We have stayed a few times on the Hilton side. It has always been comfortable. This stay was during Thanksgiving/Christmas. Not many decorations. They had a few out they were nice. We will stay again soon.

My only critique is that the $150 fee that is held for incidentals should be disclosed during check in. I would have paid with a credit card and not my debit had I known about this up front.
Otherwise, the place is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and Vegas is Vegas! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome place and very clean.

Nice room, but confusing check-in location. Too many glowing lights in the room!

Great hotel with lots of restaurants and nightlife options. Rooms are clean and modern.

Check-in was easy. The front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfy. There are great restaurants on-site. We really enjoyed the Dawghouse. Pool area was beautiful and played great music while we chilled. The only negative was everything expensive, but worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Resorts World. The property is relatively new and looks it. The hotel is very large and has everything you would need - bars, restaurants, gaming, shopping. Attached to the property is “The District”, a shopping area which has most of the restaurants and retail. Resorts, while not centrally located on the Strip, is right off of it and easily accessible. You can walk across the street to the Wynn. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. I would definitely recommend a stay here, especially as it’s l just as nice as some of the other premier hotels on the Strip but is less expensive.

Loved our stay and the love cation ❤️

The Hilton was nice the only thing was a pain was the they didn’t have normal room service. If you wanted food delivered to your room then you had to order through a third party and you had to meet in the lobby. Other than that the hotel was very nice

Clean, was not filled with smoke ( was very refreshing), shuttles would have made this much better (airport or anywhere). The Uber pickup is very far from the hotel. It is on the other side of the casino.

I enjoyed my stay however I’m not sure I would go back as the resort kinda reminds me of a shopping mall and also it a little to far down the strip.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night, but when we go back to Vegas, we will be staying here again.

This is the best hotel ever!!!!

The stay was great but be very careful cause they will bump your reservation and change the type of room you requested. If you’re wanting a king solo bed they end up giving you a double queen. When you a taller person reserving a king bed for comfort keep this in mind! Other than that issue with the bed, the resort was great! Super clean and very friendly customer service.

Clean and very nice. Excellent Hotel, would definitely stay here again. Check in was kinda hectic but it was busy.

The check in took 45 minutes!!!! This was a first for us and I actually could not believe it took that long. They didn’t offer anything by to reconcile the situation, and still seemed to take overly ling to check us in when it was our turn. We have stayed a many Vegas hotels and no matter how busy/big hotel is, I think max wait has been 20 min (and that’s MAX). I tried to do mobile check in but the guest Wi-Fi and cell service was just way too slow. Wow. Could never do that again

Always stay here when in Vegas! The hotel has great city views for additional costs (yes this is a must). The spa is top tier, the day pass was well spent highly recommend. For nightlife, Zouk is the place to be even better when staying at Resorts World.

I love the food hall, it was high 80’s so I went to the pool for guests which was so nice and relaxing. I visited the Fat Tuesday right outside and the girl working there was so nice. My room was so comfortable I got a deluxe king and the shower and bathroom was great. This was my second time staying here and it was a great experience and the price was reasonable because I stayed from Sunday to Wednesday.

2 night stay before returning home to Sydney Australia. RWLV, new and modern. Parking was cheaper than MGM resorts but resort fee was a bit excessive.

Didn’t enjoy my stay as the front desk check out staff was very rude and unfriendly. Definitely need to hire better people with good customer skills.

Bathroom had a leak
Didn’t get the room upgrade
Food/drink credit was not honored.
Asked 3 different times and got 3 different answers on how to redeem.
Resent parking fee change.
Had to pay for parking

At 5PM when we arrived to check in there was 1 person at the desk and 30+ people in line the check in process was thus way too long.

Got to Las Vegas on an early flight because we wanted to make sure we got to our concert that night with no flight delays and the hotel was able to check us in early . They were very helpful and I love this hotel because it is so clean and the staff is so nice every time .

Not a good experience

So it has 'resort' in the title so we expected a resort fee. However, we thought that resort fee would cover the pool and activities. Nope. Here is a quote from an email "Please know our resort fee does not include access to the pool and is intended for additional services such as the Wi-Fi, Chromecast capabilities, phone calls, and offers discounts to the Spa and Pool area with the bookings of reserved seating and cabanas." Oh and the family pools are only open on the weekend but only 9am to 6pm.

The staff in reception was very kind and welcoming. The hotel clean and new but the resort fees out of line.

The only debatable point, is how far from everything in the strip it is. $15 every trip to main points. Everything else it is great.

I stayed one night & I arrived after 3, felt tired after 5 hours drive❗️no time to explore ‼️

Very lengthy queues on check in and check out. There was not enough staff at the front desk during peak time and they did not take any special measures to speed the process up. Towels were not changed every day.
I was promised a USD 80 credit to be used in the resorts restaurants and when I checked out Inhad to pay for those expenses. Experience was not up to the outrageous price

Resorts was great. Easy access to cuisine. Far from the strip but makes it less busy which is nice.

Pro- room was nice

Check-in took about an hour on a Friday night - which was shocking since it's never been like that. Parking is now $18/day overnight unless you're an Elite status rewards player, so factor that in as well if you're driving in. Overall the rooms are starting to show some age - this has been our go to hotel since the grand opening when in Vegas.

Stood in line to check in for more than 45 minutes at 11 PM. It seemed be chaotic, but then once we got to the counter it was very quick and easy! The check in staff we dealt with was very professional and friendly. Hotel is very nice. A lot of food options. It's a tad out of the way but still within walking distance of many Vegas strip events. Our room was nice and clean with a great view. Room was small compared to others we've stayed at in Vegas. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Resorts World.
