Nice hotel, beautiful view and staff are friendly.
Room we had, Onelli, didnt have Wifi. Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner so you had to drive to village for everything.
Breakfast was not pleasant.

Remote location need a cab to go anywhere.
Old country hotel, all amenities are old, no heating, bathroom leaking, however very open minded and helpful staff. Thank you all to make our stay better.

Upon arrival at the airport we had booked transportation from airport to hotel with the hotel, no one was there, and we had to get a taxi. The hotel claimed online it had a restaurant on site. Incorrect, it was late we asked they get us a taxi; 20 minutes later we asked again to get us a taxi. She recommended a small shop nearby; but it did not have sandwiches. Taxi took us to a large grocery store. The room was not as described. Booked suite with fireplace. Room had a small black wood burning stove and a hot tub; but the hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.

Beautiful hotel, small and cozy. 5 min drive from downtown, but there are taxis available every 2 or 3 blocks (special parking spots for them). Would stay here again.

Stayed in family bungalow. Lovely property. A little bit out of town so not walkable to shopping but easy to get transportation. View was amazing and sweet dogs!

It seemed nice and clean and the staff were nice. However, the walls are very, very thin and we could constantly hear our neighbors below and next to us. The breakfast was sad and very lacking with lukewarm, very bad coffee and some pastries and cereal.

Beautiful lake view hotel about 20 minutes walk from the center. No hot breakfast option. Clean and very good service.

Beautiful view and room. Excelent hospitality and staff!

The place is very beautiful, but we felt there was An incomunication between people working there which lead to many unfortunate situations. We did not feel taken care as guests. There was no possible late check out for us, even though we anticipated this, and they didnt pick us up at the airport as established with anticipation. Pretty sad!

good location!!! the lady in charge in the breakfast is superb! Great job!

The hotel is situated up on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are named after glaciers which is really cool. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. There was a huge window with a panoramic view of the lake The reception area and lobby offer floor to ceiling windows and extremity comfortable lounging furniture. There is a restaurant with a limited but varied and delicious menu. The buffet breakfast was also very good, served in a raised dining room with great views. The staff was very attentive and personal attention was in abundance. The hotel grounds are tastefully landscaped adding to the visual beauty of the natural surroundings. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful Patagonia style accommodations especially main lodge. Had a bungalow for 4 which was useful. Rooms a bit small and could use updating but overall really good. Quiet location about 30 min walk from town. Wouldn’t do it at night cause of dark and winds but day would be okay if had time. Appreciated being able to get boxed lunches for our excursions.

Great reception area and helpful receptionist who stayed up to receive our late check in. We enjoyed the rustic cabin that we stayed in and comfortable bed. However, the shower was really small and uncomfortable and the water pressure was bad. We also asked not to have room cleaning/do not disturb but somehow this was not communicated to the cleaner. Lovely view of lago Argentina, but location was a bit further from the centre of town and we felt that it was a bit overpriced.

The restaurant and bar was not open during our stay. I’m not sure why. The King bed was two beds pushed together with one fitted sheet. The tv reception was fuzzy. The room temperature was very hot and the handles were broke off of the radiator. We didn’t stay much in the room. The town is two miles away. We came to see the glaciers and they were amazing.

This place is amazing, one of the best places we stayed at on our trip!! Highly recommended staying here.

We stayed at the cabin named Onelli that has 2 twin beds and 1 queen. The down comforter is warm while the heater was not too powerful (I felt fine). The bathroom is small but still manageable for me, unless you are tall and portly. The jacuzzi is in a separate cabin open to all guests. I didn't try but it looks nice with glass walls and has a view.
The staff called taxis for us whenever we needed.
The lobby is a nice place to lounge around and enjoy the sun. It is decorated with plenty plants and succulents.
The dogs (Simon, Mora and Nina) are so CUTE and friendly - they roamed around outside and sometimes hung out on the porch.

Went to check in and reception was closed, called the emergency numbers they had posted on doors and no one answered. After 3 hours we left. Have yet to receive a refund.

The view was excellent. A little far from things if you have no car, but doable, especially since most tours would pick up and return. Staff was excellent.

Overall decent, a little further out of town than wanted, large bungalow, but when mybwife was halfway through her shower, fully soaped, water went off and left her freezing, soapy, amd MAD. The guy at rhe desk said its nomal to wait 10 minutes between each shower. I waited 45 minutes before I got it in, knew I may need to hurry, same happened to me after 1 minute in.
I wish through Hotels.com there was a way to fight for you money back, or for a discount, I dont think their policies allow for that.
I travek for business 50% and stay in alot of hotels, I would not recommend Blanca Patagonia.

Providing excellent view of Lake Argentino from its lobby set above a hill.

Incredible view, the most fantastic receptionist however bathroom could be modernized

The hotel is well kept with a lavender field growing in front of it. The building is wooden with large panoramic windows with incredible views over the lake. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. We slept well. The furniture / decor in the rooms is a little dated.
We are in the restaurant one night and the food was prepared well and in line with local standards but service was well intended but a bit “try and see”. Some training would be a good investment. The wine list is average.
Breakfast was ok.
The location is slightly out of town. A car is helpful.
There is a hot tub that we didn’t use.

It is located off the main road and hard to find without any street signs. Once we checked in the room was very hot. There is no way to turn off the heaters and the only solution was to open the window. We slept with the window open all night which then was noisy.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and neighborhood quiet. Breakfast was delicious. EZE 5 minuts se at just a bonus. Would definitely return.
