It is the smallest condo (all that end in 10), the bunk beds are right by the main entrance, it wasn’t clean. The kitchen is so small there is one drawer and barely any cabinet space. The dryer is so noisy you have to run it when you are not in. The elevators is a nightmare!! Sometimes after waiting for 20 minutes we went up the stairs 12 floors. Our parking space was on the 12th floor of the parking lot and it took forever to get in out.

We had to fix the sweeper in our room we had to fix a chair at the kitchen table the leg was about to break off the parking was okay other than trying to get up and down the elevator that was always one of them broke and always busy other than that it was decent but I don't think I would ever stay here again not for the money that I spent for the room

Condo was a good size for family, although bathrooms were very small. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Condo unit itself was clean, but the outside felt a little rundown and dirty. The parking deck is a nightmare to navigate, and the elevators were long waits everyday. Not a bad stay, but the parking deck and elavators will probably be the deal breaker for me.

Room was great. Pool is awesome. Beach spot is very nice. Biggest complaint is the parking and elevator situation. Parking is a nightmare. No communications and mass confusion. Elevator situation was a nightmare. Long waits (20+ minutes) with over crowded elevators.

This property is the worst choice I have ever done First of all, it’s really old and filthy. They have no room services and I believe it’s owned by individuals so every condo is owned by somebody different. So when you have a problem, you cannot speak with anybody the elevators and the parking is a nightmare. I actually had to park a mile away from the property because it was no available parking for me like I was promised, and I had to pay for parking. And when you call the management or the condo, they will not do anything. Of course the security in the hotel is so rude and stupid. Basically that was my worst experience ever.

There weren’t enough elevators for this property. We were on the 11th floor, and we had to take the stairs the majority of our trip. Apparently, this property is where all the high school and college partiers are dropped off to hang out and party. The room we stayed in needs to be renovated and needs new beds.

The AC did not properly work. I set it to 68 and it never moved from 75. An HVAC came t the apartment but it was never fixed. Other than that, things were great.

Overall not worth what we spent. When we came a/c was not working spent several hours in a humid hot room and no one in the resort can help. Had to call the property manager so we can fix it ourselves with phone instructions. Terrible communication and service at the resort there’s no one that can provide or help with anything. Just general workers like security and lobby lady who knows nothing about anything. Expect to depend on yourself and your email for instructions and stay as soon as you get there. Room was also dirty. You have to walk around with green paper wristbands the whole time to have access to come back in. It’s a stupid paper wristband and if you lose it on the beach easily they won’t let you come back in. Even if you show your reservation. Beach and pools were nice. But never again at this “condo”.

I had the worst experience with this condo ever in my life. We didn’t get to get into the condo until 6 PM or after and one of the bedrooms smell like feet. Also, the shower curtain was disgusting from the master bedroom.

We had a blast! But what made it even better was Dennis, one of the security guards. We were a hot mess when we arrived and didn’t know a thing about what to do or where to go. Dennis was the first person to jump in and help us out. Always greeted us with a big smile and always took time to talk to us to make sure we were pleased with our stay! Dennis is fantastic and deserves every type of promotion or raise!!!

Panama Shores is amazing it looks just like the images. My husband and I traveled there during Spring Break with our 15, 14 and 12 year old daughters. Pro’s and Con’s: The room fit all of us very comfortably. It was very clean and on the 1st floor right on the beach which was amazing we could watch dolphins swimming in the ocean right on our porch.There was plenty of dishes and towels for our 6day stay. We did have to buy extra laundry detergent, but Walmart is just across the street. Walking around town is best because the parking spots are so small once you’re parked no one can get out of the car if there are any cars parked next to you. Security around the property was great and we felt very safe. The beach was crowded from 1p-5p which was expected but everyone was very polite, friendly and respectful of everyone’s space. We were a little shocked that you have to pay $45 a day for 2chairs and an umbrella on the beach, but this was our 1st time to Florida so maybe that is normal. At the pool chairs and umbrellas are free but the pool water was so cold and the hot tub was always so full we just hung out on our beach towels and went in the ocean because it was warmer. They also have an in door pool and hot tub that never seemed busy or full.The exercise rooms were on the 3rd floor and were great for something to do on a rainy evening. If your looking for a party zone get any room around the pool, but if your looking for more of a quiet getaway get a room off the beach instead

The overall property was very pretty. There is a few issues on cleanliness that need addressed that I will not post on here. The king bed in one of our rooms is broken and I had to sleep on the couch because you will roll off to the floor. I’m pretty sure it’s the box springs that are broken. Overall it was a nice trip but will stay somewhere else next year.

To begin our check in time stated 4pm but after getting there around 3 like most places if room is ready are allowed to check in early. We were told not ready until almost 7 pm! Get there and was on 21st floor and no carts were available even though we saw three in a corner chained up. I asked and guy stated they were not allowed to use only three. Prime time of the year! So my daughters toted majority up ourselves. Got to room that evening after searching and searching for my parking number and decided to just park in one at top. My daughters vehicle had the same number as another vehicle on her car hanging so she too had to find a random place to park. That evening around 12:30 pm we get a banging on door woke up and a man standing there! We had to move one of our vehicles even though I had paid extra for her to park! No one is at reception desk so forget any help there! Then people are allowed to place towels on chairs which causes you to find zero while they are no where to be found! Then elevator issues was HORRIBLE!!!! We had two excursions planned for the week and was almost late due to 45 minute wait on an elevator!! The condo was using the second set of elevators for transporting old equipment up and down! My question to this is why in the world would you do this during the busiest time of the year! Last day there went to my car on floor 5 parking and my car along with others were keyed! Yes keyed down the right side deep! Looked for security and two were hanging out

This property was very falsely advertised! The staff is mainly foreigners that don’t speak good English. Parking is a 23-story parking garage that is a traffic nightmare getting in and out daily. There aren’t enough elevators so expect 20-30 minute waits unless you enjoy taking the stairs. The pool and beach close at 10pm daily, while the bar and snack shack around the pool stayed closed for half our trip. Our condo said it would sleep 7 people…no chance!! The 2nd room was bunk beds crammed into a closet sized area. I highly recommend staying at an all inclusive for the same price before staying here!!

Horrible experience and customer service. Loud, NOT family oriented, we couldn’t sleep for nonstop partying and loud music. The parking garage was a nightmare to get through. Not to mention, I had the worst experience of customer service that I’ve ever had. Two weeks prior to our vacation I was diagnosed with epilepsy and the flickering elevator lights triggered my seizures. The elevators was constantly messing up and if they did work, it was an extremely long wait which was difficult especially with small kids. Walking up 17 floors was extremely difficult, especially when carrying things. Upon initial entry into our room it smelled like sewage, which I did complain about. The next day someone come with air fresheners. For the cost of our stay, which was outrageous, I’m frustrated at how unsatisfied we all are. Overall very disappointed, and we will NEVER stay here again!

Even though this sleeps 6, don't book expecting to be able to actually seat 6 people. There's not enough living room seating to accommodate. Rainy night in watching movies? Pull up a seat on the sandy floor, but the internet signal is spotty at best and you can't access your Netflix/Hulu etc accounts on the TV even though you get instructions to log in/out. Want to eat dinner in? There's not enough plates/bowls for 6 either, but that's okay, since there's only 3 bar stools and 2 chairs at the table. You'll get bare bones cookware like 1 10" skillet, but they do include oversized BBQ tongs that are still like new. The furniture was damaged and broken. The bedroom dresser was unusable, and they seemed genuinely surprised at this when we reported the issues. Paint was peeling in several rooms, there was garbage on the floors when we arrived, and gum and food ground into the balcony floor. Overall, the cost did not match the value of this condo. The parking deck is busy at times and doesn't accommodate an oversized vehicle. There's about 5 spaces on the first floor as a first come first serve, or an overflow lot they charge you for daily. The elevators were broken often, and many times you need to wait 30 minutes to try to squeeze into one that finally comes to your floor. It was a nice hotel, pool was nice, beach was clean, typical touristy overload area. I would possibly rent here again, but definitely a different unit.

Apartment itself was decent. Out of date but ok. Had to wash all bed linens as you could tell they weren't clean. Then the dryer didn't work. They don't enforce quiet time or any of the rules they have posted not to do. My stay was fair. Will not stay there again.

Worst beds that I have ever tried to sleep on. Considering one of the main reasons to book a hotel or condo while out of town is for a place to sleep, so a comfortable bed should be priority. Springs in my back all night every night, friends also. Couldn't watch TV for more than 5 minutes at a time because of internet issues. Other than that, It was all good.

One thing liked that the room we got was on the 1st floor and was walking distance to pool and ocean. Would of been nice if the pool area had umbrellas to hqve shade. The room itself had cracks in the balcony and inside the room in one area. Also room could use light paint touch ups in some areas of the room. Other than thay it was good

I felt that was very disrespectful as we still had another 40 min to leave. I was extremely upset and proceeded to leave as soon as i could.
