews from last season, the food was amazing and seemed reasonable for the price. I can confirm they do in fact have a dog on the property named Lenga who fetches rocks. She’ll follow you to the river to protect you from Pumas. We would have taken her home if we could! Thank you for giving us a memorable stay in Torres Del Paine

No frills place to stay for our last night in Patagonia. Very basic amenities but everything we needed. An elevator would have been nice though, and English speaking staff.

Hosts were very friendly and found a convenient way for us to pay, because the payment was not automatically charge from my card.
The lodge is a brand new made and designed of wood, I loved it! 🪵
Cleanliness is excellent, we had a cleaning every day!🧹
There is a parking lot there ✅
The breakfast is good and was included to the price. Additionally, we got a really early breakfast (5.30am) at our last day, because we left at 6am. ✅
We had great dinner (not included) every day!
Location is excellent and a south entrance to Torres del Paine is around 5-10 mins driving 📍
Wi-fi works good in the lobby 📶
I wish I had more days in this beautiful place 🔆

Most beautiful area i ever stayed at.Breathtaking scenery, with mountains in the horizon. Horses and cows roaming free. Nature at its best. Extremely helpful staff, helped us fix our punctured tires, pretty much saved our trip, since there is no store,or gas station within 2 hours drive. Resteurant available at the hotel as well.If you are looking for peaceful ,quiet with amazing views, look no further.

My husband & I stayed at Morrena Lodge for 6 days over the holidays. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice & they had a cute dog that would sleep in the lobby. Our room had a great view of the mountains. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning & then they had an option for us to choose dinner & box lunches for the following day. We had dinner there every night, we are vegan & they had 1 vegan option on the menu. We did have to ask for slight modifications but that’s mostly because the options were small & after hiking all day we were hungry! Plus used to US sized portions. There was a special 3 course meal on New Years Eve which was also very nice.
The only downside was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, it was mostly only available in the dining room & lobby but other than that we had a fantastic stay!
5.0

cons:
No grocery hopes around
No official gas stations around
