This is one of the best hotels you can book with in vegas. Rooms are very clean and nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay

Great and very comfortable room.

My husband and I were very impressed with virgin hotel. The rooms were spotless and the hotel vibe was very trendy. Loved the furniture in the room and the lobby areas.

We love this hotel. This time felt a little different we thin, due to the strike. Our room was missing was cloths and hand towels which is minor but also necessary.

Truly enjoyed our quick get a way during NFR, great Concert

What an amazing experience! My first stay at any Virgin property and it was A-1!! First tier class operation at every point! Bed was extremely comfortable and looking forward to my next trip staying here again. I can tell you one thing….Virgin has won me over and will be looking for future properties whenever I travel!! Loved every moment!

So I arrive at the property only to find the culinary union on strike. This meant that the hotel owned outlets on property were closed. Also, we got shouted at over bullhorns coming and going from the property and they were out there all hours of the day and night screaming about how I was a loser for staying there. The hotel knew this but did not communicate the difficulty even though the strike had been going for two weeks. No one at the front desk addressed it either at checkin. This is a failure of the hotel, and what I’m most upset about during my stay.
According to the news, the workers were offered a thirty cent raise. I’d be striking too given cost of living. Give the workers a fair contract!
Room comfortable and clean as always.

Beautiful hotel. The strike was going on, so several restaurants and main pool area closed, so can’t comment extensively.
However, the room was immaculately clean. The fitness facility was fantastic, and the heated rooftop pool a dream. The bed was super comfy, and loved the view with the sphere. A really enjoyable, relaxing place.

Great stay and lovely hotel. Only issue was one of the curtains was damaged and the sun woke me up. We told the staff at check out so hopefully it's repaired. Also bring ear plugs, right next to the airport so you hear the planes all night.

Staffs are welcoming. Great place to stay!
I like what they did on the renovation.
Clean hotel. Comfortable beds . Great customer service . Top hotel to stay at .

We went to Virgin resort during the culinary strike (which we didn't know) so when we checked in with workers on strike telling at us every time we came out went, even walking our dogs.
The ice machine didn't work and the restaurants were closed due to the strike

Check in was great. The lady checking us in was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only negative is that a couple of the restaurants were closed due to a strike. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

Hotel bed was comfortable, room was quiet...couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. The only thing I disliked was the inability to use the refrigerator since it was fully prestocked with their own high priced beverages. They charge $40 to empty it so you can put your own beverages, so it's like not having a mini fridge. Housekeeping also was poor, leftcstains on table, string and debris on floor after they alledgedly cleaned the room. Never left the same amount of towels. When I asked cleaning lady in hall for two more towels, she said she was out...BOTH days! I had to call front desk...ridiculous.

From checking in to navigating hotel staff was rude and unfriendly and not helpful. Staff on strike outside were yelling and screaming and blocked our entering. We had no idea about strike. Staff at spa was horrendous!!! Rude intense and dismissive ended up walking away when we went to check in because how awful the staff was to my daughter and myself. You could not pay me to
Come back.

The lady who check me in was professional and friendly. Some of the hotel staff were on strike outside of the hotel. They harassed you on the way to the front entrance. They had music blasting aimed at the hotel from the parking lot. It was the craziest thing i have ever experienced at a hotel. The good thing was you could not hear it inside. The room was great! It had a couch and a table to lounge. There was a doorbell and even a seperate door to close off the bedroom from the entrance and bathroom. The only odd thing about the room was it did not have a blanket on the bed or in the closet. My first experience with this. It was cold and you had to raise the temperature of the room to 78 degrees to counteract the no blanquet. Our room had an almost perfect view of the sphere. It was quiet and easy to sleep.

I stayed here for 1-night as part of a bigger trip. It's about a 30min walk to the strip. A lot of construction around b/c of the upcoming F1 race but it was still very walkable to strip if desired. The casino was very chill/laid-back/didn't see a lot of people. Decent variety of food options but if staying longer than a few days, may not be great. Front desk was very nice. Best part about the property was proximity to the airport & seeing all the incoming/outgoing flights. Made the aviation geek in me very happy.

The hotel is nice and fresh with a modern new feel. Room was large and clean and beautiful with high quality details.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the pool was only accessible from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Everything was good, clean comfy and room size was good too. Only thing I missed was no coffee machine in the room as I like to have coffee in the morning

The hotel staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and the property itself was stunning, with elegant decor and a beautiful atmosphere.
However, the room was a disappointment. The air conditioner made constant banging noises, the lights flickered or wouldn’t stay on, and none of the TV’s virtual features worked. To top it off, the cleanliness was subpar, with dust, a musty smell, and surfaces that felt poorly maintained.
While the staff and aesthetics impressed me, the room’s condition fell far below expectations.

It was great both my wife and i enjoyed it planning on another getaway soon

This is a fraud there is a 45$ resort fee and your 20$ from the strip in a cab! The spa is not accessible even with the resort fee so no sauna etc
This is false advertising - bed was excellent having said that

Two things in particular. One half of the blackout curtain was missing and the AC wasnt cold..

Pretty convenient

First time visit to this property. Off the strip, close to the airport. Easy accessibility via Uber to most places although the traffic was awful this weekend. Casa Calavera was excellent-server Damon made our night. The Kitchen was super convenient and tasty.
Pool deck was wonderful-despite being right on the flight path. Would definitely return here.

Interesting hotel. Decor looks like the entire place was decorated on closeout. Shower smells of mildew. The bar is understaffed. Front desk is very helpful.

This hotel was amazing! The price, views, and quality could not be beat. While it is "off strip", the Virgin Hotel has easily become my preferred place to stay in Vegas. Its also within walking distance of Pirahna night club.
2.5
My stay was fantastic! The facilities exceeded expectations. Room was new and updated. Parking was very easy. It’s a quick walk or drive to the strip, but you don’t pay the strip price. The pool area was awesome. Felt like you were at a beach with sand. Would stay again!

This property is a great value for the money. The rooms are much nicer than most hotels on the Strip: spacious, comfortable bed, couch, tasteful decor, great views. Of course, it is not directly on the Strip, so you need a car to get around but in my opinion the trade-off is worth it. It is a long walk from the self-parking to the room but that's the case in most casino hotels.

Service was great! Only downside was that we brought our dog with us and the website states that a dog bed and bowls would be provided. It was only after we arrived that we were told only select Virgin properties provide that service, but that’s no fault of the staff since the website doesn’t make that clear. We had an incident where the tenant of the neighboring room was attempting to enter through the shared door of our room, but hotel manager promptly took care of it and we had no other issues! I do wish they would have been clear about how their DND lights work (there’s no literature explaining what each color light means and the housekeeper wasn’t able to directly clear it up when we asked) as we were out for the day and came back to a housekeeper in our room.Room was great (extremely large). Would probably stay again!

My granddaughter is a student at UNLV we have spent many visits to the Virgin and are always welcomed and happy.

The stay was awesome although there was not a microwaves on the property. There wasn’t any mention of deposit when booking either. Other than that I’d stay there again

Good stay the rooms were clean and beds were comfy

I don’t typically write reviews but I do feel people should be aware of this hotel. First of all, the hotel itself was fine, the room was nice, large and clean. The outside surrounding area is not very nice at all. The casino was dead, nobody gambling whatsoever. We chose to drive or uber where we went and not walk. The absolute worst part of this hotel is that it is in the airport flight path. It literally sounds like the planes are heading right into your room. They are flying right next to the hotel. Last night they didn’t stop flying until a little after 1am and then the first flight in the morning was 5:53am. The flights go by about every minute or so. We got no sleep. It was miserable. Unfortunately we will never stay here again.

This is a very good, luxury hotel just off of the Las Vegas strip. Only a 10minute walk or $10 taxi from all the action but nice and calm during the day and night. There is a relaxed atmosphere around the hotel and casino. 2 for 1 drinks in the commons bar for guests is a bonus and other facilities around that are included with the payment of the resort fee. I only wish there was a usable refrigerator in the room. It was also lacking a coffee machine, microwave and much storage.
1.5
Next to the airport so it was very loud. You can hear the airplanes takeoff every 10s after 6am.

Overall it was OK. I loved the room service, the bed and the big tv screens in front of it. Bathroom was very nice too! However the nasty rug with thick grey hairs on it was disgusting. So if they dont vacuum the rugs, I wondered what else of the bare minimum didn't they do. I pulled the sofa out to check for an outlet in the living room, and it was thick layer of dust. Looked like they haven't cleaned there in months. For this high price we paid this is unacceptable! The price was also a very stressful factor. We already overpaid for this room and when we were checking out we were told the bill was on 1000 dollars! This causes so much stress that it overrides everything that was actually good.

Airplane noise was awful!
Walls were paper thin.
Ice maker didn’t work.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Servers are great on Casino floor very quick.
Only small thing, i dont think this is resorts' fault...a few time people would jump in the elevator not yse their own card and kind of give you an attitude when you didnt hit their floor fast enough. My goodness, so get your own card out and do it. But other than some rude patrons our stay was great. If you like pizza, go get a slice at Forte , you wont be disappointed.

Well maintained property. Great food options onsite. Very comfortable room. Maid service was outstanding. Because it is a little off the strip, there was far less commotion than is usual in Las Vegas. Would definitely stay here again.
