Don’t come here unless you want to catch an infection! When we arrived at the entrance, we saw a man smoking outside who, to our surprise, turned out to be the receptionist. He let us in, and as soon as we walked through the door, the entire building was filled with a strong smell of weed. When he showed us the facilities, we were shocked by the deplorable state of everything: the bathroom was filthy, the bed was in terrible condition… everything was disgusting. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary, so we immediately contacted Hotels.com to help us get out of there. They informed the receptionist about the situation, and in response, he came to our door, violently banging on it and shouting, demanding that we open it. At that moment, we were terrified, especially because we had read reviews warning that he was a difficult person to deal with and often seemed to be under the influence of drugs. He forced us to go to the bathroom to show him what we were complaining about, always shouting and speaking in a completely threatening tone. Although we had a two-night reservation, we unfortunately had to stay one night because we were only refunded for the second night. However, we fled as soon as we could the next morning. We slept in disgusting, unsanitary, and unhygienic conditions. We didn’t even dare to use the bathroom, as it was in an even worse state than the room.

No one was in the reception even though it was during working hours, therefore used an hour to get into the building as I had to call some number, be left on hold, call back, get no help, call again etc until I got a code to the back door. Was also disappointed that the entrance to the building is through a back door in the back right next to a smoking area. The room itself was ok. Not even a thrash-can in the room or any chair, but if you as me just needed a place to sleep and not stay during the day, it was not to bad. When I got to the room my pillow was laying in direct contact with the heater on the wall, så my pillow was super warm on one side. The one thing I was surprised over was the cleanised, not that it was amazing, just that it wasnt bad, especially to what I expected of such a place.

If there's no other place to stay, buy a sleeping mat, find a place at the city centre and sleep there. You will be saver and peaceful than going to this hell of a place. The front entrance is not safe. You have to hide to go in through some dangerous iron stair behind the so call hell-hole. If you accidentally slip on the stair, you would be dead. Listen, i am a very important person in this nation by professional cadal. I am not going to lie neither my identity for security. I dont wish even my enemies to ever be exposed to such horror. Don't go there. That's all i have to say.

Bad experience during my stay, the reception was terrible. A guy named Dan was very unpleasant at my check-in. I arrived at the hotel, I rang the doorbell and I got no answer, there was a phone number sticked on the door, I called the number and they told me to ring the doorbell again and wait, I did and after 10 minutes of no answer I knocked on the door Dan opened the door harshly and started having a go on me, he seemed to be on drugs, and as soon as I entered the hotel he said that he was angry with me and that he was about to knock me out and throw me out of the hotel.

Dan was a very helpful Manager & made sure everything was ok with the stay. I had to check out early on Sunday Morning & forgot my Sony Headphones. Dan very kindly whacked them in the post to me first class. Thanks very much indeed Dan & cleaning team.

Utterly shocking. Stains on the sheets. Scum area. Totally run down, s***hole. I lasted about three hours, left at 1am and slept in my car. Waste of money, time and petrol getting there. Place wants shutting down!!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The bed linen was spotless. The facilities are basic but this is reflected in the price. I forgot the name of the man who checked me in but he was very helpful, carrying my bags and making sure I knew where everything was. He even came to check on me when I went for a ciggy, making sure I could get through the security door. He was very polite and professional

Perfect place to stay that was a convenient drive or uber to the city center or the strip with all the restaurants and shisha places. Very comfortable and Daniel, the host treated you like family. Will be staying here on my next trip to manchester

Terrible stay, the hotel attendant Daniel was rude and pathetic, he misbehaved with my child and asked him to pack the bag and move away from the property, he was challenging him to come out of the hotel and had fight with him, Looked like Daniel wanted to fight the child who is under 18. I dont know how the hotel management is keeping this kind of staff! Washrooms were not clean, drainage were blocked in 2 washrooms, as we had total 3 joint washrooms in the hotel . You cant sleep in rooms because all night the traffic sound keeps you awake! No one changed the bedsheets or clean the room while my 9 days stay. Its totally loss of your money, i will never ever think to stay here, and for Daniel i need to complain some authorities to tell them how to behave with children.

I enjoyed my stay at the property the staffs working here are extremely helpful, very friendly, it was welcoming and worth the stay, shop easily accessible across the road. The cleaners keep the facilities neat and well maintained. I liked how the smoking shelter was a section of the property so you did not have to leave the premises just for a smoke, I look forward to staying here again.
